1.Depends on what you want to do if you want to rely on items then your best bet would be to get adventurer hope for ranged items, Requip if you're lucky will give yu the chance to do more in terms of using more weapons. Alternatively if you want to rely on yourself any class that can do offensive class spells are viable, even beastmaster could be viable for a long-range rper.

2. Guildless is completely legal in fact the benefit in the way that they can do both good and dark requests with the trade off of not being able to join a team which can be significant late game.

3. You need to request a name change from one of the admins either Jyu, Hikaru or Geb.

4 Character Sheet templates have a general example of how much you want to add for each section matching the "stuff" there in content should be sufficient :D
