Chelvaric Walderkat

Chelvaric stretched out as he had been sleeping for a while. He wondered what he should do today, he didn’t really have anything planned so he would rather spend his time with Snowflake than being bored in his room. He motioned  Elisa to follow him as it had been a while that she was together with him when he visited Snowflake. So this time he would take her to Snowflake's place, it would be really cute to see how Elisa would cuddle Snow when he took her to Snowflake's apartment so that she wouldn’t be alone in his apartment that he was renting. He was lucky to find such a nice place he thought before he closed the door. Nearly everything was fully booked and he nearly would have to sleep in his tent for his duration here, not that he minded that much, so it was good he found a place if Snow was coming over one of these days.

Orchidia was as always more festive than most other towns and literally, every inch of the town was decorated. He didn’t have enough time to see everything as every nook and corner had something special. He finally arrived at a three-story building where Snowflake was supposed to be staying. “We're here Elisa let’s see what my paramour is up too”, he walked up the mahogany stairs and eventually ended up in front of an oaken door with a copper plate in the middle of it which was engraved with 301, the room number of Snow, he knocked on the door and waited for her to answer.

Venus Rosé

To say the least, the early morning wouldn’t have been unpleasant. The sun could have settled nicely on the corners of the neighbourhood houses and the clouds drifted across the blue yonder in lazy puffs. Birds would be glorified shadows amongst the sunrise as they flew overhead in the empyreans above and the songs of the new day would be the comforting silence of a still sleeping city. In the rented room of an inn was a young female dressed in her comfortable pyjamas. The train ride to Orchidia had been rather exhausting, considering how it was her first ever train ride that she had ever been on. It had been an exciting trip and she had been wanting to try it again.

The female decided to take a refreshing, warm bath and after a good hour, she came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her body and her hair silver hair drenched wet. It was then a knock resounded against the door of her room and she’d open it, only to see her lover waiting outside with his companion. ”Good morning, Chelly.” The youth greeted him with a nickname that she had recently gotten for him and glanced over to Leafeon. ”And you too, Elisa.” She opened the door wide for both to enter and quickly began drying her wet hair.

Chelvaric saw the door open and looked onto a Snow who was wrapped into a towel. It seemed she was busy in a shower or was just done when he had knocked on her door. “Sorry, to bother you Snowy”, he would say while he smiled when she called him Chelly, he still had to get used to her nickname but he liked it. It sounded cute, and it made him happy. He walked into the room as she opened the door wide open. The apartment looked nice and he walked to her couch to sit down while Snowflake could finish drying her hair and get to sit next to him.

Elisa was walking around the room and sniffing at everything to get comfortable about her environment. When she was done she came back to Chelvaric and laid down on his lap to have some sleep. He petted her and looked at Snow as she was making him have a warm feeling inside of him as he was looking at her naked skin of her body. When suddenly another ghost appeared in front of them.

“Sorry to interrupt you two but I heard you are helping ghosts out, I was a famous weapon and ancient relic collector, there is a big competition in Orchidia happening right now but when I died I had no one else that could take my place in the competition. Could you help me out and display them for me, once you’re done you can just give them to the museum in Orchidia. ” ,the ghost of the middle-aged woman said to them and then waited for an answer.

As Snowflake opened the door and greeted the man standing in front of her, she stood on her toes and reached for his lips to give him a quick kiss. ”Don’t worry about it.” She’d close the door behind her and returned to dry her hair with the towel. ”I didn’t think you’d visit me today. Do you have any plans?”, asked the white haired mage as she gazed upon her reflection in the mirror. She noticed that she was only dressed in a white towel and nothing more, though, she felt that there was nothing to be embarrassed about. After all, she was his and he was hers, and at one point, they would eventually see each other naked underneath the sheets.

The thought brought a crimson tint onto her cheeks although, it faded as quickly as it came onto her features when the figure of a spirit emerged in the mirror. Silently, she hoped that Halloween was over soon, since these wandering souls keep appearing out of nowhere; it’s bad for her heart. The spirit claimed that she was a weapon collector and asked them a simple request, which was to showcase her collection of weapons and donate them to a museum in Orchidia in her name.

”We can help you.”

Snowflake nodded and began dressing up quickly to get the deed done. Despite her cold appearance, the female was not as heartless as she looked. Out of sympathy, she wanted to help these spirits, thinking that accomplishing their requests might help them move onto their afterlife. Once she slipped onto some jeans and a buttoned-up white shirt, she turned around to look at her partner and Elisa. ”Shall we go?”

