Drakkon had taken out spirits the other day, and now he was moving on to the next part of this region. It was nice to be able to do a different job every time and he wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The next job that caught his interest was a situation that was happening within Astera. It seemed like the people who fish and had enjoyed themselves with that as a meal were having a difficult time. He looked at the task at hand, and it would seem like a lot of them believe that something was taking their fish away from the sea area.

He wasn’t sure how he would be able to find the source, but it seemed like someone was skilled enough to track it to a specific cove. That was good because it would make his job a lot easier to do now that he had a location. He was going to be simple and kill the beast without hesitation as there was nothing it could do to change his mind.

Drakkon was moving through the outskirts of the town. He didn’t need to go there because he wasn’t going to find his target there. He had to wait until morning, so he could approach the creature anyways since the level of water was too high throughout the evening and night. This was the perfect time for him to handle this situation and not get screwed over by water. The Demi-God would push through the area as he was being guided by his client.

He was glad that they were smart enough to provide them with directions on how to get there. It wouldn’t take long, but Drakkon would see the cove off in the distance. He was trekking through the sand that was fresh for him to walk on. It wasn’t long but he would be in front of the entrance.

“Alright let’s do this, and be on our way.” He said to Luci as the demon would agree with him.

Drakkon entered the cove in front of him as he didn’t know what to expect here. He was on guard though as he would put his helmet on his head. There was nothing this creature could do to catch him off as he was expecting the worse. He had a small path for him to walk through as in the middle there was water. He wasn’t sure how long this would take, but he hoped to find the problem soon. While he moved Luci looked around the ceiling to make sure that they didn’t miss anything. The Dragon Slayer was using his nose, so he would know if there was something above him.

It was why he didn’t look up right now. Still, it wouldn’t take long before he came to a stop. They had entered the big portion of the cove, and there Drakkon could see something on shallow water munching on what looked like fish.

Drakkon looked closely and he would see that there was a lot of fish out of the water and in a pile. The creature was next to it and it would seem like it consumed a lot. Drakkon had a smirk on his face as it reminded him how he was.

The creature would stop eating when it felt the presence of someone else. It would look over to Drakkon and Luci and it would shriek as it saw a human here. That was when it started running to the man as he could feel him as a threat.

The Demi-God would see this and he would take out Enma as he would parry the bite attack that was coming his way. The sea creature would fall to the ground and then it would get up as it looked at Drakkon. He would take out Yamato as this creature was an abomination and he felt like it didn’t need to be alive, and he was getting paid to kill it.

The creature would get back on its feet and Drakkon would stare at it. That was when the creature would run to him, and he would shake his head. He would clash with the creature as he wouldn’t be able to truly dodge it. He wasn’t fast enough and that was fact. He did make the creature slower and it was due to Alexandre. This was perfect, and since he clashed with it, he would use Yamato to slice it. He would swing his blade true as it would cut the creature on the arm. It would scream from the pain and back away from Drakkon.

He would shake his head as he knew it was coming back. It would run through the water moving even faster than it did before and it would splash water into Drakkon’s face before it had attacked again. He would cover his face because of this and he was vulnerable now.

Drakkon would feel something, and when he looked down, it would seem like the sea creature had a good hit on him. He would chuckle because his armor had protected him, but the pain hurt. He coughed up blood, but it didn’t stop him from doing what he wanted to do next. He would swing his Yamato and it would be deeper than it did before on the monster’s torso. It would fall to the ground, and it was scared for its life. It was trying to say something and it would, but Drakkon didn’t hear it.

The young man would just swing his blade and he would cut the monster’s head off before it could plead its case. He would swipe his blade down to get the blood off it and he would leave the cove. He noticed the fish were still alive and the creature had just done this. He would push the fish into the water and they would start swimming away. He would go to his client and he would get paid for the work before taking on another job.
