How long had it been since she last left her workshop? Now she thought about it, it felt almost unnatural for her to be here. Despite the fact she resembled a human child, a closer glimpse of her appearance quickly suggested there was more going on than that. The Machia's gaze drifted around the harbor, trying to observe the various sailors that were working at the docks currently. It seemed most of them were preparing for some sort of voyage, but it was not they who she was looking for. According to her reports there was someone in this city who possessed some sort of intel that she was looking for, knowledge which would help her advance her own ambitions.

But for now it seemed such a objective was out of her league to accomplish. Making her way back to the large warehouse nearby the harbor, the girl started tugging along the handle that slid open the door as she walked inside, finally reaching the place she had hidden her invention at. However, it seemed some suspicious people had been trailing her, for two men were standing in front of the shipping container that contained her mech, and suddenly hearing footsteps she turned around to find three more having entered the warehouse behind her, suggesting she was in quite a pinch! "Seems we got lucky today boys! It's not everyday a victim walks straight into our lap!"

One of the men declared in amusement as Primula tilted her head slightly to the side in bewilderment. Was this what they call a 'Kidnapping?'

Manzo

It was midday in the port area, Manzo was asleep on top of a set of rafters inside of one of the many ware houses. As he is want to do at times, Not entirely something he broad casted. Since it was usually at this time he was supposed to be at the guild helping with paper work, but sometimes he needed a nap. Though sleeping on top of a set of rafters isn't exactly the smartest thing he had ever done. But he had the ability to sleep just about anywhere, so this was right in his wheel house.

Though soon enough he found himself awoken by the sound of a door opening as well as the sound what seemed to be gruff voices. He rolled over on the beam and looked down to see what seemed to be a small girl. He sniffed the air and came to realize that this was no child. But yet, he would still watch as the situation unfolded. Perhaps she had a way of holding her own. Though if it gets out of hand, he'd have to step in, no two bones about it.

One of the suspicious-looking men was quick to act, taking a few steps toward the child as he attempted to grab her shoulder. "Don't you worry little one, we're just going to keep you here until your parents pay the ransom." The man laughed wickedly as he attempted to pull her up, but suddenly found out that she was heavier than he had presumed. "What the--- this girl weights... like an iron crate..." The other men laughed in mild amusement as they approached her, seemingly intending to help their companion. "I would request that you unhand me. Failure to comply might result in unforeseeable consequences that could threaten your wellbeing."

One of the thugs sneered at those words, raising a hand as he attempted to slap her with the back of his hand. The motion seemingly stirred something, for when her head turned slightly to the side from the force of the slap, her eyes gave a crimson glint and a black mist started to blanket the warehouse. It all happened within the blink of an eye, a scream came from the same guy who had just slapped her, but this time he was flailing in the air as a large gauntlet-covered hand was choking him in the air.

Meanwhile the child's entire body had become coated in the same thick mist, her shape and outline seemingly enlarging and expanding as instead of a child there was now a large armored knight holding one of the men in the air.

"What the-" The other thugs staggered back in bewilderment, the shadowy knight's hand tightening around the throat of the man. The man flailed desperately, feeling the last bits of his strength fade away when all of a sudden he got smashed straight down into the ground with enough strength to leave a small crater in the ground. The knight took a step forward, its boot crushing the man underneath it as the same eerie red glint from before shone from amidst the shadowy figure's helmet.

A feral roar resounded through the mist, the thugs seemingly panicking, some trying to attack the knight, others trying to flee. Surely Manzo would realize that if left unattended this knight might turn onto more than just the thugs should it leave the warehouse!

Manzo

"Oh man, now that's just cool." He thought to himself as he looked down at this mech sentry tearing this assholes limb from limb. It was quite a sight to behold. None the less, he had to shut this thing down before it got out of hand in the warehouse district. He jumped down from the rafter, his feet touching down just a few meters from the mech. "Cross fighting a robot off my list." He said as he popped his neck, it did have a slight krick in his neck due to the position in which he was sleeping.

"Alright you over grown tin can, let's dance." Manzo said with a hearty laugh as he lowered himself into a fighting position. Both hands on his twin katana. The armored knight lunged toward him fist first. Manzo in a scissoring motion with both of his blades cut straight through the arm of the mech. "That was almost too easy. huh." He said as he resheathed his blades. "Hand to hand would probably be a fairer fight." The mech came at him once more. He would wrap his arms around the torso of it and slam it down to the ground with an over head German supplex.

The armored knight had turned toward Manzo, a momentary pause in the knight's mannerisms soon turning into a bestial growl as the dragon slayer unsheathed his swords. It appeared the gesture was one perceived as open hostility, for the knight dashed straight toward Manzo, fist lunging in a straight motion at the man. However, it was in that fleeting moment when Manzo's blade dug into the armored arm of the berserker that something seemed off. The blade which should have easily cut through steel was in fact only slicing into the surface of the mechanized creature's arm, its arm still rushing in a straight jab toward the man's chest.

However, it was at that moment that Manzo would no doubt catch the peculiar scent again, one that made it clear the mech's true identity might had been remarkably different from what one anticipated at first.

"grr..." the feral knight growled, yet it seemed to be hesitating as it took a few steps backwards, clearly wary of Manzo's swords and it was then that from the shadowy mist obscuring the knight that Manzo would no doubt be able to hear the same voice from the child again. "h-helm... T-target the helm. It will deactivate my self-defense protocol."

Feebly, and somewhat cold in emotion yet clearly pleading for help the child's voice faded away as the knight let out another shriek-like howl, suddenly dashing straight toward Manzo, a hand raised as it balled up into a fist and he soon swung his arm downwards, the gesture accompanying with a forceful shove of his shoulder as the knight clearly attempted to slam Manzo into the wall! It seemed this fight was not yet over! At the very least, not yet, but what exactly was this knight?

“That’s just down right odd.” He said as he observed the mannerisms of the mech. It seemed it was more in control than the person who was supposed to be piloting it. This was all very strange. But from the inside of the mech he could hear what sounded like a plea for help. Though he would have to turn his attention toward the rampaging mech that was coming toward him. Something about aiming for the head. He thought that was what he heard. He did a quick side step, what seemed like teleportation with how fast he could move at this point.

He quickly tried to maneuver himself to the back of the mech, going to go for the helm from behind. He quickly slammed his hands together causing a magic circle to come under his feet as two wood dragons would erupt from the ground. They would constrict around the legs of the mech. Seeing as it was not fast enough to catch him earlier he knew it would not be fast enough now. For if that worked he would then jump onto the back of the mech hoping to go for the helm. If this worked then the rampage would soon be over.
