Drakkon had been working on taking care of the people in the hospital for quite some time. It seemed like a lot has happened since he has been helping. A lot of the people on the island had died, which meant the only thing he could do was bring some of them peace. It was disappointing, but there were still those who were sick. They had created antidotes, which was a good thing, but it would seem like other places would need his help. The patients in the hospital would be able to return home as they were made to be isolated from other people. It was for the best, and he would help out the people who needed help in their homes.

The Demi-God would get the information he needed from the hospital, so he knew which house he needed to go to. He walked through the streets of Talaz Lagaar with Luci on his shoulder.

Drakkon would move through the area as he could see that there were a few people out on the street. They were wearing face masks and some of them were just going to specific stores to get something and then rushed home. It would seem like things were getting scary on this island, so they needed to hurry up and get this plague killed off. The Dragon Slayer kept moving around though as he had his destination. It wouldn’t take long, but the young man would make his way to the house that he was designated for today.

He was about to knock on the door but remembered that nobody would be able to open it for him. If he remembered correctly, all he had to do was go inside. He would shake his head and he would open the door as it would open it up. He would walk inside, and he knew what he needed to do there.

Drakkon would look around the house as he was basically a home attendant now. He was supposed to take care of the sick on a day-to-day basis and get paid for it. He was fine with that as he was making sure that nothing was wrong with the house. When he knew he was okay, he would turn to the room where the patient would be found. He would open the door to see that there was a man on their bed. They were connected to a machine, and they were sleeping.

That was good, and he would walk over to them. They seemed peaceful and quiet, but he knew that they were suffering. He would shake his head as he felt bad for him. Still, he knew what to do as he had been doing this for quite some time. He would look around to see that there were things around the patient. That was good because he would need it.

Drakkon would move around the room, and he would check the patient’s vitals. He had seen that they were fine, which was a good thing. He wouldn’t see any jump in their vital, which was a good thing. He was fighting against the plague really well, which meant he should turn out just fine. The Dragon Slayer would continue to check on them to make sure that everything was fine. Once he was done with that, he would move on to the next to do. He was going to change his fluid bag. It would be the only way for him to sustain himself without eating while he was in this state.

“This sucks that they are isolating people, and then having a certain group of people take care of them from the word. Still, it just shows chaos is happening, which is fine with me.” He said to Luci.

Luci would just look at Drakkon and he would laugh a bit.

“Yeah it does, but you don’t have a choice. If you want to make jewels, then there is no time to complain about this.” He said to Drakkon.

Drakkon nodded as he had gotten the bag changed as it was a new and replenished one. When he was done with that he would sigh with relief as everything had gone well. This was just one person, but he had to make sure he got used to this on his own. He had a few things to do and then he was supposed to make sure to monitor this man for the day. He was fine with that as he figured he could enjoy himself with whatever was in the fridge.

The next thing he had to do was change his bed sheets. It would be hard for him to do, so he looked at Luci. The demon would shake his head as he would only be doing this. The Demi-God would pick up the unconscious man and Luci would start pulling off the bedsheets to the best of their abilities.

Drakkon would watch Luci do their best to take off the bedsheets. That was good because he never really did anything while they were together. If he could help like this every now and then he would make his life a lot easier. When Luci had gotten the bed sheets off, he would move over to the area where the bed sheets were being held. He would go and get new bed sheets, and he would walk with them covering him. The Dragon Slayer chuckled a bit but would stop because he knew that Luci wouldn’t do this for him.

His companion would climb up on the bed and he would start moving the bed sheets from on top of him and onto the bed. He would start dragging them across the bed as he was getting them to go on the corners of the bed. He would make sure that everything was straightened out and then he would move onto the pillows.

Luci would change the covers of the pillow, which wouldn’t take too long. When he had done that, he would put them where they would belong. This was also Drakkon’s cue to put the man back on the bed. He would do that without a problem because he wasn’t done with this task just yet. The next thing he needed to do was make sure that the man was clean. He would move to the towels that the hospital provided him, and he would start working with them. He would get the towels wet and he would start wiping down the man without a problem.

He would make sure to get everything down before wiping him down once more. After doing this a second time, he would change the man’s clothes. That wasn’t the hardest thing to do, and he would just do it without thinking. Still, he was glad that he was able to do this for this patient.

Drakkon would finish cleaning the man and he was done doing everything that he could do. This was the best thing he could do. He treated the man, and he was hoping that he would feel better when the time came. Drakkon would watch over him for a few more hours as he wanted to make sure that everything would be fine the nighttime. Once he knew he was good to leave, he would close the door behind him. He would make his way back to the hospital and when he got there, the women there would wave at him. They were glad that he was here to help them.

He would wave at them back and he would make his way to the receptionist. She knew that Drakkon had done his job and she would hand him the jewels for all the work that he had done. The Demi-God would take the jewels and he would be on his way.
