#1Gundar Darkforge

Gundar Darkforge
Standing at the entrance of the guild's building, Gundar had recently joined Eternal Nightmare since he had come to the mainland of Fiore from his home in Icebergia. He only had the clothes on his back and a few jewels in his pocket from running various tasks and errands. He had to make a new abode for himself or see if the guild hall itself had any accommodations for him already made. The only person he's met from the guild so far was Keita and he'd hoped to make the acquaintance of many more members of the guild. For now, he'd simply just enter the guild hall in hopes of getting his feet wet. He wasn't very talkative as somebody had learned recently but he'd still like people to at least know his face so he wouldn't be disturbed often when he was off doing his business alone in his chambers or room.

Achlys †

Today is the day of the festival and Achlys has prepared herself to go out and meet a lot of people. Not just physically but also mentally, since she doesn't really have the skill to be social. She is really bad at facing other people, especially when it’s a lot of people at once. She can’t really start a conversation or even be surrounded by more than ten people. But lately she tried really hard to kinda upgrade her social skills by meeting up with more EN members. She met some members, had conversations with them, took a quest together with one other member, and even had a conversation with the guild master and those really help her to face her nervousness when she faces other people. It takes sometimes but that really helps her build her social skills.

Now that she is ready to go to the festival she is standing right behind the guildhall entrance. Standing still, repeating what she learned about socializing in her mind, pointing out some important stuff to remember and saying some words to herself to help her build some social spirit before going to the festival and now she's ready to go. But when she opens the door, she gets to see someone she has never met before. All of a sudden, all the stuff she learned is leaving her brain and she's being stunned for a second. Because she is nervous, she react to the situation without really think her action through and just hoping to get away from this situation as soon as possible.

"If you’re looking for anyone from EN, they might be at the festival on Oak Street. They might be in their room, but it's pretty hard to find the right room for the person you're looking for and they might still go to the festival later, so my suggestion is just go to the festival and wait there." Achlys said those words while walking past that person and started to walk away. She instinctively did that, in her mind she is trying to at least say something but getting out of the situation as well, while in fact she might look rude when she is actually trying to hide that she's nervous.

Odin †

Odin stepped out of the shower, acutely aware of his maid staring at his new body as she prepared his clothes and passed him a towel. A devout member of Midnight Cult, there was never a concern of her loyalty. And if there was, it's not like she could stop Odin from killing her if he decided it was necessary. Maybe she'd be one of the odd cultists who welcomed it as a sacrifice. He'd never understood those ones well, and thankfully he had never needed to. They were loyal to Morrigan, making them strong followers of Odin, and they were able to abandon the old ways of the group easily in favour of the Wizard Lord's new tenets, especially as he could provide more proof to them of Morrigan's blessing.

ignoring the cult's activities for the moment, Odin had to get dressed. He was already running late for the festival, one he himself had organised along with the heads of Oak to celebrate the prosperity they had under the banner of Eternal Nightmare. Whether it doubled as propaganda to keep them in line, as well as a way to root out any dissidents, was unimportant. The people seemed happy, all that was left was for the Eudaemon to make his way into Oak City proper.

At the entrance, as Odin departed from his guild hall to reach the city below, he recognised one face he knew and one he did not. Achlys, one of the most powerful members of the guild, and a dwarf. Odin had heard of such a being having joined his guild in recent months, but he hadn't yet had the pleasure. Dwarves were, other than Lich and Odin's new Eudaemon, one of the rarest races to see in Fiore. To meet one, let alone work alongside one, was a pleasure to be sure.

"I'm actually heading that way myself if you'd like to join me? The festival should be an interesting evening for everyone."

