Coming to an open room, Kishin's studies were interrupted. The higher-ups in this place had summoned everyone to discuss a small war they plan. Kishin is conflicted as he listens to the Sevese's plan for war. He knows that their cause is not just, and he cannot condone useless violence as a means of achieving their goals. However, he also wants to learn more about the gods and their religion, and he fears that if he abandons the Sevese now, he may never get another chance to gain such knowledge.

As he struggles with his decision, Kishin begins to observe the Sevese more closely. He notices that many of them seem to relish the idea of battle and conquest now, and he wonders if their worship of the gods is more about seeking power and control than about true faith.

Finally, Kishin makes up his mind. He cannot in good conscience support the Sevese's plans for war, and he decides to leave their group and continue his quest for knowledge on his own. However, he is also aware of the dangers of traveling alone in Seven and knows that he will need to be careful and cautious as he ventures forth into this unpredictable and dangerous world.

Kishin takes a deep breath and faces the Sevese with determination. "I cannot support your plans for war," he says firmly. "I came to Seven to learn about the gods and their religion, not to fight in your battles."

The Sevese leader scowls at him, clearly displeased with Kishin's refusal to comply. "You are making a grave mistake, young adventurer," he warns. "The other races of Seven are not to be trusted. They will destroy us if we do not strike first."

Kishin shakes his head. "I cannot condone violence as a solution," he says firmly. "I must follow my own path, and that path does not lead to war."

With that, Kishin gathers his belongings and sets off into the wilds of Seven alone again. As he travels, he becomes more and more aware of the dangers of this new world. Minotaurs, giants, krakens, and sirens are everywhere, and Kishin must be constantly vigilant to avoid their deadly attacks. Even though Kishin was dismissive before, he finds his surroundings much harder to navigate now that he tries to reverse paths.

Despite the risks, Kishin finds himself strangely invigorated by the challenges he faces. He discovers that he has a talent for survival in this harsh environment, and he becomes more and more skilled at navigating the treacherous terrain of Seven. Even without guided help this time, due to annoying the other races, Kishin had began to be more forceful.

As he journeys deeper into the heart of the land, Kishin encounters many other lost travelers, both friendly and hostile. He learns more about the different races that inhabit Seven and gains a deeper understanding of their cultures and beliefs. This time, Kishin knows to think about their different religions as well.

However, Kishin also discovers that there are many who seek to use him for their own purposes still. He is approached by agents of different factions who seek his aid in their own quests for power and control, but Kishin refuses to be swayed by their manipulations.

Instead, he continues to pursue his own path, driven by his thirst for knowledge and understanding. Refining and dining, only Kishin can determine his final tastes. As he travels, he begins to see the gods of Seven in a new light, realizing that they are not all-powerful beings, but rather a reflection of the hopes and fears of the different races that worship them.

Despite the dangers and challenges he faces, Kishin remains determined to follow his own path, wherever it may lead him. Coming to a clearing with large bodies of water, Kishin is briefly confused on his journey. Then, he suddenly becomes nostalgic to Fiore. A kraken had appeared before him.

Kishin watches in horror as the kraken's massive tentacles wrap around several members of a Sevese group, crushing them mercilessly. The remaining Sevese launch a fierce attack on the beast, but their weapons seem to have no effect on its tough exterior.

Kishin, feeling powerless and useless without any magical abilities, can only watch as the battle unfolds. He sees a Sevese warrior get swallowed whole by the kraken, but the creature seems to be weakening. It appears that the Sevese's strategy of targeting its weak points is finally working. Wondering about the morality of letting these people take the risks first, Kishin recalls the dangerous views of the other Sevese he had met.

Gathering his courage, Kishin runs towards one of the kraken's tentacles, dodging the creature's flailing arms. He manages to climb onto the appendage, wielding a Sevese sword he had picked up earlier. In the end, Kishin will help if it's worth it.

With a burst of strength, Kishin plunges the sword deep into the kraken's flesh, causing the beast to writhe in pain. He continues to hack away at the tentacle until it finally releases the Sevese member it had captured.

The other Sevese warriors cheer as Kishin jumps off the tentacle, but the victory is short-lived. The kraken, now enraged, unleashes a barrage of attacks on the group. Kishin can see that they are outnumbered and outmatched. Taking things slowly will just slowly bring more deaths and consequences. In Kishin's view, he'd rather not fight forever with this annoying beast.

Thinking quickly, Kishin grabs hold of a nearby boulder and uses all his might to throw it at the kraken's eye. The boulder connects with a sickening thud, and the creature lets out a deafening shriek before collapsing into the water, dead seemingly. At least, the boulder had confused it.

Kishin falls to his knees, panting heavily. He looks around and sees the Sevese warriors staring at him in awe and respect. For the first time since arriving in Seven, Kishin feels a sense of accomplishment and belonging that is more natural.

But he knows that there are more challenges to come, and that the Sevese's plans for war still weigh heavily on his conscience. As if to echo his concerns, the kraken awakens. A constant struggle befitting a living being, without any sort of easy designed end.

Kishin's heart was pounding as he watched the kraken thrash about again, its massive tentacles whipping dangerously close to him and the Sevese. He dodged and weaved as best he could, taking advantage of any opening he could find to strike at the beast. The Sevese were also putting up a valiant fight, their spears and swords slicing through the kraken's flesh.

Despite their efforts, the kraken was still strong and seemingly invincible. Kishin could feel his frustration mounting, his mind racing for a way to defeat the creature. Suddenly, an idea came to him. He motioned for the Sevese to hold off the kraken while he made his way to a nearby temple's altar.

As he ran towards the altar, he heard the kraken's tentacles slamming against the stone floor, inching closer and closer to him. Kishin pushed himself harder, fueled by the adrenaline coursing through his veins. When he finally reached the altar, he saw a glimmering object nestled in a small crevice.

Without hesitation, he snatched up the object and made his way back to the Sevese, the kraken still hot on his heels. When he reached them, he held up the object triumphantly. It was a crystal imbued with powerful magic, capable of creating a powerful shield to protect them from the kraken's attacks.

The Sevese looked at Kishin with renewed hope, their spirits lifted by the sight of the crystal. They rallied together, forming a tight circle around Kishin as he worked to activate the shield. With a burst of magical energy, the shield erupted from the crystal, enveloping them in a protective bubble.

The kraken, sensing that its prey had suddenly become untouchable, let out a roar of frustration and retreated back into the depths of the temple's murky waters. Kishin collapsed to the ground, panting and exhausted, his entire body shaking from the adrenaline rush. But he knew that he had just earned the respect of the Sevese, and that he had proven himself a valuable ally in their quest for survival in Seven.
