The Crimson Quarter pulsated with life, its vibrant lights and distant sounds creating a chaotic symphony that was Hosenka's signature. Kamui, a stoic figure amidst the hustle and bustle, navigated through the labyrinth of alleys, leading to a discrete establishment known as the Hideaway Lounge. This was where she was to meet Big Brother Akabo, the enforcer with a reputation as formidable as the criminal elements he enforced.

Entering the Hideaway Lounge, Kamui was met with a dimly lit interior adorned with red velvet and gold accents. Big Brother Akabo, a burly man with a face etched by years of experience in the underworld, sat at a corner table, his eyes scanning the room. As Tsunagi Kamui approached, he acknowledged her with a nod, inviting her to take a seat.

"Tsunagi Kamui, I presume," Akabo grunted, his voice low and gravelly. "I've got a job for someone with your talents. You good at tracking down elusive prey?"

Kamui's response was a simple nod, her violet eyes locked onto Akabo's, a silent agreement to the task at hand. Still, she adds: "I do hope this will be more of a challenge then usual."

"It will be." Akabo says with a smirk, then slides a photograph across the table. "This is Tom Hadvaska. A slippery one, that. He's been avoiding us, dodging debts. We need him found, and we need him alive. You get me?"

The photograph depicted a middle-aged man with a receding hairline and a perpetual nervousness in his eyes. Kamui studied the image briefly before responding. "I understand. Consider it done."

With the details secured, Kamui embarked on her quest to track down Tom Hadvaska. The Crimson Quarter, with its myriad of gambling dens, became her hunting ground. Her first stop was the renowned Pachinko Palace, a place where Tom had been known to frequent.

Approaching the Pachinko Palace, Kamui discreetly surveyed the patrons, inquiring about Tom Hadvaska's recent visits. The responses were consistent—yes, he had been here, but he was not present now. Kamui, undeterred, pressed on to the next establishment, repeating the process with each den she encountered.

Hours passed as Kamui methodically moved from one haunt to another, collecting fragments of information that led her closer to her elusive target. The underworld denizens were wary, revealing just enough to maintain their own safety. Kamui's stoic demeanor and unwavering determination, however, earned her begrudging respect, if not cooperation.

Finally, a tip led her to a backroom Mahjong game. As Kamui entered the dimly lit space, she spotted Tom Hadvaska in the midst of a game, his face contorted with frustration and confusion. He had just lost a significant amount, a clear sign of his lack of understanding of the game.

Timing her approach, Kamui remained unnoticed as Tom rose from the table, seething with defeat. It was the opportune moment to apprehend him. However, as Kamui stepped forward, Tom's eyes widened in recognition, realization dawning upon him.

In a swift motion, Tom made a break for the exit, panic guiding his every step. Kamui, unfazed, pursued with precision. The chase weaved through the narrow alleys of the Crimson Quarter, the vibrant lights creating a chaotic backdrop to the pursuit.

Cornered and outmatched, Tom Hadvaska succumbed to the inevitability of capture. Kamui subdued him without causing harm, ensuring he remained alive to settle his debts. She was greatly disappointed.

Returning to the designated meeting point, Kamui presented Tom to Big Brother Akabo, who observed the scene with an approving nod. The debt-dodger was now in the hands of those he owed, and Tsunagi Kamui had fulfilled her part of the bargain.

"Good work, Tsunagi Kamui," Akabo grumbled, the closest he came to expressing satisfaction. "You've earned your reward. Consider yourself useful in our world."

"This one doubts she will take you up again, given how disappointing my hunt was," Kamui says that he may, definitely not complaining, not at all. Thankfully the mob boss just laughs at her words and promises her more challenging work in the future.

With her reward secured, Kamui left the Hideaway Lounge, her stoic expression unchanged. The Crimson Quarter's chaotic symphony continued, and she faded into the shadows, a silent enforcer navigating the labyrinth of Hosenka's underworld. While she did not get the fight she promised and disliked working for types like Akabo, these jewels meant that she and Mami could be housed and fed for just a bit longer. One day Kmaui will be strong enough that Akabo will be taking orders and cowering from her, so for now she does not mind the drudge work.
