She had enjoyed her time in Marigold up to this point. The treatment she had received from the patrons of the Marigold Theater had been far greater than anything that she would have expected to received, especially considering Vyra’s history and her background. To be set up within a comfortable hotel without having to worry about any of the costs tied towards food or how it would be paid for, as well as the perks like having a chance to perform within the play itself, it was a nice break from Hargeon. She knew that the amount of time that she would have to enjoy this was going to be fleeting however, as the terms of her employment – as fantastical as they were – were only to last until the current show’s running length, typically a week or two at the most, came to a close. Then, she would be on her own as far as figuring arrangements out, but that still wasn’t for multiple days now.

In the meanwhile, she was still expected to handle various tasks that were given to her by her temporary employers, the patrons and key personnel of the Marigold Theater, and to her surprise, she found herself being given a task by a woman whom had given her a task based on one of the women that the Demi-Human had quickly figured was high up within the ladder of influence within the Theater. But as the details of the job became more apparent, Vyra realized that it was going to be a job that relied on something outside of her own particular comfort and expertise; communication. She never much one to speak fluently or otherwise convince someone of something; if she had, her situation up until Blue Pegasus would have been likely much different. Let alone stop someone who had a clear agenda as the woman described the situation to be. Yet, this was the contract that she had agreed to at first, and though reluctant of her success, she agreed.

The actual job, she figured that it would have been simple. She was foolish to think so, but none the less, she had to be hopeful. The woman appeared to be quite convinced in her beliefs though, utterly unwilling to budge on the matter. It seemed that whatever her quarrel was with the other woman, it was not going to be something that would have changed or otherwise lent to a peaceful resolution. Vyra sighed as it became increasingly more apparent of this fact, until her eyes went dark, everything fading out for the moment before she returned to life, the darker persona of Vyra in control, if only for the moment. The woman never even realized what was happening, never realized the threat that she was in the crosshairs of now, as the Demi-Human took hold of the woman by the back of her head, pulling her head back, only to slam her head forward with an unexpected amount of momentum, a cracking sound echoing through the room as the girl’s neck made brutal contact with the corner of a hard wooden desk. Repeating this twice more to make sure of the lethality of the situation, Vyra happily let the body sag to the ground in a heap, leaving little more than a corpse upon the ground, one in which she suspected someone other than her would take care.
