Nullification Starter Spell

Requirements: Nullification Magic
Type: Supplementary
Element: Arcane
Range: 5 Meters
Cooldown: None
Duration: Instant
Effect: The user must stretch out both their arms and hands towards the direction of the incoming spell to cancel the spell. When using this spell, the user will nullify a spell that comes into their range by paying the mana cost of the spell(s) entering their radius with any mana reduction they have.
