She has a curvaceous, slender figure, with soft, milky skin. Overall, she looks quite appealing and she knows it. She carries herself well, and despite her unscrupulous nature has a remarkably heart warming appearance. Extra: She smells likes lavender and strawberries. Personality Personality: Ryumimi could be described as modern, friendly, and reasonably carefree. She seems cool and approachable, perhaps a bit naive or dim, it appears some things just go right over her head. She can be spiteful, but she's rarely ever wholly violent. Purely because fighting requires more effort than she is usually willing to put in and she's fully aware of her inability to actually throw down, though she will happily throw a friend into the fray to fight in her behalf, feigning weakness and daintiness. Still, she prefers to make friends and lovers rather than enemies and as such remains as congenial as she can. She wants to be the epitome of whatever relationship she manages to create with someone. If she is your friend, she wants to be your best friend, if she is your paramour she will desire to be the only one who can satisfy you, she wants to be your very favorite person, and honestly believes She is in most regards. She isn't particularly vengeful, but she doesn't respond to betrayal well. She's a very loyal person and as such takes even minor betrayals very personally. When danger finds the people she has come to "claim" she acts without hesitation to protect and care for them, because she hopes them to do the same for her. Moreover, Mimi has a distaste for non-mages and can't help be retainan amount of passive aggression when dealing with them. She tries not tospeak to, associate with, or aid non-mages unless she feels she must. They disgust her in a way an insect might disgust someone. Even when attempt to keep up her facade of friendliness her general displeasure with their existence leaks through somewhat. Ryu has a sarcastic street and a seemingly doesn't take much seriously, when in actuality she takes her life very seriously. Namely her looks, her friends, and her craft. Mimi has an odd duality that stems from a conflict within herself. She is aware that she's pretty, and her inner modesty would prevent her from over exposing herself, but her desirable form earns her a great deal of attention from those interested in such girls, which she likes. She knows she's pretty, but she doesn't feel pretty unless someone else says she's pretty, but she doesn't want to seem easy or like she wants someone to say she's pretty. This hypocrisy extends to much of herself, and makes her fall to peer pressure more often than not, as her desire to be liked often outweighs her own moral compass and her awareness of this makes her rather insecure, though one might never know it, as she does her best to hide this insecurity behind a facade of bravado mixed with a sunny attitude. Magic Magic Name: Heaven's Feel Magic Element: Light Magic Description: A magic passed down through her family for generations, this magic was made to mimic the holy powers often displayed by gods, allowing the user to create "miracles" of light as a tool for healing, defenses, assisting others and other supplementary techniques. History History: In a far off land Ryumimi was born into a wealthy mage family, and thusly wanted for nothing. Her home was a somewhat prosperous magocracy, oweing much of its greatness to the total subjugation and dehumanization of non-mages. Ryumimi grew up in luxury, but not without the a price. She had to prove she was worthy enough to inherit the estate, living in perpetual competition with her three sibblings (elder & younger sister, and an older brother) to see who was most fit to lead the family after their parents passed. Whoever she was became lost in the various kinds of person she would become to earn people's admiration. Her younger sister desired a mother figure, her older sister desired a friend, her older brother desired a seductive mistress. She became all these things and in doing so, lost herself within herself. She was later blamed by the trio, implicated as the assassin of her parents, who died quite mysteriously one night. Exiled from her home she traveled to Fiore, where she soon discovered that simply being a mage didn't mean much and has now had to find work to keep up her lifestyle. She found a home in Lamia Scale, where she slowly rebuilt herself into the seemingly happy, friendly, fragile girl she is today. |
