Description: Stolen from a Lesser God from a long-dead civilization, the Scale of Eternity represents the constant balance that must be maintained within the world. Wielded by a tyrant the scales tip the balance in favor of balance bringing plentiful crops and good weather to their enemies, wielded by a saint, the inverse occurs in which the rest of the world falls to dust whilst everything around them is brimming with life. Only owned by someone who knows true balance can harmony be understood. Holding a spirit of its own, the Scale of Eternity follows whomever it desires even if it means the destruction of its surroundings.

Effects

Equal Gains: Self-Buffs applied to the user are divided and shared equally among the user and the foes in the topic.
Equal Strains: Buffs applied to the user are divided and shared equally among the user and the foes in the topic.
Equal Pains: Debuffs applied to the user are divided and shared equally among the user and the foes in the topic.
Shared Sorrow: The damage received to the user is split between the user and the source of the damage.

Effect: The user may flick their fingers to disable one or more of the effects attached to the Spinning Scales of Eternity, each additional effect disabled costs the user an additional 2.5% of their total mana pool. The user may swap between effects disabled once per turn however must indicate which ones they wish to remove by stating the name in their post i.e Breaking the Balance: Equal Strain.
