Kazz makes his way down the busy main street of Era "Well at least this job is during the day." Kazz thought to himself as he follows behind Nensh who is gracefully weaving pass and under the people walking the busy streets. She couldn't be seen or felt by anyone on the street but she still liked to flex her graceful movements from time to time even if only Kazz was the only one who could see them. Kazz looked down at the picture yet again it kinda bugged him a little that the picture was so well drawn, before Kazz started his training to be a mage full time he wanted to be an Artist he always lamented that he could never get as good at it as he would have liked. "I know the perfect place to start looking for info."   Nensh gloated before she passed underfoot of a large man. Kazz sighed, it seems Nensh was enjoying this too much for his liking which usually meant it was going to be somewhere dull and boring.


After following her for a bit they came to a trading post. Nensh stops and turns to look at Kazz with a smug look on her face which is met with Kazz rolling his eyes "We should find someone who has seen the  Crest here for sure! This is going to be the easiest money we have made since coming to this town." Nensh laughed. At this point, Kazz was done fighting her on what jobs they should take because he knew eventually they would make a name for themselves with these odd jobs and be trusted with more important things so he would bite his lip for now and let Nen have her fun. Kazz took a deep breath to prepare himself to start bothering people about a crest. After a few awkward conversations of asking people have they had seen anything that looked like the drawing by some miracle they found someone who had seen it from what they told Kazz a sketchy-looking guy tried to sell it to him but he passed on buying it because the guy selling it was acting suspicious. The man told them about someone named Gaud. Gaud was well known for buying any and everything that could be sold for profit and the man was sure if the sketchy-looking guy was able to sell it it would be to Gaud.

It didn't take Kazz much to find where Gaud was basically everyone he asked pointed him to a run-down bar where Gaud spent most of his time. Kazz was told he couldn't miss Gaud because he looked exactly like someone named Gaud would look like. Kazz didn't really understand what that meant until he entered the bar and laid eyes on Gaud and sure enough, Gaud looked exactly like anyone who heard the name Gaud would think they looked like. Now Kazz hadn't been in Era long enough to get to know this criminal element but he and Nensh both figured that if Gaud had this Crest we weren't going to give it up without a fight which was just fine with Kazz he had been itching for some action and beating up a low life should suffice to scratch that itch for now. Kazz sat down at the table Gaud was sitting at. "I hear you have something The Messer family and Rune Knights have been looking for and . " Kazz slides the picture over to Gaud. Gaud's eyes get as large as dinner plates as he looks at the picture "We can do this the easy way or the har...... Gaud cuts Kazz off "Im sorry I didn't know, I didn't know Gaud cries as he holds the crest for Kazz to take. "huh?!?! Kazz Flabbergasted looks on as the man begs and pleads saying how he didn't want trouble with the Rune Knights or the Messers. Kazz's heart sank he really wanted to bust some heads but this guy just gave up immediatelyKazz sheepishly took the crest from him hoping it was some trick to get a sucker punch in or make it was a fake crest but no. Kazz and Nensh both inspected the crest and dubbed it real and Gaud just sat there cowering in the corner. Kazz disappointingly left the bar and headed to the gates and handed the crest off to the guard on duty
