Story: As a new member of the Rune knights saturn is sent to do an investigation of a sudden increase of drugs appearing on one of the Luluhawa. While not problematic on it's own normally.. there are other issues it brings that need to be addressed too.

Objective: Investigate Luluhawa island and find the source of the local drug ring.

Summary: After finding out who was distributing the rather problematic drugs saturn goes off to find him. A small fight ensues and he's forced to either talk him down while dealing with a flailing man... or knock them out.

Others: Some npc civilians.

Enemies: One Drug Dealer.

Dealer NPC: A rather shady individual, his face and figure is obscured by a mask, hood and leather armor. He seems to be only armed with a knife thankfully. Doesn't seem to do much thinking other than peddle his wares and defend his turf.

Include any relevant information of the NPC such as appearance, morals, philosphy, etc.
