Duration: Sustain
Effect: Jove points either of his index fingers out, a small ball of fire forming at the end of it. The flame shoots out in a beam, no more than 1cm in diameter. Upon contacting an enemy, it debuffs their Strength by D rank. This debuff can be sustained so long as the enemy is within spell range of Jove.
