She holds curves where it matters but compared to many of the ‘examples’ in the setting of Blue Pegasus she does not tend to compete in the same regard. She still holds pride in herself and cares for her body, knowing how to hold her expressions and her physical poise to demonstrate an air of elegance she at least feels she rightfully deserves. With clever use of her funds she makes sure to typically dress only in the finest of clothes, with even her casual attire being high end brands designed to look like the most casual of attire. It is rare for her to be wearing anything that hides her personal beauty unless the weather truly calls for it, and even then, she is clever in how to adorn herself. Her skin is peachy and hard to tan, her features elegant and well cared for, and her body devoid of scars or markings beyond her guild mark. She has little muscle and while she does maintain a slender physique she does not develop muscle. Extra: No markings beyond her guild tattoo. Wishes not to tarnish her body where she can help it. Was even opposed to a guild tattoo, but alas~ Personality Personality: Marceline is arguably a very self centered person but typically not to the detriment of others. She prefers to get her way and is seeks power where she can attain it on the social ladder, though she is very judgemental of how others hold such positions. In her eyes once one achieves enough social power they should use it, but she observes people typically bending the knee to others around them, pretending they have to adhere to societies rules unless they are behind truly closed doors with only the select few they trust. In her eyes, once you have achieved enough social power for people to no longer be bold enough to question you, you should use it to it’s fullest.~ Of course, she is far from there, but in her efforts to climb said ladder she prefers to kill her opponents with kindness. While Manipulation, blackmail, and the like, are never off the table in her mind, she is first to resort to things that benefit the parties she is trying to coerce or manipulate. She far prefers to offer someone a hefty paycheque for their services, rather than control them through manipulation in fear. If the former is to betray her, she knows they were always going to. If the latter was to do the same, she could never be certain if they need a second chance, as her own pushing and prodding may have been what drove them to such action. Marceline is at least sensible enough of course to not put all her cards on the table however, and puts on a sweet face around many people. She would be hard pressed to call anyone a friend at the end of the day, but she at least can develop enough of a connection to be pleasant acquantances, though anything firmer implies a level of responsibility she doesn’t tend to care for, even if she would readily throw money or aid at problems such a person presented her with. Emotional aid is less her forte however. She’s not the kind to get her hands dirty, and unless she feels an ‘opponent’ deserves the respect of a direct confrontation it will not be granted, though even then, she does not ‘fight’, preferring tricks, words, diversions to get past her problems. In this world of magic this can be very hard, but she does her best to ensure she holds enough cards that shooting a fireball at her face would not be the end of a given story. Likes:

Strength: 1 Speed: 3 Constitution: 3 Endurance: 3 Intelligence: 20 Magic Magic Name: Delusionarium Magic Element: Arcana Magic Enhancement: Mana Burn Magic Description: Marceline’s magic it the ability to generate debilitating mists that infect the people around her with mental uncertainties, befuddling their minds, leading to typical debuffs and the likes that can be flared however the subject of the effect wishes to on an OOC perspective, so as to avoid any issues with mind-muddling magics. Debuff effects are standard, they just manifest in RP as some form of mind muddling effect.. Marceline’s magic typically comes from pinkish-purple magic circles that she generates. History History: Marceline comes from a rather simple life in Minstrel. Her parents not being anything more than simple clothing designers. Not the type to hold some cross continental big name brand, but owning a simple, home-brand store in a rustic little village. Marceline herself, while respecting the business, always felt she was worth a little something more than posing in children’s clothes for their parent’s next catalogue for the rest of the village. She had higher ambitions, and it may not have helped that, thanks to her time in such pictures, she always felt hints of praise from most people around her, though the word ‘cute’ did begin to grate on her after a while. Eventually, saving up her allowance and practicing magic on the side, Marceline set her goals on rising to a higher station. In this world, it seemed that one needed magic to truly hold a position of power, and while the art of ‘blasting’ your way to the top very much did not appeal to her, Marceline did not wish to limit her own options in climbing social ladders. She was more than eager to rise as quickly as possible, using any cheap tricks society valued to do so. Arriving in the more ‘primary’ continents, Marceline sought out Blue Pegasus. Seemingly one of the most powerful guilds, and with it’s focus, or perhaps just encouragement in taking on those who wished to show off their outer beauty in one way or another, she felt she was a shoe in for the application. When presented with the fact she must however gain a guild tattoo… the act of besmirching her skin with such a mark seemed far less appealing. She was only eager to join the guild system to elevate her station afterall, so the idea of this mark, permanent or not, was less than appealing… but, with it being a requirement, she chose a spot she felt she could mostly ignore, and settled into the name of Blue Pegasus so that she could use it to her advantage.
