This one is pretty simple and straightforward. Jikan has done majority of her posts in fiore due to it being the mainland. Although she is a fake mage she had a good mix of reo and actions done in the terms of expanding business connections opportunities. Trade allies and route ad such. Mainly using the Northern woodsea and even more so improving Orchidia and bringing in money, workers. And citizens to tepopulate and fill out the town.

-something else as well but need to see how King Reign is in the end of the dark universe event. Will move idea for this mission based on result.
