Kurisa sighed as she gazed up towards the sky. She was a tall woman and now she was about to meet one of her guildmates. They haven't really met in a while, not after the time at the restaurant. They were going to help some woman out as there was a gang that kept messing up the store. This certain man from the gang likes to come to their store, flirt with the woman while throwing threats. According to her, he comes around right before close time since no one is around at the time usually. The store wasn't doing really well with business so him around making it quite worse. She wishes for the guy to go away, leave her store alone along with his gang.

Eris's eyes rolled as she leaned against the building of her hotel. Everyone within the guild received a free room or penthouse since the construction was ongoing. Karisa did not really mind it since it let her daughters be safe from randoms speaking to them. Her companion was randomly leaving and Kazimir was nowhere to be seen. He most likely went back to Magnolia. Softly, she sighed while waiting, thinking, and listening to the small noises of nature around them.

The same as great many times before, there was more corruption to be dealt with in the heart of Hosenka. A woman running a neighbourhood store begin and has been having issues from a smaller gang that seemed to be located in the local area, and restricted in their size. However, they still managed to cause a lot of ruckus, becoming and causing a significant nuisance. From what he was told there wasn't any property damage for theft at play here, mostly harassment and throwing threats towards her.

It had been a while since Aegis had met up with Kurisa, so he was looking forward to working on the assignment together. After leaving the hotel and where he was staying, he made his way downstairs in order to meet up with her. In the recent times while he's been in the city, his current room was lavishing to say the least. He definitely wasn't accustomed to this amount of gold colour or light reflecting. After making his way down the long staircase, he saw her waiting at the bottom for him. He waved briefly before making the final step onto the ground floor. "Hello there, guildmaster. It's been some time." he said as he smiled lightly.

She chuckled as she heard him speak towards her. Her eyes gazed at him with her sparkling dark eyes. "Quite funny how I can change to anything or one and people will somehow still automatically know it is me,", she flipped her long beautiful black hair as it flowed six feet in length. "It is good to see you, Aegis. Tell me how you have been," she insisted while starting to walk towards the next quest. She wondered if he knew anything about this quest as she was given a letter again, but unsure if it was the exact same thing. She listened to Aegis fully as her eyes gazed at the sky, thinking of her children's future.

Her five children total to be exact...

She still hasn't told anyone about certain things so she wondered how much she should be honest about. Her face looked peaceful and calm while eyes gazed towards Aegis. He was much shorter than her now as she stood at a six-foot-seven. Damn Eris and making her this height. She wondered if perhaps she could make herself younger to be shorter. That can happen, right? Her hand slipped into her pocket to grab onto the letter to take a look at the details.

"It's good to see you as well. I've been doing all right, kept busy as usual."[/color] he said back to her as she approached. But change was a bit of an interesting difference, she just smiled as he thought that Rashida had the same sort of feeling. "Shall we?" he questioned as he made an arm motion for them to be off.

The store that they were heading towards wasn't too far in the distance, so they only had about a few minutes walk in order to get there. The streets weren't too terribly busy luckily, and they made their way through the light crowd with relative ease. As they were walking, he was hoping to find out some more information because once again it was pretty vague. "Well then, any new information other than the original posting or are we improvising until we can get more?". Different requests, we've been from a independent source or the board have been getting less fine in their information. Although he did hope it was going to be more of a case of just speaking with them rather than resorting to anything more extreme.

"When we get there, do you want to try talking with her as I stood around for a little bit? I just want to make sure that the building itself is okay to either wait for them in to catch them, or if we're going to have to search out." he said as the building came into view before his eyes.

Kurisa gazed at the paper with all the notes on it. It was describing the quest in which it was talking about how they needed to go meet this woman. She was unsure what the woman wanted but it obviously meant trouble. She looked at her partner and just give him the letter to read the details. " I'll just follow you. My head hurts too much to really dance around with words right now if that makes sense? " she chuckled. She flipped her hair and started following her partner as they were going to go wherever it would be needed to go according to the letter. The weather felt fine as it was not too hot and her off it was just well put together to the point where she was not going to get uncomfortable.

Her eyes were half-closed as they were tripping and tired. She needed a long vacation after this as she had a list of things to do. Don't get her wrong. She was excited and happy to do this with a friend. It was just the fact that she hasn't really gotten any rest for a few months. Being a new Guild Master and now how many children in a relationship was a huge list of things to do.

