On the picturesque shores of Astera, Kishin, the enigmatic figure adorned in a tattered cloak, walked with a measured stride. His fake face, hidden beneath an eerie mask, betrayed no hint of emotion. The relentless sun bathed the beach in a warm glow, casting long shadows that danced at the edges of his peripheral vision. Unwilling to be confined by idleness, Kishin's slender fingers dug into the golden sand, skillfully shaping it into a miniature fortress. With each meticulous touch, the castle rose higher, its walls intricately adorned with delicate patterns. Though lacking in magical prowess himself, Kishin reveled in the tactile satisfaction of creation, even as the waves whispered their transience.

A melancholic smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he observed his creation taking form. It was a fleeting moment of solace, a respite from the torments that haunted his existence. The violent crash of the incoming tide serenaded his ears, momentarily drowning out the cacophony of his thoughts. What a beautiful sand castle. However, Kishin's ephemeral joy was short-lived. An indiscernible disturbance tugged at the fringes of his perception, a discordant note in the symphony of tranquility. His head snapped towards the distant sounds of turmoil echoing through the air, the faint but unmistakable signs of an impending calamity. In the end, it seemed like no one wanted to attack Astera, and he had hallucinated.

His piercing gaze scanned the horizon, but the threat remained obscured, a specter yet to fully materialize. A sense of foreboding settled upon Kishin's slender frame, triggering a strange mixture of anticipation and trepidation within his tortured soul. Though unmagical himself, he sought to unravel the mysteries that eluded his grasp, knowing that danger often lurked within the shadows of the unknown.

Leaving his sand castle behind, a silent testament to fleeting joy, Kishin set off toward the town. Each step carried him closer to the source of the ominous rumblings, the pulse of his existence intertwined with the encroaching darkness. His unyielding determination fueled his movements, like the inexorable ticking of a clock counting down to the inevitable.
