Amir †
Amir found himself outside a fancy looking castle. The architecture and style was impressive. It reminded him about his years in Minstrel. The dark sense of foreboding made him feel as if he was back in the olden times. The thought of going back to Minstrel to prepare for his invasion into Desierto crossed his mind. He was just too busy the past two years. He considered it may be time for him to go back. Knocking on the door Amir could hear the sound bounce off the stone walls.

It took a minute before the door started to open, it revealed a man that looked. Amir was surprised he did not hear the man approach the door. He was listening keenly when he heard the echoes. If Amir did not know any better he would have taken Lord Phantasm to be a vampire. Amir did not want to confirm the theory even if it was true. Amir’s training in Minstrel kept him informed enough not to ask that type of question.

Amir †
The Lord of the Phantasm family head gave him a once over. “Yes. I have been expecting you. There is a lot that needs to be done on these grounds. I have been busy so I have to hire extra help.” Amir did not mind helping out, as long as he did not have to be sacrificed to some dark forces, or any forces really.

Amir was getting a crash course on the etiquette he was expected to follow. It was simple stuff that any brain dead fool could follow. Amir may have spent the past two years studying but he did not forget how to socialize. He would have not even bothered to come out of seclusion if it was not for the fact that he needed more Jewels. It was between that and the rumors in Desierto going on.

When the lord was finished with all the talking Amir nodded. He was instructed not to interrupt just to show that he listened and understood. Hence he showed he understood before heading to the basement.

The trip to the entrance of the basement was a brisk walk. The Phantasm lord dropped Amir in front of the entrance. It looked like a gaping hole hidden into one of the room walls. It gave off a chilling air that was creepy and smelled a bit bad. Amir did not mind it too much. He spent worse nights fleeing, or even the few weeks of homelessness in Minstrel. He needed the Jewels the man could provide so he sucked it up.

Amir waited a bit at a time. He noticed as he got deeper and deeper it was harder on his eyes. His eyes acclimated as best as they could but it still lacked much needed vision. It made even knowing the area the night lilly was located in even harder. It was rumored the flower absorbed light which is why it would only be in the darkest area. It was a hint that let you know you were going in the right direction.

As it got darker and darker Amir had to press his hand into the wall. He needed to do it in order to make sure he was not getting lost. When it reached a certain level of darkness Amir started to smell a pleasant scent amongst the garbage. It attracted his attention and focused his mind on it. It was the flower he was sent to grab.

Amir crawled on his hands and knees. A position he has not been in for a bit. He kept his head low to smell while in the doggy crawl. While keeping his hand out to find the flower in question based on the feel. He felt what was thought to be the stem. When his hands traveled up he noticed that it was not grown enough. It was the wrong flower for him to pick. He spent a few more minutes trying only for the same results.

Amir †
After a few trial and errors Amir was able to feel a perfect flower. The scent was pleasant, the stem felt nice, and the petals were present. It was the flower that he needed to turn in. Amir was not aware of how much time he spent looking for the darn thing, he just knew he was a bit tired. If he did not need it for the mission he would have crushed it.

Making his way back out was harder. It took him to run into a wall. Then to start tracing it back until it started to light up. When he saw the light he picked up pace to get out of the underground area. He got out and was catching his breath.

Amir was not out for more than five breaths when the Lord of the Manor popped up. The man gave Amir a myriad of thanks as well as his pay for finding the flower. Amir felt his mood lighten up. At least he had enough money to buy room and board until he had his meeting.
