Pouch"Are you sure this is how you want to spend our time," Kazimir spoke with a cocked brow, hands on his hips and a half-smile on his lips.
"Yes," his son retorted with his arms crossed and looked away. Kaz knew the boy was stubborn at times, especially with his emotions. But the young man was growing and developing a personality of his own. he understood that Kaz loved practicing and given how they left things before, this was no surprise.
"Alright then. Let's begin," Kaz kicked his shoes off and let his feet sink into the sand. A small beach house was a hundred feet up the shoreline. The waters brushed gently around their feet.
His daughter jubilantly ran around in the sand making sandcastles, content for now. Satisfied with the secret mots of magic she let loose. Kazimir sat down in the course sand, that sent warmth through his body. Charon sat beside him and they both shot their eyes.
Rhea peaked from a distance, she wanted some attention herself but was oddly mature enough to know they needed some time to work out the details of Charon's struggle. She snuck closer and eased down on the other side of Kaz. Silent but more interested in seeing her brother than meditation for herself.
The wind swept over the sand. Kazimir took a deep breath in. Charon peeked an eye open, having seen his father do this many times before but never having joined in.
"Focus," Kaz replied softly. The boy clenched his eyes shut and took in a deep breath. Searching for his mana.
