She will often be found in summery dresses of varying fabrics, and she will always take time for her appearance to ensure that she looks her best. Dressed to impress, with a pair of glasses that she uses to read her books, her clothing will often give off the impression that Jayden is an innocent, sweet girl, something she is well aware of and enjoys, as it brings her much attention from other people, both men and women. Extra: - Personality Personality: TThere is a complex nature about Jayden that most people can't understand. To all that meet her, she seems a woman of a simple sort. She is kind, generous, and always seeks to help those in need. Her abilities reflect this, as she always seeks the path of least aggression. That is not to say that she is a pacifist, as she will fight when it is required of her, but she will often try to avoid such encounters if she can. And when she does fight, her abilities are used to try and end it as quickly as possible, causing as little pain as possible, either by defeating her opponents in an instant, or trapping them to escape and avoid the situation entirely. All of this stems from the upbringing Jayden had, from both of her parents. Her mother always taught her to be kind to all, and to give everyone a chance, as well as not taking a life unless she had too. While her father taught her the horrors of the world and taught her that only the strong were able to fight on and continue breathing. She has a strong desire not to see people be mistreated and has a magic specialising in protection for that reason. Her guild is a place that has a very special place in Jayden's heart, as it became her home after she left Hargeon. She will strive to represent the guild as best as she can, but will not go around announcing that she is a Fairy Tail mage. She keeps to herself mostly, but is a friendly and approachable person that will happily speak to anyone that wishes to converse. She is not ashamed of her past, and will speak of it if asked, despite usually not wishing to. She is an open book, but one that must be opened to be understood. Magic Magic Name: Earth's Power Magic Element: Earth Magic Description: The caster makes use of the earth around them for combat, giving the user a great deal of flexibility when using their Magic. Skilled users can manipulate the physical properties of earth, such as making sand as hard as metal, creating iron-hard rock pillars from the ground, or even bending the ground at will and turning it into a liquid form. Earth Magic also enables the user to literally dive into the ground (be it rock, concrete, or metal), using their hands or feet, and tunnel through it. Like other elemental Magics, some users can also transform their bodies into earth and travel through solid obstacles and the ground itself. Through this magic, the user can cast defensive, debuff and supplementary spells. History History: Jayden had a rather normal childhood: born to a loving mother and father in Hargeon, she grew up happy for the first nine years of her life. Her mother was a florist, while her father worked as a book shop owner, giving Jayden her love of both items. Everything was going well for many years, and the family enjoyed relative prosperity, until her father’s shop burned down when dark mages raided the town. He didn’t have enough money to rebuild the shop, and so turned to gambling to try and increase the money that he had. He constantly lost, and tried to get loans to pay his debts, resulting in a spiral of depression and frustration, something that was taken out on his wife and young daughter. Jayden’s mother couldn’t handle it, and left Jayden with her father when she was only twelve. After that, the beating’s grew worse, to the point where Jayden would leave her house with a black eye and was often admitted to hospital from broken bones. It was through a beating that her magic formed, as a way of trying to protect herself and the moment she knew she could use magic, she ran away, leaving her father in Hargeon and promising never to return to that place until she could face him. She ran and ran, and has not returned since that day, which was over seven years ago now. |
