Mishiko

She started to dream. His surroundings were cold and dark as she felt alone. Where was everyone? She could not find her friend and she could not find Jin or Kaito. Suddenly, in the darkness, she saw two eyes. And suddenly a third opened in between the two eyes. Down at her and started to smile wide. Her heart was pounding with fear as she fell back. It wasn't hurting her or anything. It was just staring at her with a menacing smile. She shook her head as she woke up.

Her body was full of sweats as she wiped her brow. Whether or not that was actually real for a moment was in question. Lowers that dream really about. And why did she dream of it? Slowly, she got out of the bed and started to get dressed in her attire. Next, she would then leave the Hut and start going shopping for what she needed.

She started to walk away from the high as she needed to go shopping for more items. Apparently, the place that she wanted to go had some really nice items. So she started to walk towards there and ignored everyone who just stared at her. She personally enjoyed all of this as it was a new experience compared to Fiore. The stores that Fiore had some inside stores, were too pretty, and wondered if they were fake in terms of being happy to be there. Are their stalls closed in by snow ever here? Those stories here were all just stalls outside and it was easy access to go inside. It was so cold here that she could see her breath. She kept her hoodie on perfectly so no one could see anything but her face as her short hairs that spiked could be seen. But just barely enough to hide.

She went to the first stall to see what they all had. Her brown, golden eyes looked around and wondered what exactly did she need for the trim? Thankfully, the first all had something she needed, like a backpack for hiking, and then some hiking sandals. These sandals weren't exactly sandals as they were things to attach to her boots. They almost look like some Hockey-looking Padfoot crap. She bought them anyways since they were prescribed to her as well as the hiking backpack. Next, she needed to go and buy some food and drinks so she didn't starve or dehydrate. As she was walking, she realized she didn't even have any gloves. In her mind, she felt like maybe her scarf and some gloves would help the cold. Maybe even an extra hat. Before going to the food and drinks area, she wanted to go and get some things.

She went to the clothes store to buy some gloves and some scarf. She decided to get a black one and a white one just in case one gets ruined. With the gloves she just went with some white fluffy ones with some pink. Hopefully the pink doesn't make everyone think she was a female. It was a typical thing for a human to think of such things. Quickly, she put them all on and then saw a hat that she could put over her head and then under her hoodie. Buying the pink white hoodie. She then put that on as well. Once she hid it well enough. She was all bundled up now and next she needed to go get that food and drink. She was talking about earlier. Going to a food stall, she saw some food that was already wrapped up in plastic. That seems good.

That all-human woman grabbed some of the food and paid for it and then grab the bottles of water that apparently. Was made from the mountains itself. The advertisement was as tropical rain slowly filters through the Volcano Rock. It gathers the minerals that give the water a soft, smooth mouthfeel. It was quite the advertisement. The food that she got were sticks of meat and some vegetables. She started a roll them all up in a bag and put them in her hiking backpack. She seemed like she was already ready as she had a weapon, so she didn't need to buy a new one. She started to go up the trail, but before that she said goodbye to the villagers and thank them as she will be right back. Quilla did not know how long it would take for her to get there. It could take days, hours or weeks.

She hooked on the little pad foots on her shoes. After that, she started going up the mountain and through the snowy Blizzard as it was starting to go. The feeling felt very peaceful at first as she could not hear any animals, nor see any wild animals that could harm her. Sometimes she did see some white snow bunnies and some other animals that lived in the winter. She wasn't sure how long it has been. As time flew by. Her eyes were as on the prize. Softly, she started a hummable song. The song that she danced with Jin. It was a very pretty song and she will always remember it as the night was oddly fun. She was glad that she did not get bored with him as she wanted to see him again. All those that she saw as a friend, she wanted to see again after this adventure to tell them the story.

