Notes:

The item may be indestructible, but it does not offer protection. This means that attacks aimed at the back of the user bypass the cape in terms of regulation. In topics, the user can represent this by accepting the damage done against their backs and stating that the cape got very lightly damaged.

Effects

Extended Impact: The user generates incredible power behind their blows. The impact of their punches and kicks travel one meter further than where their fist and feet end. The damage of extended hits is half the damage of the Strength of the user excluding the Weapon that the user may be wielding.
