Rishi had been walking along the warm sands of Hargeon beach, the slight breeze ruffling her hair and the sun gleaming brightly down on her. Today was a special day. Well it wasn't really special, but she really wanted to believe it was because she had never been to a beach before. She had met a few people in Hargeon but... not the way she had wanted it to happen, just thinking about it made her want to look around to see if anyone was watching her. But who cares! Today was special and she wouldn't let anyone ruin it for her. She found a nice warm place to sit and had sat down in the sand, looking at the waves in the distance. She saw a random person walking by and asked them, "Don't you think the waves are just beautiful?" yet the person just kept walking and ignored her. "This is going to be harder than I thought." She said to herself while watching the waves silently, amazed by how they could fall as if someone were controlling them. It really did amaze her to think that the waves operated on their own and how much water could be out there. That was one of the things she could put in her book, because she had figured with this many people around, she was bound to make at least one friend today.

Sinaloa
The beach seemed quieter than the rest of the city. People seemed to keep to themselves. Promptly after arriving in a mostly-empty area of the beach, Sinaloa dropped to the ground and wriggled in the sand, basking in the warmth from the sun like a dog. It was very nice, very calming. She hesitated for a moment, belly in the sand, limbs tucked tight against her side. A few odd stares were directed her way, but Sinaloa didn't mind. She wasn't scared. She was brave. Like a good mage. Like Shin and Kenny.

Like a shotgun bullet, Sinaloa lunged forward from her place in the sand. She leapt over a white-haired person - probably female, but she hadn't looked hard enough to tell - and crashed into the waves, disappearing under the surface of the water for a brief moment. It was cool and quiet beneath the waves, with lots of sunshine ahead to dry her off afterwards. Sinaloa surfaced with a big splash, giggling uncontrollably. If this wasn't a perfect day, what was?

Rishi was just playing with the sand when she had seen someone leap over her head. Who would even think about doing such a crazy thing! What if she would have gotten hurt and knocked out or something. Man she really did have no idea what went on around here. Just after the person jumped over her they fell into the ocean, waves drifting over them. SHe jumped up and ran over to where the person had landed, wondering if they had gotten hurt. To her surprise it was a girl laughing in the sand, yet she was still worried that she had gotten hurt."Hey are you okay?" She said before getting slightly agitated, as she was expecting some bones broken or something actually serious, yet it seemed it was just for enjoyment. What if she got kicked in the head as she jumped over? So many possibilities for injuries there. Why was she worrying about injuries? She didn't care for the most part but if she got hurt... This girl would have got the scolding of her life. She then started laughing uncontrollably as this was a misunderstanding and no one had gotten hurt. She stuck her hand out, as an offering to pull her up and a handshake at the same time. "Hi i'm Rishi, nice to meet ya" She said smiling and laughing at the same time. She then realized she had somewhere to go, pulled the girl up and left.