Suddenly she stopped as she needed some rest. She made a little igloo with the snow. And decided. She was going to rest here for now. She took off her hoodie and then her hat as she then started to make a fire with the utilities that she bought. She did not want to be caught by the smoke, but since there was a Blizzard, she doubt that some people would see it from within the igloo itself. The igloo took about a few hours to make, but it was. Worth it? Questioned it, but it was shelter. Quilla Cuddled next to the fire as she felt a little cold. She should be used to this because of the war, but at least she had a friend, like Akuko. Her eyes slowly closed as she wanted to take a power nap. Hopefully, there will be no interruptions of her nap.

Roar! She heard as she then stood up really fast. She was not sure what it was, but she heard a really loud roar. She peeked her head outside after she put on her coat and hat, and the things that she needed. Her eyes were wide, and as she could not believe how she saw a huge bear. The bear already had arrows stuck to its fur. Was someone fighting it? Her eyes searched around and didn't see anyone, but then she saw how there is a white wolf. The wolf was a baby, and it was hiding behind a dead wolf. That must be their mother. Her heart was really excited but sad. She quickly grabbed her katana and left the igloo. They must have killed the mother wolf, but for what reason? Why would an animal kill another animal with a child? Was this normal animal behavior?

As fast as she could, she quickly went up to the baby wolf and guarded it with her sword. She glared at the bear with No Fear as she had No Fear of death. Sure, she will be sad to know that she'd never found her mother nor found out about her curse. She could even be sad about the fact that she couldn't even make a family. Will her friend miss her if she did die at this moment? She lifted her sword, guarded the wolf as much as she could. The bear roared again. It also had No Fear like her, as they stared at each other's eyes. The bear took no time as it started to swipe its claws towards her in the wolf. Quickly, she picked up the wolf that was the baby and started to run off. But that was before she put her sword away.

The bear was sadly catching up to her, so she had to put down the cub. Quickly, she brought out her sword and went towards the bear. It started as swipe onto her left, so she dodged and went towards her right. It roared again as it was getting more angry. It did not help that the winter was getting more intense as the snow was crying from the sky. The white powder was going all over the place as they started to fight. the cub just curled up in a ball as it was too scared to move or do anything. She did not dare to log back to check on the cub as she did not want to get mauled by the bear. She started to cut towards the bear but missed barely as the bear came down on her. Thankfully, they also missed as she dropped and rolled over to the other side and was now behind them.

Swiftly, she started to stab the bear in the back as she was behind him. From the moment that she rolled away from it. She did not have much time, as the moment had to be non-spared. Perhaps she will just kill the bear right at this moment without mercy, as she would not let the bear kill the wolf. That was just a cub. Suddenly, she decided to cut the bear's arms and stab in the middle of it's back and upward to the heart. The bear thankfully fell and then went to the wolf, who was still there curled up. She slowly approached it, so it was not a scared of her. She wondered if the wolf was going to be a comfort to be around her. Oh yeah, she approached. It did not move as she then started to pick it up after putting aside away. Slowly, she decided to go up to the mountain top to finish her journey.

It was slow because she was carrying a wolf plus her. All her other things. She did not mind though. The wolf could be heard of the whimpers it made. Soon enough, after a few hours or so, that is how it felt. She finally saw The Cave that she might have to go inside. Once she was inside, she slowly put down the wolf and made a fire. As she did not want it to be cold. When she was done, she went inside fully. Her eyes looked around and saw that it was mainly an empty cave. She went further in and saw that there were things in there full of treasure. She went closer to the treasurer and looked around to see if there was anything that looked like as if someone was there. So far, she did not see any clues of her mother being here. So, she decided to look for some treasure that seemed to have its uses.

Her eyes spotted a necklace that was blue with beads that glowed. It was attracting her and wondered if it was for a certain reason. She picked them up and put them in our pocket before leaving towards the wolf. She picked it up and put it behind her back as she carried it back to the village. She had hoped that the village would not kill it and let them take care of it. At least till it was back to health. After the hours of travel back to the village, she was introduced to the elder once more. The elder looked at the wolf and shook its head and then nodded towards the girl. He started to explain that they can help take care of the wolf. They then explained that the wolf can become attuned to the villagers as a friend if they start as a cub, at least it's easier that way.
