HomeShin was walking through the garden when he saw a patch of Blue, Red, and Black roses lined up in three rows "I can see how why they would put them together like this." he muttered as he smelled them. I woulder if Anyone from the guild is around? he asked himself as he walked around a bit more. Shin stopped and took some time to draw the garden but quickly lost focus when he saw a rather misplaced flower "Why is there a mushroom with the flowers!?" he asked himself aloud. Shin ripped out his page and throw it in the trash Wounder if people likes me in the guild he thought to himself as he looked at his wrist with the guild mark crest on it.

Companion : "Rgghh." He grunted as he tried his hardest to increase his magical energy level. Without turning into the Phoenix, he was nothing. He was weak without the fire of this beast within him and he hated the thought of that. As he stood towards the end of the garden, his arms were curled as if he were making muscles beside the side of his body. A fiery aura began to emit around him as his power increased. What exactly was he trying to do? He was trying to use some of The Phoenix's power without actually using the Phoenix. His efforts were futile. After hearing something about mushrooms it became evident to him that someone was in the garden. Despite it being around 10 PM, there was someone here. Instantly he quieted himself and halted his actions, it could have been that officer lady again trying to kick him out. The Garden had two parts, a larger garden, then further down there was a smaller garden - that's where he was. Moving forward he began to see someone, someone who he'd seen before from Fairy Tail. Was this fate? Him and Teiho had been talking about forming a team and it was his job to bring potential candidates. Although Shin was a bit lower ranked than him, he heard things around the guild. Besides Ana, he was a pretty strong rookie. Ah, would you look at that.

Shin said trying not to offend the man that he can't remember "I really can't say that I can recall seeing you around the guild..." he said picking up his bag and pad. I should really pay attention when am at the guild Shin thought to himself as he walked up to the man and extend his hand for a handshake but then quickly put his hand in his pocket I should start wearing gloves just to avoid touching he thought as he imagined shaking the man's hand and getting mud or something oh his own hand from it.

"That's fine. I'm not so famous back at the guild. I'm Jeremiah, but just call me Ali." He extended his hand just as Shin did, but it was for no reason as he brought his hand back down, almost as if he expected Jeremiah to have dirty hands. Okay? Jeremiah spent an entire night remembering people from the guild that he could meet to form this team and Shin wasn't on that list, but seeing him today was fate because he could possibly make a great addition to the team. Although it may not seem like it, he remembered hearing that Shin was a free agent and a pretty strong rookie in the guild. Not only did Jeremiah want strong people, he mostly wanted people that had the ability to grow as a mage. A bunch of strong mages in one group would make room for teammates egos to clash. He was sure Teiho would understand why he picked the people he picked. After all, if he didn't do it it wouldn't get done. "What brings you to this lame ass town?"

"Say why don't we have some fun while were here right!?" Shin said with a big smile on his face as he makes both hands into fist This is the first time that I have ever talked to someone from the guild that's a guy he thought to himself as he waited for Ali's reply.

So it was the sweet scent of flowers that brought him to the famous garden of Crocus. Interesting. Flowers must be a big part of Shin's life if it was truly the cause of his departure from Magnolia. Here Jeremiah was, brought here for his own personal reasons yet somehow getting distracted from his goal. Though he wasn't totally ungrateful because this "team" could essentially help him achieve his goal of destroying the evil organization known as S.O.F.K, and any other goal he may have in the future. Shin spoke about having some fun, but it seemed the only fun that would be happening here today was a spar. Ali was ready to get down to business. He wanted to see how strong his fellow Fairy was. "Word? Alright, let's have a spar - it's the Fairy Tail way after all." With a smirk he watched his guild mate to see how he would react. The bronze male didn't hear much about Sekai, but what he did hear wasn't so negative which meant that people liked him around. "Or are you just more dead weight for the guild to carry?" His tone was colder now, hopefully provoking Shin.

Shin mumbled as he thought back to how hard he trained to learn and understand his magic "I'll show u dead weight!!" he yelled at Ali flicking their wrist and a magic circle appears in front of his hand 'Thorn Whip' and Lashes at Ali's arms and upper body. Shin jumps back and got himself together Keep a level head Shin he told himself as he tried to plan his next attack "I have to say I never shown my magic to anyone from the guild." before he said with a smile Keep your guard up at all times he thought.

Jeremiah frowned a bit as his guild mate attacked with magic at such a range. The two were only a meter away from each other, so it was quite easy for him to step towards his left just as Shin's hand flicked, allowing the attack to simply pass him after the magic circle conjured it. The fact that Shin still formed magic circle before using his magic was odd. Usually that showed that someone wasn't proficient at their magic yet, but sometimes the old heads still used them and they were strong. This could mean many things, but Miah didn't think too hard about it. Shin jumped back to leave a total of 5 meters between the two. The male stated that he never showed anyone apart of the guild his magic, so it was normal for Jeremiah to feel...nothing. In all honesty he didn't care about what magics people used too much, it mattered on how you used it. "Well, if that's all you got then you truly are just a waste of a guild stamp." His tone was serious and his face as well. Shin needed to prove himself.

Shin didn't know if he even had the amount of force behind any of his attacks or if they would hit "I don't get you, Ali, why don't you fight back it's not really sparing if it's only one person throwing punches?" he said going in for a takedown to get the fight to the ground Is he testing me or something? he thought as he ran at Ali but then stopped himself "If am dead weight then my waste your time dealing with me?" he asked looking at his guild mark.

Ali watched as the plant mage maneuvered his body and completed a roundhouse. The attack was too predictable as his opponents leg met with his arm, stopping it from reaching his ribs. "Way too easy." Shin then faced forward before making his way to Jeremiah who'd been standing, waiting for the next attack. If he fought like this on a regular, then he would need some serious training. Does Fairy Tail just accept anyone these days? Shin halted. Before doing anything else he asked Jeremiah why he was dealing with him if he was dead weight. "Hm." He paused before quickly deciding if he wanted to be straightforward or not.
"I'm starting a team of Fairy Tail members. Today's your lucky day, I was trying to see if you would be a good addition to the -" Just then, a frozen flash jolted through Jeremiah's entire body, causing him to surrender to temporary paralysis. The young man held his chest as he fell to one knee. Quickly he stood up and looked over at Shin. Jeremiah caught himself quick so Shin didn't have any time to come near him. He needed to leave. "S-sorry, Shin. It seems there isn't any more time left for me to stay, but you have potential. I'll be reaching out to you soon." Quickly he turned and before dashing off into the streets of crocus.

Shin sighed as he walked away And I really wanted to show him my cool skills. he thought looking at the ground in disappointment.
