Hello! The face claim I want to use is a character that has multiple skins/variations. Do I have to pick between only one of those skins, or could I use them all within reasonable means (hairdresser, clothing change, ect.) Facial stuff, body type, skin tone, eye color, and all that major stuff remain the same, however. The only thing that would change would be their clothes, and their hair style/color.

If you claim Lux from League of Legends, than you have Lux from League of Legends. Hair/Clothes/Etc are still of her, so that isn't a problem. The only issue may be the eyes changing color (since that's hard to explain), but as long as it's not some ridiculous reasoning behind it I don't see what that would be an issue either.
