Kaito having grown a bit bored of just sitting and watching over the guild hall speaks to the woman that is the front desk for now if she could give him a request so that he could go and do it as it has been a horribly slow day and he wants to get some excitement and to make the guild look good as there were requests to do and take on and the woman at the desk adjusts her glasses and tells Kaito that he has to stay in the city so if she gave him a request he was going to be guarding a shop in the night from people and that he best know that she is going to give him an extra ten percent of paper work to do and if he complained about it she was going to bump that up to twenty percent and he will just have to deal with it.

Kaito sighed a bit but he was fine with that as he needed the jewels and shop protection quests usually only were push overs and no one that really mattered to him on a fighting level but he had a strange feeling about this one as if there was something extra in the trouble department coming and he called upon the team to help him. Kaito walks out of the guild and he looks around and he wonders where everyone is and he guessed the in coming storm must have had people looking for cover and he wondered if there was a lot of things that could be done here or if he was on an island and that was just something he would have to take care of as he goes. He made it to the shopping district of the city and he sees the shop that was in need of his help.

Kaito

The shop didn't really stand out at all it was just a simple shop but that is probably what made it all the more a great place to hide selling things under the radar as no one even thinks that a small shop like this that looks all over average would be a front for something else like untested magical weapons and items that need to be moved fast for those that work against the grain of the wood of upstanding people but Kaito was just a simple man that wants to have fun and fight some people a bit. The animal masked members of his team start doing a sweep of the shop to look for other ways in and if someone might have already gotten in and that would be a problem later. Kaito went in and spoke to the shops owner and he learned a few other things about the people that would be stopping by that night.

They were a rising group that is headquartered in Hosenka and was filling the power vacume that keeps getting left by the last rising family that gets consumed and it was like an ever changing revolving door of groups as either they bust them or the knights do and it just makes the cycle worse as some times it is a decent group other times just murderers. Kaito looked around the inside of the shop and makes sure to take mental notes of the are and if some one could make their way into the shop as it closes but the owner gave Kaito the key and told him that it was on him now and Kaito went behind the counter to finish out the night for the old owner and had changed his clothes into something more merchant than his usual cloak and mask and he kept up the look as Revy walked around and came back to Kaito and gave him updates of any of the team that was working with him needed anything or ideas.

This had gone smoothly and Kaito walked out of the shop and looked like he was about to lock up the shop and he faked as if he was fumbling with the keys and that is when the group came to strike. A voice boomed out at him from the darkness. "Hey you looks like your boss gave you the shit shift huh, hows about you just hand me the keys and you go home before I hurts ya." Kaito played scared of them and shakes. "P-please sir don't hurt me I am not paid enough for that." Kaito held out the keys to the man and the second the man went to take the keys Kaito grabbed his arm and flipped him leaving the man that wanted the keys flat on his back and looking up at Kaito who was wearing a twisted smile of someone that looks like they don't know how to smile or how to deal with people so it is forced looking and fake.

More men come out from the shadows and the animal masked members of Kaito's team appeared as well to help Kaito fight and Revy transforms and gets to work herself. The group was surprised that someone on this level was around as they had heard that the guild master of fairy tail had left to the north for some important meetings and that is why they thought that they were going to be able to do this job easy. Kaito looked at their leader and an aura appeared around Kaito and the enemies all look like they had seen a ghost and the leader then realized who they were against and the leader went to warn the others to retreat but it was already too late as Kaito had closed the gap and knocked out their leader and his team held nothing back as they were going for their own glory on this request and Kaito was glad they had not gone rusty on him as he had not been calling on them to help him as much as he had hit too many milestones and almost getting them killed had made him second guess himself about calling on them.

The member of Kaito's team that had a more samurai look to his cloak speaks. "Been awhile master Kaito I had thought you had forgotten about us." Kaito laughed a bit as he fought side by side with the man that spoke to him from under the black crow mask. "No I had to just my head back on right and see I even though I am strong need help and need to stop baring all the weight alone." Revy makes a giggling sound of I had told you so as she sent another of the men into the pile of knocked out would be robbers for the knights to collect as a bird had already been sent to them to come and collect the men signed by Kaito so they will know that it is not just some one trying to get the Knights to break rank and go on a wild goose chase.

He and his team worked together clearing out the thugs like it was nothing but some tried to flee and that was their mistake as an assassin or ninja like woman would pop out of the darkness in her white bunny mask and get to beating them up as she was not about to fail their leader who has saved and taken care of them even if he was a weirdo with weird ways of acting and doing things. The nights would soon make their way to the shop and they had a wagon in tow as they were sure if Kaito had been part of it that there would have been a great battle and a lot of people that they were going to have to take with them and they did Kaito put the key back inside the shop taking his payment and then helping with his team to load up the wagon with the rune knights of the area and they give him an extra reward for the haul of people that had been captured and Kaito tells his team the dinner and hot spring were on him tonight and went off job completed.