- A couple of moments ago -

Chelvaric enjoyed the kiss she gave him when he walked in and was a bit blushing when he walked to the coach. It was always so nice to feel her lips on his and he loved it so much that he could kiss her all the time. He wondered if she enjoyed his kisses as well. She then asked him if he had anything planned and he put his shoulders up indicating that he didn’t really plan anything for the evening.

- Present –

Snowflake had agreed to help the ghost and not much later Snow, Elisa and himself were walking down the street onwards to the house of the dead person. He held Snowy’s hand again since he didn’t feel good when he walked next to her without skin contact. He enjoyed holding her hand gently like holding a little kitten because it was so small and fragile. He liked it, although he was doubting on the fragile part since she punched a wall into small pieces, and wouldn’t want to let go. But they arrived at the place and Elisa ran inside the house of the dead woman.

Snow and Chelvaric followed her and they stumbled upon a big pile of weapons and relics stowed away in crates ready to be transported to the competition. Chelvaric went outside first and called for a wagon so they could load everything up. “Let’s load this up and move to the competition”, he said to Snow and started to load the wagon.

Once Snowflake was all dressed up neatly, they departed her room and proceeded towards the location of Sarah’s house, walking hand in hand. She was getting so used to the feeling of them holding hands that it almost felt like a necessity to her. It was something to assure herself that Chelvaric was always there her, which provided her a mean of comfort. After they arrived at the place, they’d discover a pile of weapons and relics stacked by the side of the building. The young woman nodded at her partner and began carrying them onto the wagon that Sarah owned, to carry them to the place of the contest. As expected of a famous collector, the items were a rather impressive collection and she believed that they would worth a lot of money – not that she had any intentions to steal them.

When they were done loading them up onto the vehicle, the two Blue Pegasus mages would ride the wagon to their destination. After a good half an hour later, they reached the contest where the area was filtered with crowds of people, both the guests and contestants, ready to participate in the competition. She’d motion for Chelvaric to follow her as she walked towards the section where the participants were located. Minutes later, a loud whistle echoed through the entire area, declaring that the contest had already begun.

Chelvaric and Snow were riding together on the wagon and he would look around while Snowflake had the reigns of the horse in her hands and was driving the cart to the location of the competition.

The sky was getting darker and it wouldn’t take long before it was too dark to see anything. It took them around a half hour to get to the competition and they hurried inside when they arrived. They were barely near the place where the participants gathered when the competition was started. The whole building was filled with tables of weapons, scrolls, books, pottery and other ancient objects.

Lots of people were walking past the tables and asking questions to the contesters about the objects they had brought along. Chelvaric ran outside as they still had to unload and the judging had already begun. He quickly stalled the items out and put the name cards and info sheets neatly next to the objects as the woman who died had stored the items

in each package. He did his best to help the judges when they passed but if he was honest with himself, he didn’t do that good of a job. At least the ghost had been so smart to leave the info or they would have been helpless. After an hour or three, the whistle went again and the competition was over, Chelvaric was so tired and walked up to the stage where they would announce the results of the competition. He hoped that Snow and Elisa would follow him to here.

All the contestants would be located by their given tables once the competition began. The spirit had signed up for the contest before she died so all Snowflake had to do was to pretend that she was Sarah. While the host of the event was busy explaining about the performance, Chelvaric sped towards their wagon to retrieve all the weapons and load them onto the table as she began placing them neatly according to their specific names. The judges of the contest was already examining each table, jotting down notes onto the sheets of paper until it was their turn. ”Sarah?” One of the judges called out the name and raised an eyebrow at her. Snowflake immediately stood up from her seat and nodded, trying her best not to mess the entire scene as the judges observed the items placed on the desk.

The judges exchanged approving looks among themselves, clearly satisfied with the showcase and nodded before quickly walking away from their desk. ”We might win.” She spoke to none other than her partner. It was not that she was overly confident, albeit, even herself was impressed with the items so she believed that the judges would feel the same too. Once the competition was over, all of the participants had to walked up to the stage while they awaited for the outcome of the contest.

”The winner of the contest is…….Sarah!” The crowd exclaimed and congratulated with claps and cheers. Snowflake quickly walked out of the crowd to present herself and bowed at the audience, grateful for their support. By the request of the owner of the weapons, all they have left to do was to donate them to the museum. When all of the competitors have exited the stage, some disappointed by their results, Snowflake walked up to the host and questioned if they would be allowed to donate the items. The man’s eyes lit up with excitement and nodded repeatedly, claiming that they would be more than satisfied to have such an amazing collection at the Orchidia museum.
