Kaito

Kaito got a strange request and he goes to see what this father wanted and what he meant by putting on a show. Kai gets to the place that is detailed to meet at and to take care of and he wonders what this job is gonna entail as it seemed mundane at first side but he wonders if it has a deeper layer to it then that in which he is seeing on the surface. A man appeared and sat telling the story and mission of today being the party to make his son look good and see how people will adore him, for it. Kai is confused if this man is trying to spoil his child or if he feels sorry for his child who likes magic from the sounds of this man needing to trick people to make his son look good in front of a crowd of people.

Kai thinking this might be okay but slightly dangerous to the child's future says he will do it and he follows the man to the place the party will be taking place and he looks at all the guests that are piling in and taking their seats and kai sees where the man is setting himself up to do the tricks to make it look like his son is doing them. He sees some people starting to look that way so he bothers them and because he is masked and giant they don't want to look his way in fear he will go after them and he smiles under his mask as he guesses this is when his talent for making people uncomfortable comes in handy. He keeps his eyes peeled so he can go distract any other guests that are trying to sneak a peek at the man behind the curtain.

Kai feels the show is starting to creep toward it's climax, that the last and greatest of the tricks will happen all he has to do is make sure that the man behind the curtain isn't reveled before then, he stays on his feet and keeps everyone looking and keeping their eyes on the child that is to be the star of the show and to not find out they are all being lied to and deceived. The final big trick starts and Kai sees some people start to turn and he moves to the side of them and uses his cloak like a guiding rail for them to return their eyes to the stage where the boy is having fun with the tricks happening around him as he goes and he does his big finish and he bows. The crowd goes wild for him happy and proud the boy runs to his father who lifts him and hugs him congratulating him on his great show and then he puts the boy down and pulls kai aside and pays kai for a job well done and hopes him the best going forward with his other missions.
