I’ve been looking around the site and I’m confused on why there are two sets of regulations.

The site is about to get a time skip, which we call " season 2 ". The season two regulations are basically the original regulations but cleaned up so it's easier for people to read and go through without it seeming like it's too much.

There is no set date. But it is speculated that it will be the end of this month, early next month. Until then an event is going on in Orchidia. Also are you the Jabo that knows Luci.. Chocolate Luci, the best Luci.
