Quest Description

The silky soft creamy comforters rolled over her skin, caressing it lightly as her long, slender body uncomfortably shifted over the mattress that dented inwards by the force of her weight. Her face, which was previously slammed against the soft pillow that she laid her head on, now turned to face the white ceiling. The room around her was rather empty, besides the bed, where she laid sprawled over. A small table decorated the corner of the simple room and tucked into it was a wooden table. Knowing how untidy she was as a person, she simply sighed as she laid her lilac hues on the empty plastic wrappers that were tossed on the table.

The dark room was illuminated by the orangeish yellow hue that peeked through the curtains that hid the window from her sight. However, their translucent state refused to do a good job at keeping her in the darkness. The dark brown surface was pretty clean. Blonde hair laid wildly on the bed, slightly hanging off the edge as her eyes moved to the top right corner and noticed the black punching bag hanging still as if it as bored. The day, although it had just begun, was passing by slowly. her ears caught the sound of the clock ticking through the silence as laziness conquered over her body. It was the kind of day where she felt like doing nothing but staying in bed.

Lately, she had gotten pretty good at shutting off her thoughts and just staying there in complete silence with the demons of her mind but to a slumber that she did not awaken them from and perhaps, that brought her the peace of mind she needed. In the past, she would often find herself escaping the silence and monotony by distracting herself. She would always go out or do something to avoid having to think but now, she was completely comfortable with it. She simply wished that the day would pass with her doing nothing more than lazing around but then again since when did things ever go her way? It appeared that fate had a different plan for her that day, one that did not include leisure and resting.

Through the reigning tranquility pierced through a sound that came from the door, as if someone had knocked on it. Waiting for a voice to emerge, the blonde knight did not move from her place until noise died down. Emerging from underneath the door was another envelope that was slid through it and her mind instantly clicked. She didn't have to think for she already knew what it was that she had to do. With a lazy sigh, she pulled herself into a sitting position, before pushing herself up and off the bed. Walking over to the door, she picked up the letter and scanned it's contents before heaving yet another sigh as her plans had now been changed. of course she anticipated this. However, that didn't convince the frustrated laziness. It was time to get dressed.

Quest Description

Sauntering through the streets of the town that were relatively quiet despite the occasional aggressive yelling that was probably a result of the constant consumption of poisoned water. Many people hid in the safety of their homes rather than the streets to avoid such worrisome and aggressive nature and actions. Nobody blamed them, especially not the female.

However, she did regret not getting rid of the people behind it. If only she hadn't thought about the doctor and put the men to a stop, this wouldn't keep on happening. Regardless, they would still have to find the cure and she could tell what the doctor had in mind. He wanted a way to protect the people so he can prove to Mattorro how wrong he is. He wanted to ensure the safety of the citizens of the town and then go after the man behind these shenanigans and the blonde could respect that. It was because she respected it that wished to follow his decisions. He was older, wiser and probably a lot more sensible that her. She was a knight, a fighter from whom the results mattered and those results in this case, was catching the bad guys. But, for the doctor, that wasn't the case. He wanted to save the people, that was the result he hoped for and yeah, in this case scenario, she knew that it was n everyone's best interest to follow the plan the doctor had.

It barely took her ten minutes to arrive to the hospital and without a second to waste, she walked over to his office. raising a hand, she knocked on the wooden door before proceeding to enter the doctor's office upon hearing the words 'Come In'. Shutting the door behind her, the lilac eyes landed upon the doctor who sat in his chair with his hands clasped together. He looked nervous, afraid, anxious, much like yesterday but somehow, it seemed as if he had calmed down a lot compared to the previous day. In his usual composed state, he offered her a seat across the marble table which she gladly took as her eyes trailed the man when he got up and walked over, grabbing some juice and pouring it into a cup before offering it to her.

"Ms.Queen, I would like to apologize for my behaviour yesterday. I was a bit...out of it. I'm aware that things did not go well, or as planned, with the Cold Colliers but then again, I guess it was not something to be surprised about. As much as I want to stop them, it's best if we find a cure for the citizens before we find them. The plaque must not spread or many more people will be affected. I have to create an antidote and I need your help to do that. My apologies for asking for so many favors but you are the only one I can rely on. As you know, I already have the cure actually, the one that I instilled from the boar but we need a way to replicate it so we can spread it and that too, in a way that everyone would have no choice but to take it."

