Effect: The user bend their knees, causing a grey glyph to appear beneath their feet and causing a platform made of feathers to materialize underneath them from another glyph within 5 meters of them in any conceivable direction, position, or placement they desire upon the initial casting motion, giving them a platform of densely packed arcane magic and feathers that is strong enough to be stood on, held on to, or touched, but has no real offensive or defensive properties. Where it was created, it will remain in that precise position and location unless disturbed by magical means or the spell ceases to be sustained.

Notably, the blast of Arcane looks like the moon, and will leave black and white cat fur around the vicinity of whatever it struck.
