Averie
Maybe with in her own naive way of being. Maybe it was just how she could see and understand lands she showed up in or in her own manner seeing what she could learn freely before she really needed examples. Averie just going about things how she normally did, When Averie had arrived in Fiore either at some points with the many ports she arrived at. After thankinh and making sure the boat captain did not need anything before heading off on her own, With that being in Crocus was still best worded by the word alien, For it was not just how new it was for her it was also how much was new.

It was interesting to not be mentally overwhelmed with how much a person needed to learn here. But also it was a bit strange because Averie. Then again it also might help her at this time, She was more looking around the streets of Crocus she had not yet attempted to speak here. So far her experience is pretty pleasant here, she has yet to cause problems nor was she really making herself stand out too much with the people here, For now this was all the starting of Averie's adventures in Fiore.

Unlike the many tourists that visited the Crocus, it was not Charlotte's first time stepping out onto the streets of the Flower Blooming Capital. However, the last time she'd left she certainly hadn't expected to see it again as soon as this. It was a big risk for the runaway to return to the place she'd grown up in, a chance she'd be recognised by one of her father's people. Yet, here she was.

In the hopes to stay as inconspicuous as possible she'd dressed down in plain peasant attire that would not draw unnecessary attention. Whilst she still received a number of strange looks due to the rather large bird-like creature that perched precariously upon her shoulder, they at least were too busy staring at the gryphon than the one the beast sat upon.

Slipping through the crowded road she kept to the sides of the street to avoid any oncoming carriages. She didn't feel like being almost run over any time soon. It wasn't until a street vendor caught her eye that she'd finally pause to briefly gaze at his wares. The stall was filled with souvenirs, that appeared cheap and tacky, nothing a local would ever choose to buy, but perhaps a visitor passing through may pick up as a gift to those back home.

The slightly annoying part was trying to figure out what everything before her said now because if anything she wanted to speak fiorian but it was also a bit different to read it as well."What am I even reading right now?" She spoke to herself looking at so many things upon these areas. One would think the being of straightforward logic way of thinking would have planned for this. But being in a rush to leave areas she was in and not leaving herself enough time to do these things often to seemed to leave some kind of draw back.

But Averie was seemingly taking her time to figure out what all she could actually figure out. But annoyed so far with the results of not being able to understand anything she was trying to read before her now, Since the signs made no sense to her. As the yet to be known to one another. Charlotte would just hear in Icebergian"What do these even mean?"She sounded annoyed slightly. As Averie was not too far away between her path sneaking around the side lines, It was just a minor passing. Averie seemed to stick out a bit considering the normal traits of a person from iceberg was there looking more like she belonged in the arctic with how pale her skin seemed, her hair being white and her eyes being light blue. Averie was different.


But eventually with in the area of the same spot Charlotte heard some one speaking Caelish, Which was also not Fiorian."Really think people would use signs that show what is being sold and not just the words for it...Ugh I need to find a book to attempt to translate these words to something I understand."But Averie starting to walk away seemed to just stop staring upon wears of a stall of objects that people visiting would be interested in, Sure they looks rather cheap but souviners and maybe just a few other things that did not cost much. This was not something she was most likely not going to yield a Caelish to Fiorian or Icebergian to Fiorian book.

An irritated voice sounded through the air, a language that sounded familiar to her trained ears. The native tongue of Edgar's father, a man that had taught her in martial arts. Whilst she would never know enough to have a proper conversation, she knew enough to at least survive day to day if she were to venture into the land of icy tundras. Charlotte's amber eyes would flicker over to where the sound emanated from, a woman on the smaller side with snow-white hair.

The tamer was about to lose interest when the same voice spoke once more this time in a language she knew all too well. Caelish. The language of her own father was one that had been drilled into her until she was completely fluent at a young age. A bilingual woman that couldn't understand the signs in Fiore? A traveller for certain, one that would have no ties with her family. A safe person to speak to and one that had piqued her interest for sure. Although she seemed to be struggling a bit.

"Excuse me," Charlotte piped up, slipping seamlessly into perfect Caelish, "Are you in need of assistance?" The tamer asked politely, tilting her head a little.

And just like that, some one else was speaking one of the language she knew. with that she stopped for a moment and realized almost like it seemed to confuse her for a moment, not that shock kind of confused. The she did not know nor ever expect such a matter to happen. Some what she would collect herself in quickly."Oh, wait some one can understand me?!"It went back to Averie sounds like a cold and emotionally detached after her shock was shown, she had emotions just seeming in some manner was use to masking them.

But alas she had a conversation to continue."Oh yes, sorry it seemed I had lack materials to prepare myself to travel around here."She seemed to not even mention what kind of material it was at least later on it would be explain books to help her get by but she never mentioned that right away because well things would just happen over time to show it."If I am being honest with you as a person. I am entirely lost around here right now because I have no idea what is around me or what any of these signs are. You might be one of the first I have met that speaks something I know."Mentioning this she was generally trying to be delighted even with how emotionally stiff.

But it could be useful to continue talking to this lady."You would not happen to know where I could find a book or learn of a way to translate things for me to be able to read and possibly speak here?"Averie considered this a rather difficult task in her mind at this time but then again she was going about all of this completely blind, So a bit of help was nice.