Keita
Keita was going to go and meet Gundar to participate in one of the nights of the festival again, which should be fun. The night that they went previously was more focused on food and alcohol as well as the local fare of the citizens so they could show off their artisan goods and get more customers no doubt. Keita quickly made his way to the guild hall, and immediately noticed that there were two people that were seemingly speaking to Gundar. One of them was a young woman who had started to walk away after saying something, while the other was a tall man with white hair that wanted to strike up a conversation of some sort. Keita didn’t hear what they were saying, but he walked over and waited for a pause in speech so he could speak to Gundar without being rude. “Heya Gundar, you ready for the festival?” Keita would ask, before waiting for the grunt that was inevitably coming his way. He would turn to the other person, or other two, should the woman pause her steps, and address them, greeting them with a light bow. “Hello, my name is Keita.”

Gundar Darkforge
Gundar thought he would be introducing himself to the guild members of Eternal Nightmare but instead a woman was exiting the hall at the same time. Gundar wasn't sure if this person was being informative or if they were just intentionally coming off as rude. Either way he didn't expect the guild to be polite to each other nor did he want it. Since that was the case, he figured he'd come back another time since it seems as if everybody was out enjoying that festival. If that was the case, he might as well go and find something else to do until Keita showed up and they could go and enjoy another festival. Gundar had given off a grunt in response to the woman's words before he decided to turn and go someplace else. However, before he could, another voice had chimed and asked if they would join him in going to said festival.

Turning his attention towards the newcomer, Gundar had realized he had no idea who this was until he squinted at him. It turns out, this was the current guildmaster and leader of eternal nightmare as his reputation precedes him. Well, Gundar didn't think he'd be so lucky as to meet him so soon when all he really did was walk towards the entrance. Giving him a nod of respect, Gundar grunted in an approving manner. He had already made plans with Keita beforehand about doing it again so adding one or two more people wouldn't hurt. Maybe it'll be more fun this time around while he probed and gauged their actions. Speak of the devil, Keita had appeared right on que as if he was waiting for somebody to think of him. Keita had then asked if he was ready to go to another festival. Nodding his head, Gundar did indeed confirm he was ready.

Keita then introduced himself to the two people that were nearby which caused Gundar to turn his attention back towards the two of them. He had wondered if the two of them would be joining them in this endeavor or if it was just Keita and Gundar again.

Achlys †

Achlys was walking away from the guy she saw earlier until she heard the voice that felt familiar to her ears. That is no other than the voice of her favorite guild master, Odin. She stops and turns around as soon as she hears his voice. Odin is saying something to that guy, but Achlys can’t really hear it clearly, it seems like Odin is being nice to that guy. “Does he know that guy?” Think Achlys while looking at both of them interacting with each other. It seems like Odin is inviting him to go to the festival with him, but Achlys becomes really curious about that guy and his connection with Odin.

Not just one stranger, but now looks like someone she never met before is walking towards Odin and the other man. Achlys can’t hold back her curiosity and walk back to that group of three. She arrives there as one of them introduces himself as Keita, she never heard the name before this. Achlys being Achlys as she doesn’t really care about how other people feel and in front of them she asks Odin straight forward ”Do you know them? I have never seen any of you before, so who are you? Ask Achlys to both of them as she turns her attention to them.

Odin †

Another joined their group of now four, introducing himself as Keita as the dwarf stayed silent, preferring actions over his words as his simple grunts and nods conveyed his feelings on the matter. Keita was more talkative, and Achlys came over to join them all, asking Odin is he knew who they were. Her tone was commanding, as to be expected of one of Odin's generals. Fiercely loyal to the guild master, an ally found once in a lifetime, but Odin simply raised a hand to diffuse the situation. While it was true that he had to take time to grow accustomed to his new race and abilities, he felt safe in Oak Town. The invasion from Infinity Wolves and the Rune Knight had proved that. His people would be there, and they would all fight together.

"I presume you two must be some of our newer members. It is a pleasure to meet both of you." The Wizard Lord would bow low to the two men, genuinely happy to meet them, before he realised how late he was for the festival happening down the hill.

"I'm terribly sorry to cut this short, host duties and all that." He would start off at a run, one almost embarrassingly slow for someone of his calibre despite being his maximum speed, excited to see what the two newcomers would achieve during their time at the guild.
