Azure traded much information in this gallery when he was just starting out but today he would be visiting for a personal matter one that he spent the last few weeks avoiding. Part of him questioned as to why they even picked this location in the first place and on such a depressing day on top of that let's hope they don't show up and I can get back to my actual work, he thought closing his umbrella and walking into the Gallery. Much of the art has been replaced since the last time set foot in this place which was fine but though he did have his favorites from time to time.

He walked around for a few minutes before taking notice of someone that might provide him with some entertainment until his associate arrives that is. It wasn't every day that something like this would happen given how his luck has been recent. "So are you big art guy or are you just waiting for the rain to stop?" he asked walking up to the off rookie Knight folding his arms. If Azure played his cards right then it would be an interesting inter action.

In all honesty, Bryson wasn't a big art guy- or at least when it came to painting and drawing. However, he did enjoy the art of words whether they were on paper or spoke aloud. None of these pieces were truly amazing to him. Even now as he stood in front of the most interesting art piece in the gallery, he was not wowed. This was boring, he thought as he placed his hands into his pocket. Just as he turned he was met with a brown skinned individual, one with short hair and a height a lot taller than his. Bryson looked him dead in the eye as he began speaking, asking the young hunter if he liked art or was just passing time. For a moment there was silence. Bryson wasn't big on conversation with random people but after scanning him up and down, he shrugged. "Do I know you?" Was his answer. The tone of his voice was cold and lifeless, as if he had already decided that the man in front of him was not important. He didn't interact with people much and when he did it was for business. Perhaps part of being a kid was making new friends and talking to new people, but Bryson wasn't a normal kid. He was paranoid.

"No not at all Rune Knight Page Bryson." given his most recent encounter with the knights he was up to date on everyone that was currently stationed within the area and some other details that weren't important. Giving Bryson a rather quick once over he was able to tell that tricking him would prove to be a choir but one he didn't really mind doing. Man the knights must be desperate to be taking kids he thought shifting his gaze to the painting that kid was looking at and turned his back to it.

Azure pulled out his note pad jotted down some notes before putting it away "I'm an informant which means I sell information about nearly everything, from people, guilds, down to fashion." the last part wasn't true as he could care less about fashion but finding info on others was his bread and butter. From the reports and other documents that he received the kid was still a kid which meant he would be the perfect person to get documents for him, one half of him wanted to mess with him while the other was focused on the main task. It was odd that how he stopped out this painting given the nature of it and his age.

While normally, anybody who knew Brysons name was probably out to destroy his entire life, crush him for a small check, or manipulate him because he was a kid- he knew that people who did enough research on the Knights would know who he was. He was a government worker now, and seeing how he had recently began making a name for himself, he was surprised. Bryson couldn't say the same about being off-put though. The taller brown skinned male wanted him to know that he knew who B was, but for what? Bryson raised an eyebrow and folded his arms. He was silent, because eventually the man would speak up and reveal something. That's how adults were when it came to children, they reveled in the idea that they knew more or were wiser- intelligent if you will. Then, as he stood there the man continued speaking. He revealed that he was an informant and had a significant amount of information. A Mercenary perhaps, if he was offering his services. Even if the young Desiertan could use this stranger to his advantage...he would have to trust him first. Odin gave him a mission and he couldn't put it at stake. That meant he also had to maintain his cover as a just rune knight who was here to uphold the law. "Huh..." he nodded. "You know...if you keep walking around saying that out loud, eventually you'll get yourself killed." He said as he turned towards the painting. "I don't need any information. The Magic council will provide me with all the documents I need." He said. Voice still as frosty as the winter winds. "What did you say your name was?"

As luck would have it the kid was sharper than he thought which was fine with him he never liked putting on an act if the other person wasn't going to fall for it which meant that he could just be straight with him. Azure's life is always at risk as informants are always the first to die whenever something goes south well unless they're smart and get out before anything happens other than that Bryson had made a rather interesting counterpoint. The problem with Rune Knights is that they only do as their told which was fine until they get killed "The council plays by the rules and thus only gets surface-level information compared to what I can get." a true statement as only some really desperate would resort to coming to an informant.

The young knight had asked for his name to which he had an idea so with a smile on his face he responded "Oh my yes my name is Bedlam." fake names are easy to pick when their names of dead men. Azure took note of the people that were around him just in case he would need a hostage, "Your a smart kid so why not trade information with me? Surely I might have something of use to you." the choice was up to him but either way he would be getting what he wanted today.

What the mystery man said was true. The Rune Knights only had a set amount of information and most of that pertaining to things not inclusive to the underworld or information one could get from the black market, but Bryson was adept at gathering that type of information on his own. He was light on his feet, quiet and attentive. It was exactly why he didn't trust this man or the given name. A random informant quick to share his name with someone apart of the Rune Knights? On top of that, he also asked to trade information with the page. If anything didn't sit right with Bryson, it was this interaction. He had been on the run for far too long to trust anyone anyway. "Bedlam." Bryson nodded before turning away and slowly walking towards the next exhibit. "And why would I trade information with someone I don't know? You say that I'm smart, but your actions don't tell me you really believe that. You cannot manipulate me" He stopped in his tracks, turning to face Bedlam again. "Trust me, you have nothing I cannot acquire for myself..." He said. "Take this as a warning; press me any further and I'll arrest you for harassment." Bryson said before turning back around and slowly moving through the gallery.

Even though he wasn't really digging for anything too deep he thought the kid would help him with something as simple as information trading Damn maybe I underestimated him a little too much he thought as the kid went about the gallery. This kid could still prove useful if he ever needed a scapegoat for any Knight problems later on or something else altogether.

"Before I go a word of warning, stay away from anyone with connections to a certain guild that worked within this area." Even though they seemed capable of protecting themself it would be better for them to work in Era unless they wanted to join the many other corrupt knights among his ranks. It wasn't as though he wanted to pass this chance but he was sure that there would be other chances to get the information that he needed later on. Azure pulled out his notepad and jotted down some of the key things that he noticed during their conversation for later use. Not wanting to deal with the would-be threats of the Knight he waited by the front door "Man that kid was something else for sure he wasn't such an easy target after all.", he muttered in his Stellan even though saying it in common wouldn't have done much.

There was no doubt in Bryson's mind that the man called Bedlam was referring to Eternal Nightmare, but Bryson simple waved him off. Eternal Nightmare was a guild that was no longer shrouded by secrecy, instead even the commonfolk of this city were aware of who they were. Little did Bedlam know, the guild master was family. In fact, the entire guild was family. The irony there was that the man thought he was helping when in actuality he was not. Bryson walked out of the museum and into the rain. The Desiertan was most concerned with getting away from the informant- not because he was scared, nervous or anything of the like, but because he was simply an annoying creature. Anybody who thought that they could use or manipulate Bryson was automatically an enemy in his book. As he left the art gallery, he kept the mans face in mind for when he met up with his father. Whoever that man was was clearly onto Eternal Nightmare for whatever reason and it would be Brysons job to report that. With a sigh the rain continued to fall, this time it as beginning to soak his clothes. Thanks Bedlam, for ruining what would have been a decent day.
