After he finished helping Sirius with his issue the next thing on his list was to meet with someone named Frankie about gathering information though he wasn't really in the mood for a joint adventure given that he was already skilled in information gathering and many other things. The child side of him wanted to head back to the guild and do some reading as a break was needed but the other side wanted to get this over with so they could check this off the list. The underground was a place that had many personalities woven into it and he was one that was more often than not created chaos for anyone that didn't play nice with him. Extortion was just happy to fly around Oak again after being gone for so long but at the same time, he did miss being in Fiore. Extortion tipped side to side as they got closer to the meeting place, Mod bosses are a pain to deal with, he thought thinking back to his rookie days when the only way he could get information was by working with the mob and pretty gangs, Both sides of his mind wanted to burn those memories from their mind.

They landed a street away from the meeting place as he did request for them to meet in private and what better place to have a private meeting than in a safe house that only a select few know about. Azure dismounted his Gryphon and made his way inside so they could get the small talk out the way.

Even though he knew the man from reports meeting him was something else as the reports made Frankie look like some everyday thug with a nice smile, however, that was not the case as he was roughly six foot or so and dressed rather well. The inside of the safe house only had a desk, two chairs, a bed, and a mini kitchen in it, as it was just a place for him to work without dealing with guild members every two seconds. "Okay let's jump right into this," he said sitting on top of his desk. Listening to the details of the situation the informant had an idea just how to deal with these guys but Frankie wanted this done his way which was fine but when working in rundown places its best to deal with problems fast.

Just two men had planned on trying to undermine Vincenze Tessio the idea of it was laughable given just how much pull he had "You're telling me you're worried about two men?" a question that he had to ask given that he, himself wasn't much of a threat to anyone unless he took the time to plan things out to do so. Frankie didn't take too kindly to the fact that he wasn't taking this seriously even with most of the story being all over the place but the background information was still useful to him at least though he wasn't a fan of having to wait until they had some solid proof of them doing the deed. Within Azure's mind, both sides of his personality were trying to figure out just how they would approach the situation in their own weird yet creative ways.

Child wanted to just confront the two men and beat them down until they confessed everything, a little more straight forwards approach than what they would normally think of but it was something that they really wanted to do. The next thing they thought about was just dressing up as a merchant and waiting for them to come around and just but then they would have to actually wait for them to come by their tent, this wasn't the most fun so they simply left it alone. Mature's plans all involved some sort of trap or using Frankie as bait but then it ran into the issue of getting him to go along with it and once again meeting with the two. With both sides, more or less at an impasse, the only real option left to them was to just follow whatever Frankie thinks up as he did mention already having a plan to handle the situation.

With the parameters set up and the targets heading into place, Blu walked to a hidden back room and quickly changed into his salesmen outfit complete with a fake brand and sign just to pull the whole costume together. The costume was something that he pulled from Child's plan given that they had a good number of costumes to work with. "Okay, let's get this started," he said tucking all the brown hair into the merchant hat. The two left the safe house and made theirs to where the targets would appear all while Azure got into character by passing out stickers with his fake brand on them to random people they walked past.

It was roughly 1:30 or close to late afternoon and their targets made their way into the city the mission was all set to go. Frankie simply wanted to stalk the men as they spend their day traveling through Oak, while they stay out of sight but still being close enough to gather as much information on them and their true goals. Oak was a weird place to work in given he had to make sure that he didn't set off any alarms that would attract the attention of his fellow guildmates or as he still wanted to keep his side projects hidden for the time being. Frankie pointed out the targets as they made their way over to one of the local book vendors that he visited shortly before joining EN, They had a wide selection and even made a small space for him to read to his little heart's content. The child wanted to abandon the request altogether and just go read some comics but then realized that they wouldn't get paid for their hard work or lack thereof.

Azure blended with the people as he tried to sell his imaginary product as he tried to control his impulse to flip the plan on its head. "I don't get it, why even threaten them?' he asked Frankie who was too focused on tracking them to even hear the question. So the two of them followed the men with Azure still keeping up the Merchant act to the best of their ability that was. Frankie made his way over to the vendor and talked with them a bit to see if he could finish the puzzle before the person that did this for a living. Not wanting to spend more time than they need to Blu looked around the shop and noticed that most of their stock had vanished only leaving them a rather small amount that they couldn't really sell to anyone. Continuing to follow them both men split up each going to shops that were right across from one another, one was a jeweler shop and the other was a convenience shop.

Azure followed the one that went into the jewelry store and pretended to window shop as best he could until one of the workers asked him about his merch, to which he told them about at length while still listening to the man talk to the owner. The target turned around scoping out the surroundings as he was explaining the brand. Oh man, this looks like it could be some real fun, he thought to himself leaving that store and making his way to a food cart that was positioned just to the left of both stores allowing him to listen to the conversation without being spotted. Both men talked about the stores and how they just let others walk all over them without a second thought.

He headed back to the victims of the duos extortion and talked with them about the situation. After they left each vendor, Azure went back to each one of them and reassure the store owners not to worry about the men's hollow threats. Frankie made his way back to the safe house and waited for Azure to return with good news on the situation. Everything was going to be handled rather quickly given how the employed wanted it handled that is. With a quick message getting sent out he waited for the two men to make their way past an ally. Hearing the sounds of the duo come louder and louder until they walked past him.

The summoner walked up behind the two men and tapped both of them on their shoulders with a smile plastered on his face "Frankie says hello." with a snap of his fingers a group of men appeared from the shadows and dragged the men off. The men that dragged them off had some unpaid debts that they needed to work off. Being part of EN had its perks when it came to getting certain things taken care of, such things as dealing with unwanted thugs that and upstarts. Making his way back to the safe house Azure talked with Frankie about payment and went on his way.
