Stretching after waking up from her bed, Vivivanna's hand immediately reached for the book she was reading that she left by her side, on the night stand next to her bed. A smile appeared on her face, as she had dreams about this book last night and couldn't wait to understand more about it. Her note pad was right next to her, and moving her fingers, she would take notes in air to later add them to her pad, she was gathering material for future writing endeavors. When she opened her book, however, a slip of paper she had used as bookmark fell off. Confused, she took it in her hands and a pout appeared on her face. Looks like her book reading session would have to wait a bit more.

The paper was of the notice of a job she had taken. Something simple, maybe time consuming but simple. She had seen it the other day while walking and realized that there would be no harm to doing it.

She made her way to the bakery that had put the job up. Before even opening the glass door, the scent of baked goods had reached her nose. She couldn't help but blush as the many, many pictures of delicious treats, cakes, pastries, bagels and chocolate filled cookies filler her mind. She had suddenly desired both a salty and a sweet snack, but that would have to wait. She opened the door and the customer bell rang pleasantly. It was very crowded inside, both customers and workers seemed to be in a rush, flour had covered the counters but it gave the shop a very organic look. Vivianna had to wonder if this was how this shop always looked, or if this was merely a significant, busy day. Looking around at the shelves of many delicious looking goods, she made her way to the kitchen, showing the pamphlet to one of the workers to be allowed in.

The kitchen was much less visually appealing than the rest of the shop, but it was surely kept clean. The man who she assumed the be Olly was furiously straightening a dough with a roller pin, giving orders to the people that were orbiting around him like planets. Vivianna didn't say anything at first and was just in awe of this composed work order this place had managed to create. It didn't look like they had a plan, or that they were following something; and truth to be told they weren't. Vivianna assumed, but they had still managed to make order out of chaos, that was surely something.

"You! Girl!"

Vivianna irked at the sudden sign of a finger being pointed at her. It was Olly's fingers, however the man was still doing careful rolls with the pin. "Answer me will you!" the man shouted, much to Vivianna's dismay. However, she understood how busy he was, so she had to be understanding. "I'm here for the courier job," Vivianna said using loud yet soft tones. Olly nodded a couple of times while looking around the kitchen and moving his mouth, obviously going through the many files inside him mind. He then stopped his frantic looking around and shook his head towards the back part of the kitchen. Vivianna looked there and saw ten boxes, beautifully wrapped with cute ribbons and different shades and colors of paper, each with a small note attached to them. She understood what she had to do quite fast and with a brisk pace of walk went to the boxes. She tried to lift them one by one to see how heavy they would be and calculated if she had to do more than one trip. The boxes were roughly the same weight, only the biggest one, which had a more carefully written card on it was a bit more heavier. Thinking for a moment, she carefully separated the boxes in two groups, each group having five boxes. She put the lightest ones along with the big box and took the rest for the first trip.

Opening the door with her shoulder, she read the first note on the box, which was very close to her face causing her eyes to hurt a bit as she tried to read it, and started to ask around for information about the street names and such other address details. Thankfully, she was learning very quickly about where she had to go, so it wasn't much of a problem. What the problem was however, were the kids on the streets who were both interested in her, her clothing and what she was carrying. Trying to be as kind as she possibly could with a flushed face, Vivianna tried to answer them and tried to walk without them getting in her way.

She then had a stroke of genius. Turning to the kids: "If you all help me carry these, I will buy each one of you a cookie," she said with a sly smile. The kids, having nothing better to do and enamored by the idea of a cookie from Olly's shop, accepted the offer. Vivianna quickly returned to the shop, since now she could get the packages all together to deliver them properly. She handed the kids the packages, and took the heaviest one herself.  This was perfect! Along the way, she and the kids talked about a lot subjects, and Vivianna was happy that the kids weren't just bumbling sillies.

After the deliveries were done, she exhaled a long breath and returned to the shop with the kids. Thanking them each, she told Olly about their help and that she wanted to buy them cookies. Olly, still busy, just gazed at them and nodded, without saying anything, he gave the cookies to the kids himself. Ordering one his helpers to "Pay the lady her reward," he disappeared back in the kitchen again. Vivianna could tell he was an interesting man. After the leaving the shop, she ate the cookie she bought for herself along with the kids.