He had told her that the only way to offer the cure to his patients was to make them drink it. However, most people would not comply to that due to the aggressive nature the disease had instilled within them. Basically, he wanted to spread it in a way where he wouldn't have to force enraged people to drink it. The only way to do that was to distill it through the air, spread it out so people inhale it. Or at least, that's the only way she could think of. Regardless, that was the reason she was given a task to accomplish which she should successfully finish, if she wants to save all these people, of course. She was told that she needed to find three specific items for the doctor; items that would not help create the cure but to spread and replicate the already created cure. When she heard of what those items were, she couldn't help but wonder how the doctor planned to use them to accomplish the task but she wasn't someone who was going to judge his area of expertise.

The blonde had already associated with the doctor enough to get a rough feel of his personality and she concluded that he wasn't a bad man, or at least not someone she should worry about for she knew that he was doing this for the good of the people he cared about. Since he was a local doctor, he had a close and personal relationship with many patients which perhaps strengthened his urge to save them. regardless of the reason, she had a job to finish.

Clad in an emerald green crop top and a pair of black high waisted jeans, she sauntered through the streets as her black boots hit the pavement. Her long hair, tied into a sleek ponytail swung around as her lilac eyes skimmed over the piece of paper in her hands. She halted her steps, looking up at the large board that hung over the shop. This was her first destination. From what she was already aware of, over here, she would find a magic crystal that would help maximize the quantity of the cure. This was perhaps the most important part. However, she was warned about the stingy shop owner who wouldn't give her the crystal for any less that it's original high value, even if that was to save the lives of many.

What could she do? Of course there was only one choice available to her and that was to steal it. It doesn't sound very nice, or well, legal coming from a knight who has the duty to follow every law that has ever been passed and stealing had not been one of them. Actually, it was very must illegal but people wee going wild and crazy, she was sure that even she could afford to go a little crazy. That wouldn't hurt nobody. Nodding to herself, she slid through the alleyway and ended up behind the store. It was time to do some stealing.

Quest Description

The blonde's lilac eyes darted around, spotting a window a feet over her head. If she could have a running start and jump towards it, she was sure that she would be able to reach it but unfortunately, the alley was too narrow for her to have any space to run. Looking to both her sides, she spotted a trash can and immediately shoved the piece of paper into the pocket of her jeans. Grabbing the tin can which was mostly empty, she pulled it towards herself and placed it right beneath the window sill before quickly climbing on top so that her face reached the glass. Pressing her face close to the window, she looked inside the illuminated room which was full of different materials, perhaps products to send and showed no signs of a human ever having even stepped foot in there. It looked like it had been deserted for ages.

All she could do at that point was pray that no one entered the room, besides herself of course. Using her hands, she pushed the window up to provide herself with an opening to enter into the room from. Applying pressure on the soles of her feet, she kicked off, suing her upper body strength to pull herself into the opening. Once she was safely on the window sill, she looked for an empty place and found a scarce, small spot that was perhaps the only place where she could have a safe landing. Taking a deep breath, she aimed and jumped, luckily landing swiftly on her feet by making little to no noise. She was sure no one other than herself would have been able to hear the sound of her landing but it was better to be safe than sorry. Tiptoeing to the door, she opened it, hoping it wouldn't creak. Luckily, things weren't in her favor as a small creaking sound escaped causing her to scrunch her nose and stop her heavy breaths. The opening of the door was only enough for her to sneak a glance at what went on on the outside and once she spotted it, she breathed a sigh of relief.

A man sat in a  chair, with a pair of headphones blocking his ears. His back faced her but she could see the corner of the book. It was a good thing he was distracted but she had to be quick. Hastely closing the door, she looked around with her hands resting on her hips. There were so many things around her. It would be tough. Realizing that it was a magic crystal, she shut her eyes and followed the sense of magical energy that she felt until her hand landed on an object that was perhaps the only thing that gave off the energy. Opening her eyes, her hues landed upon a purple crystal that was inside her palm, placed over a box. But what surprised her was that there were multiple such crystals surrounding it. However, none gave off such energy. Quickly grabbing that, she placed a duplicate crystal on the box and ran over to the window. Jumping up, she used one arm to lift herself to the window and safely escaped.

