The spell can be activated simply by the user placing their left or right hand up near their temple and pressing two fingers against it. Upon doing so the user will generate a brilliant golden magic seal underneath himself. Upon the magic seal appearing the users eyes will take on a golden hue and grant the user Thermal Vision within range.

Upon doing so a large golden magic seal will appear behind his head before two beams of light, .5 meters in diameter exit out of his eyes. The beams of light will travel outwards at spell speed and deal A-rank Fire and A-rank Light damage to the first target hit. If Seika chooses to he can take the hand he used to cast the spell to direct it, changing its trajectory. If he does this the amount of mana used to sustain the spell is doubled.

Effect: Imbuing himself with righteous retribution, Seika will unleash this feeling and power upon the lands. Pointing one of his hands forward, Seika will hold the limb out while seemingly grasping downwards as if he were holding on to something powerful. This will cause an illustrious golden magic circle that is 2 meters in diameter to appear underneath him. Simultaneously at a target location a 8 meter in diameter magic seal will appear in the sky. Seika will then clench his hands, unleashing hell upon the earth underneath the magic seal by raining down a literal storm of plasma like bolts of energy. Being struck by one of these bolts will cause everyone within the diameter to take A-rank Light and A-rank Fire damage. Seika will then will the spell to end by clenching his fist fully causing the magic seal to shatter.
