One of the role play objectives for November December requires you to RP with at least 1 member of your guild, if you’re not in a guild do you do it with guildless people or do you have to join a guild?

Since you're Guildless, you cannot complete that objective. However, if you wish to do so, you can ask someone to recruit you into a guild.
