It wasn’t often Venus would find herself at the exact coordinates of the bath house of Magnolia, in fact, she had not even been there for once. The Siren had heard rumours about the famous baths only located in Magnolia, but never had the opportunity to pamper herself especially with her being travelling to and from between towns. This was her chance to indulge herself in refreshing spring water from the mountains, or perhaps a river and maintain her youthful beauty, however, she wasn’t merely here to satisfy her long-awaited desires, this was solely business.

With Daeva Eye expanding rapidly, her guild mistress had sent her off to Magnolia Baths and had her on duty to seize the property into their control, if worded correctly – negotiate. It would be a difficult task for her, not only because this was a foreign land but also because the bath house owner, Bella Missandra, was also a rather enigmatic person. However, if things came to the worse, Venus had her trump card saved for these reasons to win her over, hopefully.

Pushing the large oaken doors open at the entrance, Venus made her way inside the building and the handmaidens, aware of her presence, escorted her towards the changing rooms. The red beauty would undress herself, wrapping her slender figure only in a piece of bath towel before entering hot spring. The woman smiled to herself, appreciating the fact that she had the entire vicinity to herself albeit, seeing the bath empty Venus assumed that she would have to wait until Lady Missandra arrived.

A ladies meeting at the baths – what more could be better than this?

A pleasurable moan escaped her lips as the red witch sank further into the refreshing waters of the hot spring, her arms draped over the edges of the structure as she relaxed. A hot spring was what she had been needing all this time all along; it was as though all her stress and the tension on her shoulders had been released after a year long of overworking herself. Perhaps a hot stone massage might even do wonders after a relaxing hot spring.

It wasn’t long until the doors to the bath opened, revealing a stunning woman who was no other than the owner of the Magnolia Bathhouse. Despite being wrapped in a small towel, she could still see the curves that were hidden behind that piece of fabric – without meaning to sound so perverted. Nonetheless, Bella Missandra was a gorgeous beauty as rumours were told and Venus wasn’t surprised. She’d flutter her eyes open from her relaxation of sleep and gave Bella a rather wicked grin; a signature smile of her own.

”You must be the Siren.” spoke Bella as she undressed her towel right before her eyes, the towel pooling around her feet. Not only was she a seductive woman, she was also daring.

”Yes – indeed, I am. A lovely day to be in the bathhouse, isn’t it?” she started, engaging into a very light conversation before she would bring the important topics into discussion. ”I’m sure you know the reason as to why I’m here.”

The dark haired beauty seated herself right across Venus as she looked straight at her, a smirk dancing over her lips, ”Of course. But, I’ve already negotiated with Fairy Tail. The guild basically resides here, while yours is in a different town. What could possibly win me over?” Venus had already expected that convincing Bella to hand over the property to them would be a difficult task, but she wasn’t going to give up so easily. After all, her mistress did tell her to win her over no matter what, so she certainly would, even if it meant she would have to go to drastic lengths to do so.

”What do you think can win you over?”

It was just to see if Bella would fall for her tricks, but with the seductive witch being intelligent and witty, she highly doubted. As if almost seeing through her, the witch chuckled, but Venus knew it was just more than that. ”Are you sure you’re fine with Fairy Tail being in control of this town?” She tested the waters.

The other woman hesitated for a brief moment before smiling, ”Why don’t we talk about this over some drinks?” Venus arched her eyebrows, approving the suggestion with a nod and upon her command, the handmaidens would enter the bath would some wooden trays filled with ceramic cups and a tea pot. Green tea and hot springs – what better combination could possibly exist? She’d pour a cup of cold green tea and handed it over to Bella and filled one for herself as well.

”I’m not quite content with Fairy Tail being the rising in power in town, taking control of the majority of the land. Them having in control of my land would mean that I would have to answer to Fairy Tail mages and I’m not keen on doing so.” The woman sighed as she took a sip of her tea, it seemed that there were things that were bothering the bathhouse owner, and perhaps if Venus played the patient listener role her, she might gain her favour – that was what she thought.

”Adriana and I are good friends, but I’d rather have my own property, myself and my people independent, away from all the mage business.”

Venus took a moment, figuring out the best way to solve this and to reel her to their side as well. As though a lightbulb popped over her head, it was then the Siren came up with an idea that might just win her over. ”We’re a pretty independent guild ourselves, we don’t rely on anyone else but only our own kind. So, if that is what you want, we’re more than willing to give that to you.” And so, the two of them exchanged glances with satisfied smirks plastered on their faces; a promise that only the two would understand.
