Slot: Weapon and Off-Hand.

Handling: One-Handed.

Type: Dagger.

Durability: 3x S-rank | 3x S-rank.

Details


Description: Kamish's Wrath are a pair of large light orange daggers with gray hilts and glowing blood-red edges, with one dagger being thicker than the other. The smaller dagger has a black blade guard, while the thicker one has a golden blade guard.

Lore: During his battle with Kamish, Edward Byron was able to get his hands on the dragon's largest and sharpest fang when it bit him with it. Following Kamish's death, he was allowed to keep the fang as a souvenir by Caelum and eventually sought to make a weapon out of it. As the fang was too short to make a longsword, it was crafted into a pair of daggers instead. However, as Edward was not a rogue, he chose not to use the daggers. As the savvy merchant-lord that he was, he auctioned them off to the highest bidder. It hasn't been seen ever since.

Measurements: Both daggers have a hilt with a length of 20 centimeters. The blades on both daggers are 30 centimeters in length.

  • Dragoncutter: Kamish's Wrath deals two ranks higher in physical damage against Defensive-type spells.
  • Dragontooth: Kamish's Wrath ignores any forms of resistance the target may have when dealing damage.

    Effect: The user clenches their hands tightly around the hilts of Kamish's Wrath and engulfs the blades with the slain dragon's flames. Upon dealing physical damage to a target, damage over time is applied to the target on the same spot. The damage over time does not bypass equipment. If no equipment protects the body part anymore, the damage over time is applied to the limb instead. The spell does not stack on the same piece of equipment or limb, however, it does reset the additional damage back to B-rank if the same piece or limb is hit again while the effect is running on a target. The flames are so powerful that they cannot be nullified.

    • In addition to the physical damage, the target receives B-rank magical damage (Fire) on the equipment or limb in the first post.
    • In the second post, the target receives C-rank magical damage (Fire) on the same equipment or limb.
    • Lastly, in the third post, the target receives D-rank magical damage (Fire) on the same equipment or limb.
