Fayre
A cold breeze would blow gently through the streets, as Fayre walked back to the inn he had been staying at. It was a crescent moon out tonight. A calm night in Astera after training one's magic in a nearby forest, Fayre would see out a nice night of sleep and rest. Fayre had vowed to better his magic since the ball he attended. In the coming year now, he would venture back out to the greater lands of Fiore to have a second adventure. Fayre had small renown in Fiore and a magic still that was yet to awaken. He would look to advance his cooking as well and learn new recipes. Fayre clenched his hand while walking down the streets of the white city, staring up at the moon that overlooked Fiore in its bright brilliancy.

Fayre: "What awaits Fiore in these new years to dawn upon the land?"

Said the young man, as the moon lied over the land and white city. A new generation and time for Fiore was coming upon its inhabitants. Fayre looked excited tonight. While he had begun to approach his inn, strolling in his black boots, a man in gentleman's clothing hurriedly looked around the inn frantically. He seemed nervous. Fayre would look on at the man curious of what it is he sought out. Rotating his head to young Fayre, the man's eyes would widen and he would call out the mage in the dark of the night only illuminated by some dim lamps and the moon overhead. He would ask if the young man, Fayre, was a mage perhaps.

Gentleman: "Sir, are you a mage? I came here late at night cause I heard mages sometimes frequent this inn. If you are a mage indeed, please, I have a dire request that I will pay good money for."

Fayre: "HUH? Ah, well, I was about to go to sleep but I can hear you out. What is it you need?"

Gentleman: "I have been desperately looking for a mage who will protect my home tonight from bandits pillaging the homes of the wealthy. I know I am wealthy, but I have things I wish to protect like every other man, like my family who I do not want to be hurt by any Intruders that may enter my home."

Fayre: "I will help you out then, but why have not any other mages decided to help you out?"

Gentleman: "It is cause the bandits pillaging the wealthy are no ordinary bandits of ordinary magical ability. I need someone though, I need someone who will help protect my home for the week."

Fayre: "Well, I can do it!"

Said the brave Fayre, taking up the quest from the wealthy man looking for help. In the coming hours after accepting the quest, Fayre would see himself guarding the estate of the man, as he would pay good jewels. In the night's dark scene where cold wind blew, Fayre would sit with a black coat on to conceal himself. If a bandit comes, Fayre can strike at them hidden by darkness. He would ensure this man's family and estate would not be disturbed by the chaos.

Fayre
It was a cold and shivering night but not too bad, as Fayre kept himself warm with his black coat. He would patrol the estate for the night and be paid a good handful of jewels at the end of the night. Guarding the estate was no small task however. Fayre had to be careful as someone could come at any moment. If he was careless, he may see chaos run rampant and his life and others in grave danger by the bandits who roamed at night in Astera. Fayre knew to be careful and valiant in his efforts in protecting the peace of the night. He was adamant on a job well done, doing his very best.
It was his attitude on work. To do your very best for others do not suffer from your lack of work or lack of using one's brilliant mind. Fayre surveyed his area of patrol often, keeping an eye always out for anything or anyone approaching.

Fayre: "Nobody yet."

Said the mage, walking back to the gate of the residence after having patrolled around the premises and windows that people may always try to enter through. It was a quiet and chilly night. Nothing of much significance would happen but that did not halt Fayre in his task he was being paid for. He would continue looking out with the utmost energy and care in the job of guarding and patrol.

Fayre's keen and vigilant approach to his job would pay off however, as a crackle of what sounded like ice in winter would sound. Fayre looked around in confusion. From where did that sound come!? Fayre was on the tips of his boots, turning his head around the area quickly on alert. Was there an intruder here or has Fayre gone mad as the tiredness began to get to him? It must've been something however. Fayre on the edge of his seat, he brought his hands close to his body for casting if need be. Then, right when he was about to call himself crazy, an intruder striked!

Frost Mage Bandit: "Out my way! We have somewhere to be!"

In that moment, Fayre were to be punched by the hard right hook of a man of similar height and weight to him. However, the weight behind his hook was no need thing to scoff at. It was a heavy punch that would bring Fayre to his knees quickly, trying to process what had just occurred now. Then without a warning, a cold kick to his stomach would make him feel further pain. Fayre coughed and groaned in pain at his attacker's very boots. Did Fayre pick a match up he was not yet ready for..?

Fayre would collapse, struggling to move and get up. His attacker would step past, walking to the doors of the very estate Fayre swore to protect. It was a rough situation as Fayre laid on the ground, barely moving. He would scrunch up some strength though in this struggle to move, slowly getting up with a will that would not be broken by two mere strikes. Fayre, slowly, he would pick himself up and standing with his wobbling legs. He would look back at the doors, and stare violently at the man who had just unlocked the doors of the estate and was about to enter with two others. Fayre, determined to not let them inside, he would retaliate back!

Fayre: "Hey.. step aside.."

Frost Mage Bandit: "Huh..?"

Fayre: "From those doors! Gale Gust!"

Roared the young man as he threw his hands out to his sides, and stared at his enemies with vicious eyes. A gust of wind would begin to blow wild in the cold of the night, all coming from a white magic circle brought upon by the white haired mage of of Fiore, Fayre.

Bandits: "Gaaaah!"

Yelled the bandits as the wind that blew violently and sharp would cut their arms and bodies, drawing blood. It would end the bandits' attempt to trying to get into the estate. Every one of the three bandits would drop to the floor. Fayre's wild and vicious winds would cease to blow as the doors to the estate would be now left alone. Fayre stood before the defeated bandits, having won a duel. Fayre's legs wobbled, as he were to cough up blood. Whoever that man is he just knocked out, he had one strong hook and kick to do this to young Fayre.

Fayre: "Shit.."
