Hello, I'm Finn and I will be grading your magic.

Water Slicer- Cooldown for D rank spells are 1 post, that's all you need to set it to. Also, are you sure you'd like to have this as a sustain spell? That means it costs you 25 mana every post active, even if you don't actively use the blades on that post. If so, add (25 per post) after the mana cost. Explain the motion you must take to send out the curved blades.

Water Body- D rank is not high enough to turn your body into water with basic water magic, please create a new spell. (even if it was you wouldn't become immune to at-rank or lower physical damage)

Water Whip- Add sustain. Explain the motion you take to make the whip. Fix cooldown. How wide is the whip (diameter). Fix cooldown

Bubble Shot- How large is each bubble? What is the motion you must make to create the spell? What is the range of the spray (2 meter area, 3 meter?) Cooldown is 1 post

Water Dome- Fix cooldown. Add sustain cost. Is the dome hollow or full? If full, how do you breath under water? Describe the motion you make to cast the spell. Also the dome is 5 meters diameter, not radius- Please mention that.

Water Slicer- How thick is each blade?

Water Lock- Get rid of the frozen part of the description. This make it seem like it must be frozen for escape to occur, when any D rank spell would disrupt the orb long enough for escape.

Bubble Shot- "15 bubbles max, each does 1/15 of d rank damage." Just state 15 bubbles, as you cannot change the amount once approved.
