Overall: Alisher is a young, tall, dark-skinned demihuman that normally wears a relaxed expression on her face. She has piercing amber eyes, slightly rounded cat ears, and a long, slender dark brown tail that can all be quite expressive much to Alisher’s dismay. She normally wears dark brown and red clothing with pieces of armor covering some bits of her body. Along with being decorated with golden jewelry and wearing gold highlights in her dark brown hair. She ensure that her hair, ears, and tail are well-groomed to maintain a professional appearance. She walk with a confident stance that she makes sure to carry in front of others, even in times of crisis.

Extra: She is always wearing earrings and normally has a large, golden amulet decorated with a large topaz in the center dangling off her belt or her tail depending on what she is wearing that day.

Personality



Personality:
Alisher has dreams of being a legendary hero. She has them since she was a child and it was the main reason she joined the Runeknights. And it shows in her intense personality. It doesn’t stop her from trying to mask her feelings though. While she doesn’t hide her positive emotions, she tries to look calm whenever she starts to get anxious or frustrated, for fear of looking like she’s not in control. After all, if she starts to panic then other people will wonder why they put their trust in her and lose morale as well. She is becoming better at it everyday, but she still fails at it most of the time and come off as slightly unnerving in the process. It’s important to look calm and confident if she wants to be considered a real inspiration to the troops. She may not be leading the Runeknights yet, but it is important to still act like a leader if she wants to become one. Though, this behavior normally gets on people’s nerves.

Along with her confident front, she is pretty stubborn. The only true loyalty she has is to her ideals. It is normal for her to fight with her subordinates about it. Thought is more rare for her to disrespect higher ranking people by fighting with them. Even that respect for authority doesn’t stop her from disregarding them when their beliefs start clash though. Even the people she loves can’t easily get her to change her mind. She acts a similar ways with laws. While she will happily follow them and appreciates structure and authority, she will break them in secret if it means putting others in danger. In the end, the important thing is that peace is kept and overall law is upheld, not that she follows them. This dedication also translates into her work, normally she putting all her effort into any task she undertakes. It’s very rare she ever drops something she started, regardless of what she really feels about it. Her dedication doesn’t stop her from expressing annoyance though if things aren’t going as planned.

She believes force is necessary for keeping evil at bay and fighting is normally her first option when facing an enemy. Since she considers violence so important, she is constantly trying to gain power. Not only to get stronger, but to also gain more prestige in the Runeknights. Though she never plans to ever waste her time with politics. This leads to her constantly comparing her strength to other, which leads her to becoming slightly competitive. Alway trying to outshine both her opponents and allies in battle and sometimes focusing more on that than the battle itself. It’s one of the few times she can lose her focus.

Likes:
  • Painting: She considers it a simple, relaxing activity, likely because she views it as so unimportant. It helps let her emotions out and detail her thoughts. So her painting normally comes out as abstract images shaped what her feelings at the time. It is rare for her to willing share these with anyone else and are normally hidden away from others.
  • Savory Food: Alisher has a special love for savory meals, especially ones with a lot of meats. She can seem ravenous when she seen eating one.

Dislikes:
  • Demons, Daemon, Werewolves, and Vampires: Since these races haves such notorious reputations, she makes it her personal duty to hunt down any that she sees. Even if she manages to be convinced they’re on her side, she’ll still act confrontational and distrustful of them. While she won’t kill innocent beings, she still considers them dangerous beasts. Though the act of convincing her of such a thing is nearly impossible even if it was coming from a friend.
  • Loud Places: Since she lived a mostly quiet life before she become a Runeknight, she is not used to how loud and clustered the cities can become. Unfortunately, she may never be used to it since not matter how hard she tries she always becomes nervous.

Motivations:
  • Helping Others: She is determined to help and protect innocent people. That’s her main reason for anything she does, even if that may go against her seemingly arrogant nature.
  • Fame: Though she mainly want to become a hero to help others, a selfish part of her still wants fame. The thought of people looking up to her makes her feel proud of herself and is part of what fuels her determination to help others. Becoming a hero will naturally lead to fame anyway so she shouldn’t shy from it.

Fears:
  • Failure: Failure is always lingering thought whenever she takes a quest. Luckily, she never really dwells unless things are going downhill. Then she can become very desperate and defensive. Since failing an important task makes her look untrustworthy to other people, but more importantly failure means people get hurt. She would be unable to forgive herself if that ever happened.
  • Being Forgotten: The possibility of dying can be horrific, but the thought of no one remembering one day is even worse. Even the thought of being only hated in death is better than being completely forgotten.

Offensive seals can cause damage over time, explode, or deal specific debuffs. She can also create marks on herself if her allies to create shields around them or buffs.

History



History: Alisher was born in an outpost located near a small oasis in Desierto. Her parents were treasure hunters that frequently left the outpost to dig up artifacts to trade, leaving her oldest brother to care for her and her two other siblings. Due to the stress of caring for them all, he was sometimes harsh with them but he was a mostly reminded stoic in front of them. Alisher was still very close with him though. She always had a complex relationship with her parents, while she her parents always showed love to them when they came back she was always slightly cold to them as she got older. Never having a close relationship to them, like she has with her siblings.

She lived a relative normal, if slightly difficult, life with her family. Dealing with the harsh conditions of Desierto and worrying about her parents safety when they are alway, sometimes worrying about food, and dealing with her siblings and other residents of the outpost. She sometimes got into fights with other residents viewed her parents job as foolish and risky, but she mostly had a good relationship with them, trying to help out around the outpost. When her parents went back to the outpost they occasionally brought back artifacts that they failed to sell and gifted them to their children. Along with telling them the alleged stories behind them that they normally got from the people they made on their travels. Hearing this stories was what fueled her desire to become a hero.

As she got older she becoming more restless and it was common for her to travel outside the outpost. She was considering leaving completely to pursue her quest to become a hero. One day, she met a traveling Runeknight near the outpost’s oasis and she learned of the Runeknights. After hearing about the organization, she knew this could help her become the hero she always wanted and help others. So she got the traveling Runeknight to bring her to their Desierto garrison after they were done with their quest. After joining them she choose to say goodbye to her family and travel to their headquarters in Fiore in order to become a better Runeknight.