"All right, let us begin then." he said as they started to walk out towards the building that can only be described as antiquarian. Not the smallest shop he'd seen, but quaint enough to almost be called a hut. Various types of odds, ends, and antiquities we're visible through the windows on display and in the equally elderly shelves beyond. "Good evening~" Aegis expressed, as he knocked on the door before entering into the shop. Upon entering the shop definitely how to smell that some people might not enjoy. A combination of old bookfell, the aging of leather, with a small hint and twinge of dust. "Hello?" he called out again after not seeing anyone upon entering. "Is there anyone here at the moment?". He continued looking around while anticipating a response eventually. There are some definite interests he saw and some of the books that were listed on the shelves, but ones that would take in the order of days to assimilate and finish. He made a mental note that he might want to come back at a later time to pick something up when they weren't on a job specifically.

After a few moments, they heard a lady from the back call out "I'll just be a minute or so." He looked at Kurisa that had entered after him and shrugs slightly. He took this opportunity to continue looking around the store, as many of the antiques were something of interest to him, and not just the books themselves. After a few minutes of looking around the store, a small woman made her way out of the back of the store, though you wouldn't guess there was that much space looking in from the outside.

She just followed her friend as she entrusted him with the note. For a little while, she enjoyed the weather that was embracing her soul. Her fine hair flowed behind her as the golden locks shine like the sun. She was not sure what the no even said as she had no time to really look at it. Following her friend she then listens to One speak about how they should begin. The building they were approaching was like a store with antiques. It was an alright shop so far she could see you but she just went in and looked around separating from her friend to gaze at things. She can hear from afar, carry him call out to the woman who was the client.

She wanted to know how she would feel without being in charge as she usually is the one who does everything first. It felt somewhat weird to not be in charge. It made her feel even anxious as she didn't know what was happening since she was not in charge.  Her fingers slid against the wooden cabinets that were filled with dishes. On the other side were hangers that we're hanging clothes of old and new. There are so many fine things here and even some things that were interesting. She could see that some of the things are actually from different countries.

With so many shelves with a multitude of different things to browse, the time that the client asked for seem to pass rather quickly as Aegis and Kurisa took a look at the various bookcases, chests, and even a few predella that were strone around neatly into rows throughout the store. Some of the more Fantastical looking books caught his eye as he picked up a couple from an old mahogany desk. One was a strict fictional book, but from his skimming seemed interesting. The other was odd. Describing different worlds and some of them were even in ways that were difficult to process and visualize.

"Sorry to keep you two waiting." the lady said that she finally made her way out from the back. "I am very appreciative that the two of you came, although hopefully there won't necessarily be much needing done.". Aegis took the two books that he had found and placed them on the counter while he continued talking. "So what exactly do you need us the information we got was rather vague." he inquired as he lightly dusted with his hand clearing a little bit of dust off the books. "Oh, not too much if I had to guess. The threats themselves came in a few days ago saying that they would be by today to damage my store because I wouldn't pay them. I don't nearly make enough to keep up with their lunacy. So the biggest thing will be staying here and keeping company, and of course watching for them until closing when guard patrols startup."

This job sounded simple, too simple even for it to require two powerful mages. What was the real deal or who were these people that wanted the money? She will find out eventually as she just walked in, wandered a bit like Aegis most likely kept watch of the client. She was not sure what she expected when looking around since she has probably seen everything somewhere at least once or twice. She had a library of her own in the guildhall as she reads to pass time sometimes. Maybe she will at least find one book she has not read.

Beautiful hair shined as the blonde strands reflected the lights above them. There was a main light in the middle of the building while little lights hooked on the wall shined the sections that could not be reached by the middle one. Her nimble long fingers grazed against the books as she walked passed them. Hopefully, Aegis was having a more eventful time than herself as she just could not find anything that amused her. Softly, she yawned and eyes felt droopy all of a sudden. "Are there any machines in here or drinks to purchase?" she wondered in her kind voice. Kuri went towards the desk to purchase a drink as her lips were dry. After buying something she offered to buy Aegis something, "Want anything?~" she curiously asked. If he said yes, she'd buy that too. Opening up her bottle of water she slowly took a drink.

Ding

The door opened as her eyes then cornered to see a few guys appear. The middle one, assuming him being the main boss was ignoring the store owner and gawking on Kuri's form as she was drinking her water. Men...

Her innocent eyes gazed towards the men as it was all a facade. As they gazed at her she gave the boss a wink with a sly smile. It seemed it work because he was coming towards her. She slid a drink over and ringed around the entrance of the glass with her fingertip. Their eyes met as he took the drink and started to drink it. Her eyes watched him drink every drop as he then dropped to the floor. Quickly, she got up, threw the chair towards the men as she then went forward to fight the men with Aegis. Once they were done they went to get their reward.
