She has a pale complexion as she was mostly kept inside for her studies. Adaline developed a sense for fashion as a result of being cooped inside all day and her wealthy background, and she loves to accessorize and pair up gowns according to her rare, silvery gray hair. She also loves to create wearable arts and crafts, often sporting at least a woven bracelet or two regularly. She usually wears the colours that match with her hair and eyes (light blue, gold, and dual shades of purple: lavender and violet!), but occasionally she'll experiment with other hues as well! She has a keen eye for jewelry, but mostly favours delicate designs adorned with amethyst and opal gemstones. Extra: Although Adaline owns a plethora of precious jewelry, her most beloved piece is a dainty, gold ring with an intricately carved, polished Stellanium gemstone set in the middle. It was a gift she had received from parents for excelling in her magic studies, and one of the few fond memories she has of them. She never takes it off, even if it mis-matches with her outfit. PERSONALITY Personality: Adaline is an energetic, easygoing, happy young girl who flourishes when she's with her friends. She wins over people easily with her adorableness, and is always eager to meet new people. She follows the motto of giving people "the benefit of doubt," and is sometimes a bit of a pushover, but stands firmly when she's pushed too far. She also isn't afraid of a little bit of friendly competition, although she has a tendency to get a bit sad when she doesn't meet someone she loves or her standards. This is due to her time spent as the only daughter and heir of the Lucastia Household. With a childhood of negligence, she grew up as a soft-spoken, timid, and enduring daughter. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't get attention from her parents. Eventually, she had enough and faked her death at the age of 11, running away to Fiore with her cousin, Jeremy. Together they wandered the vast land for a year. During this year, she gained more confidence and finally understood the true meaning of family. Eventually, Jeremy had to return back to Stella to continue his studies, as excuses were running out. Adaline vehemently refused to return, so Jeremy suggested that she join the Fairy Tail guild. Now she's at a place where she is happy and loved, and is learning what a family is day by day. Likes:

MAGIC Magic Name: Heavenly Light Magic Magic Element: Light Magic Description: Heavenly Light Magic is a form of light magic that has been passed down in the Lucastia household for generations, ever since the first. The rumours about the origin are that the god of light Apollo blessed the Lucastias with an innate ability to convert normal light into blessed, heavenly light. The user may then be able to wield it to attack, defend, buff, etc. Consequently, since the user is channeling blessed magic, they must lead a life of good deeds or else they will be severely punished. As a result, most Lucastias lead lives of charity and fairness. HISTORY History: Adaline was born into a life of extravagance. The Lucastias were ridiculously wealthy, and were held in high regard. Adaline was constantly told that she had it all; money, wealth, reputation. Yet what she desired the most was the one thing she did not have: a family. Her parents were not the most nurturing types, with her mother leaving Adaline to the nannies and her father only checking in with her studies. They would give her small slips of attention, but never when it counted and not nearly enough. Thus, Adaline worked three times harder to please her parents, excelling in her classes and speaking with the elegance of a noble. She would grasp onto the occasional pats on the head or a smile like they were her lifeline. However, at the age of 11, she was fed up with they way she was living and did the most daring thing in her entire existence. She faked her death and escaped to Fiore with her beloved cousin, Jeremy. For an entire year, they wandered the vast lands always with a smile on their faces. No matter how rough the conditions she had never been happier. This also toughened her up a bit, although she still had a plethora of fears. After the year was over, Jeremy had run out of excuses and was summoned back to Stella to continue his studies. He encouraged Adaline to join Fairy Tail and go on more adventures. She agreed, and this is where the story starts today- day by day, she forms new bonds and meets new people, leaving her old life behind. Reference: N/A |
