After the last time Alejandro raided some thugs who thought it would be best to operate out of Era, the Commander decided to do some research of their own. These particular thugs were adorned in metals and technology that the Nephilim's brain couldn't exactly understand. So, they would have to figure out what the hell was going on. The Captain Commander sat behind their desk four hours trying to find any leads on where these particular gang bangers would pick up such expensive and exquisite prosthetics. All the ones he had seen usually just allowed people to use replace their arms with limbs drenched in magical energy. He had never seen prosthetics that looked like they were capable of blowing a whole fucking hole out of someones head. Really, if those gang members really wanted to they probably could have taken the entire squad on. It prompted the Nephilim to wonder.

The technology in the arm didn't look illegal in the slightest. They were body modifications and only certain body modifications were prohibited by the magic council. However, technology seemed to be getting better and better every day. It was only a matter of time before the weapons sold on the black market would be combined into someones body to make a literal walking nuke. The Nephilim couldn't get enough. Even tracing back the ID's of the people they had arrested didn't lead them far. Most of them just came from the Lower district in Myras or were raised in places like Hosenka and Dahlia. It was because of what Alejandro had seen on his last quest that he decided to go searching for a rival gang tonight. Except this time he was going alone. Of course he could handle himself. Often time he didn't need to go all out anyway.

Part of this expedition was more than just about justice. As a requip mage the Stellan also wanted to find new and improved gear. They only had about six items to their name and four of those were guns. If it wasn't obvious by now Alejandro loved their guns, but it was time to get something to protect their body. Coming by quality armor was a lot harder than usual these days. Most people focused on creating and selling weapons, trying to come up with something better than the last big thing. The lack of gear in his arsenal was actually quite disappointing. Now that his mother had died his father seemed to be isolating himself. The two Celdruans hadn't spoken in days. Life was a lot different now. As much as Alejandro suddenly needed the money he refused to depend on his father. More than that, it was just... strange.

Both of them were grieving in different ways. Alejandro basically abandoned his father to deal with his losses the way he knew how and funnily enough Rohan was doing the same. At this point, the only thing keeping him in Era was the Branch house's arrival. After sitting at his desk for about seven hours, he decided it was best to go do what he said he would. With a swift tap, the device on his wrist closed the holographic map and he was on his way. The gang he was going after today went by the name of the "Silver Serpents." According to reports the Silver Serpents were a small gang but they were the rivals of the last gang they had busted. Apparently the Silver Serpents spanned all over the east side of Fiore and were trying to make their way west. The only problem was that Eternal Nightmare was there.

Nobody would be foolish enough to try to establish themselves in a region where a senior guild had already taken over, especially when that Senior guild was Eternal Nightmare. Alejandro closed the door to their office and was on their way. Naturally, they were masked up and took a more incognito route, hopping from building to building, moving swiftly along the shadows so they wouldn't get be spotted. It was about two hours past midnight. For the first time in a long time the City of Crocus was silent. The city was so quiet, in fact, that you could hear some of the citizens sleeping in their homes. Alejandro made sure to travel quietly of course. He was looking for one of the abandoned buildings on the less welcoming side of town. It didn't take long for him to find it. He could hear music playing from the building and people laughing and yelling. That was definitely the one.

There was no use in entering quietly. There was only him and he was about to enter in a room of about fifteen potentially teched up criminals who hated the Rune Knights. Either way, if he was walking straight towards his demise he wanted to do it in style. The Nephilim kicked down the door and walked in with his arms up. Immediately all the people in the room turned to him with their weapons ready. They weren't mixing up any mysterious potions or anything, they were just...existing. Still, they were the Silver Serpents and they had killed far too many people for their sins to be forgiven. "Who the fuck are you?" One of the men asked. "Captain of the Rune Knights. I just have a few questions." He said calmly "What the fuck- I should kill you right now." The man said as he raised his arm. Suddenly it transformed into a fucking canon.

"Backup is already in position. You shoot, everyone in here dies. I advise you cooperate." The Stellan spoke with such unwavering confidence that the thugs in the room couldn't tell he was lying. The art of Deceit, one of the skills he picked up during his time as a Secret Service member. Definitely not something his parents would condone. For a moment there was silence. Then, the mans arm began to rev up, glowing a vibrant red color. "We'll take our chances." The man said. Without Hesitation, Alejandro equipped his punisher gun and fired off an explosive bullet. The bullet zipped through the air shooting directly into the mans canon arm before exploding violently. "Damn." He sucked his teeth. Well, at least the Silver Serpents wouldn't be operating out of Era for a while. Still, he was disappointed that he didn't even get to ask his questions. As the fire raged on, Alejandro tapped his lacrima device to request for a team to deal with the rest. He was getting sloppy.
