Description:
A relic that Ryuko inherited after the events that led her to join forces with Prince Igor Illin of Illingrad. The staff is the lone surviving relic that serves as a testimony that the legend of the Dragon Emperor had once existed.

The staff resonates with power in the hands of one of Dragon's blood, and grants the user a certain degree of dominance over the minds of lesser mortals.

Measurements: A large staff, generally is required to be wielded with both hands.

  • Dominance of the Dragon Emperor: A trademark of the Dragon Knight is their ability to exert dominance over the minds of lesser mortals. This allows the wielder to gain 1 S-rank in constitution to employ when it comes to their casting.

    Effect:
    The user raises their staff lightly, causing an eerie crimson glow to erupt from the staff. Upon casting this spell the user is able to dominate the mind of lesser mortals (none PCs, their summons or Companions) and forcefully convert them into obedient servants of the Order. The user is able to dominate up to 1 S-rank summon, or split them up into lower ranks. While under the effect of this spell the people being controlled display behavior similar to being in a daze. If desired the user can extract the souls of these individuals and store them into the staff to later resummon them, although their appearance will reflect the typical designs of the Monarch's magic then, on top of the victims having lost any semblance of their former identity.

    While they do not occupy a summon slot, the user does need to pay the sustained cost for controlling these summons in combat.
