Effect: The user waves their hand and summons ten icicles that are six inches in length and five centimeters in width. Each icicle hovers above the user’s head as they are spread out with a distance of two inches between each of them. The icicles can be fired at a continuous rate such as one after the other, or all at a single time going in a linear direction. However, the way the attack is done must be decided upon initiating the attack. The icicles upon impact with anything will freeze it, having ice spread outward from the point of contact for a total of one meters in diameter. This can be used to caused C-Ranked freezing damage upon contact with anything.

Effect: The user clenches their fist, causing ice to form on both of their arms, from their fingers to their shoulders. A sheet of ice will cover the whole of the user’s hand and arms and produce spikes that are three inches in length and .5 centimeters in width. This allows the user to deliver C-Ranked Piercing Damage upon anything that they are able to punch.

Effect: The user waves their arm, causing a dome of ice to appear around them. The dome of ice has a diameter of four meters, as well as being four inches thick. The user while the spell is in use is unable to move. The dome is made out transparent ice, allowing the user to see outside of the dome in case any other attacks are made on them. The dome can block four D-Rank Damage, two C-Rank Damage, or one B-Rank Damage attack. Allowing the user to be quite safe while they are inside of the dome.

Effect: The user, after inhaling and bending their knees, releases a large blue blizzard of cold air, ice and snow from in front of their mouth, directing it towards an area of their choosing. The roar of frost going forward a total a fifteen meters and having a width of 4 meters in diameter. The blizzard inflicts B-Ranked piercing damage upon those it contacts, causing everyone unable to resist it to also be sent flying away with great force, as well as leaving behind a trail of destruction in its wake, heavily damaging the area it passes through.

Frostbite:

• The range for a C-Rank AoE is 2 meters diameter.
  
  "...Anyone who dares walk on the ice covered surface in some form or another will slip on the ice, falling in the process."
  
  
• This has to be made in a separate spell as different types of spell aren't allowed to be combined into one. Such effects of the similar sort is considered as a Supplementary spell.
  

Frost Bombs:

• I will have to reduce the AoE range of the freezing damage to 1 meter on a person's body. With one icicle in contact with the skin, it could easily cover the entire body of an enemy.
  
  "...It can also be used to cause the area that is affected by the icicles to create sheets of ice that cause anyone other than the user to fall and slip on them uncontrollably."

I was upping the spell do that it could have B Ranked effects. Or did I do that wrong? Everything else is fixed though

To increase the range, you'll need to have a major drawback in the spell, such as unable to move, etc. If that is what you want, please mention below and make necessary edits to your spell.

Frostbite:

• Mention that when the spell is in contact with a person's body, it will only be effective for 1 meter diameter on human's skin.
  

Ice Dome:

• Since the range has been increased, the power of the spell is dropped a rank lower, so the spell can only withstand 2 D-Rank spells or 1 C-Rank spell. Refer to the Magic Regulations for more information.
