Carla has a group of cultists with her in normal clothes as they were here to get jewelry and other odd end made and to meet with a different group of the cultists as Vex is expecting to see them soon and she was not going to make vex have to wait to long though she knows that this place is decently big and that it is a bit of a rougher place to do these things but she knows that she can handle them and she had Vex's right hands with her and they were not weak by any means they might be stronger than vex herself but they are loyal and they would even thing to betray her even if the faith was to leave them of Tutrix they would never turn their backs on Vex as she had been like a sister to them more than a leader she was family to them.

The right hands would do what ever they could to make it all work for Vex and help her dreams come true and get her god to the level that she is a more wide spread goddess, she was not one to allow them to waste to much time just helping her and not helping themselves and focusing on bettering themselves as well even if she was a tough and some times strict leader vex had pretty much raised them when they were lost and had no path to take her hand cut through the darkness they were in and pulled them out of it and helped them to see the light that had been there in front of them as they were recruited by her and not one of the others of the cult so they fully felt the attachment to her. They looked around for special mixtures that they needed for medicines and other stronger and stranger concoctions to help people cleanse their bodies.

The right hands remember trying it and it felt kind of like their bodies were being warmed for the inside like there was a fire that burned strong in their guts and made them sweat it all out and they never touched that stuff again as it seemed like it should be some kind of punishment but after ward they had to admit they felt lighter and more able bodied but they have no real idea for what those would be for but as some of the cultists drank it more religiously the stock of them had gotten a bit low so they needed more of it as Vex made it herself and had lacked the stuff she had needed to brew up a new batch. they have no idea to if she should really have to shoulder it all of making this but they were going to keep working hard and not allowing themselves to fall behind.

Carla has found the artisans that had been give the orders and she waits to collect the pieces that Vex had ordered and when they returned they handed the pieces over to the exceed and she sees that some of the pieces they ordered were missing and they looked at the exceed and they looked nervous that she had caught on to them and they dropped to their knees and begged for forgiveness as they had sold them for a lot more jewels than they had been being paid to do them for Vex and Carla sighed and whistled as more cultists walked over and took them to be questioned on who had been sold the pieces as they all bared the mark of Tutrix so they could not be allowed to keep them as they were objects to be blessed by Vex with Tutrix's gift to the ones that hold them.

Carla makes sure that word is send swiftly to Vex as these venders might need to be put to the ritual as well for what they had dared to when they sold things that would become vessels of Tutrix's power and blessed and to Carla it seemed that this would count as an unforgivable sin on the part of them but she will await word from the leader before they try to remove them from the city which would probably more relay on them cutting their trip short and they can't do that. The cultists grill the venders who say they can't tell who they sold them to or they could be killed by them the cultist ask them what makes them think that they aren't going to kill them and they smirk at the venders. The venders realize they are in deep trouble and they start to spill their guts to them about who and where the pieces were dropped off at.

Carla and the right hands head toward where the two had said they had sold the pieces to that were not meant to have them and they were not going to be nice as they were going to take them and not buy them back and if they fought back they will also be turned to the sacrifice as well as their greed was a sin as well and that was a lot to take in and to take on but that was not the issue here it was that they stole something that did not belong to them and their actions would speak for them when they are told to return them. They walked up to the home and guards had already started moving on them asking for what and why they were here and if there was a reason to them just showing up and they were answered with they were here for something that had been stolen.

The guards laughed at them thinking that they were dealing with lower distract riff raft and not a group of trained fighters and an exceed that can change forms and also fight them. Carla looks at them as they draw their weapons and threaten them and she sighed. "You all can not just do this the easy way can you?" She transformed and the two right hands went hands on to deal with the guards then Carla knocked on the door while making sure that she didn't have any blood on her clothes so this might just go easier and the people answer the door and don't see the guards and they look at the woman and ask where the guards went and she told them they are taking a long break. Being dead would means that she was not lying as they would not be returning and they look grimly and talked down to Carla who just sighs again as she was not sure why they had to be like this.

Once Carla said what they wanted they told them no and that they would rather die than hand them over to the exceed in human form. "That is sad to hear but I guess you as well as a sinner will be meeting Tutrix. " They looked at each other and went to slam the door shut on them but the door was stopped by the woman's foot and the two push their way in and subdue the two in the home and they beg not to be killed and tell them where they had hidden the pieces and they went to see if it was true but it was a trap but they both had seen it coming and the return and cut off a few of the woman's fingers and she tells them the truth of it. They go and recover the pieces then knocked the two of them out and sends them off in sacks to the main city hideout as they were going to be given to the goddess.

Carla gets the pieces back together with the other pieces and she gets a message from Vex saying they are not allowed to take the venders but the people are free game to take if they give her trouble and Carla giggles as she had already take care of the buyer but it seems the the venders are going to be a set free and that was going to be that. Carla turns back to her exceed form and she looked around for anymore guards then she walks away with the two right hands and they try to think up where else to look for the other pieces of the potions that she makes and when would be the best time as at the moment it seemed that the few of them left had no ideas to if there are even the things that they need here and Carla wished that Vex was here.

Vex came into the town after hearing that there had been a problem and she ends up coming across the herbs and things she needs for the potions and she wondered if they had already gotten them or not then she sees them and she waved them down and told them about her find and they look at her wide eyed as they were worried about finding them but there she was standing there with them like they were fools, this was a loss for them but that meant next time that they would have to do better and not get beaten again by timing and things but really it wasn't that deep of a thing but Vex also knew where to look and what the thing she wanted looked like and that was really all that mattered. They all got a good laugh out of it and then headed back toward the hide out to get ready for the grand party of transcendence to see the Goddess Tutrix but they had to wonder if Vex was really ready as she looked like she was tired.