Quest Description

Dusting her clothes of the mess that had accumulated during her little adventure, she halted her steps with wide eyes upon hearing the door creak open and footsteps walk in through the wall. She was out but the window was still left open. She was half expecting him to realize and screaming but nothing of the sort happened. her heart hammered in her chest until she heard the door fall shut. Breathing a sigh of relief, the blonde stood on the trash can and closed the window, sealing the deal. The female was short on time. She had been told that she was to bring the materials as fast as she could. Looking around the alleyway, she spotted a black bag lying, in perfect condition. She bent over to pick it up and investigated it's insides only to find it empty. Nothing seemed suspicious so she simply shrugged and placed the crystal inside the bag before pulling it over her shoulders. The knight then pulled out the piece of paper and proceeded to skim through the materials.

The next thing she needed was an aerosol can which was a pretty common thing to find. She could simply go to the nearest store and get it. The blonde thought that she was done with the hardest part of the job but fate proved her wrong for it had so much more in place for her than just then. Since when have jobs actually been easy? Especially considering that she was in a town surrounded by people who had been hit with a plague that enrages them, that makes them aggressive. Who knew when she could be attacked? She couldn't let her guard down.

The moment of attack came on a lot sooner than she anticipated as she walked into the shop, being struck by the cool conditioned air. "Excuse m-"

Before she could proceed with her sentence, an object came flying in her direction. With widened eyes, a small yelp escaped her mouth as the instincts that came in immediately caused her body to duck and the object to collide into the glass door behind her, leaving behind an oddly painful looking crack that made it look as if the door had been attacked by a wild boar. Getting back up, she looked at the man behind the counter who looked enraged as he stared at her with fury dancing in his eyes. Uh oh. The blonde exactly what was going to happen. glancing around, her eyes landed upon the aerosol can the was kept in the corner so being the bold being that she in, she made a run for it. From the corner of her eye, she could see the man coming behind her, ready to throw himself at her for an attack but before he could, she managed to grab the can and swing it around, hitting him over the head.

She knew she couldn't harm citizens, especially when she knew why they attacked her so without taking another glance his way, she grabbed a plastic container and made a run for it, out of there with both objects.

Quest Description

She ran for as long as she could count until she made sure that there was no one following her within a vast vicinity and luckily, the man didn't. The blonde, regardless of the things she did, was still a knight and moreover, would never want to hurt an innocent person. Even though that 'innocent' person was the one who attacked her first, she felt a bit frustrated that she wasn't in a position to attack him and take him down because she knew why the man had gone berserk. With a deep heavy sigh and panting breaths, the female placed the objects she held onto, on the ground and stretched her arms that now hurt slightly from running with those things and of course, for flailing them around so suddenly. Looking at the plastic container that she had grabbed, she knew her next location.

Calming herself down, she picked the things up and leisurely walked as the afternoon sun lingered before her. She was supposed to be there by evening, night if she were to be late so she had plenty of time. There was no point in rushing because for the next part, she had to save as much energy as possible. In approximately ten minutes, the female reached her destination. Looking at the tank, she walked over to it after taking a look around, to ensure that none of the Cold Colliers were there. Once she halted before the tank, she looked for an opening and filled the plastic container with the poisoned water.

Examining the water closely, it gave off an odd stench that made her want to stay away. The usually clear liquid composed of tiny particles that appeared to be purple in colour. Setting her bad down, she sat next to it before placing the container before it. Placing her hand over the opening of the container, she took a deep breath and concentrated all her magical energy on the liquid, attempting to turn the water into a magical object by using her own mana. The idea was the doctor's and she could tell why he was hesitant to present it to her. Lilac eyes say the clear water stir around even though the container was absolutely still until the purple particles disappeared and the stench became an odour.

The water became a fluorescent blue colour and shimmered underneath the palm of her hand. Energy drained from her body as she could feel herself getting weaker. Without more time to waste, she slowly stood up due to her lack of energy but still managed to return back to the hospital where she entered Gerard's office. He examined the materials and asked her assistance in making the serum. For her, the rest passed by in a blue as she entered a brightly lit chemical lab and began following the doctor's instructions which entrailed crushing the crystal into a powder and mixing it into the serum to increase the quantity. The serum was then mixed with the mana infused water and placed into the aerosol can. Garard assured her that the cure would treat a patient and prevent them from being infected again and she believed him, not that she had an option.

She followed him to one of the rooms in the hospital which emitted screaming from a patient who had been struck by the disease. It was a test try, a gamble. She watched the doctor spray the man with the serum and watched him return to normal. A smile fell on her lips as the doctor and his staff rejoiced before he gave her the reward and she was off. The results he was hoping for, was finally achieved.
