Atop the tallest mountain surrounding the city of oak the wind blew through the trees as they swayed back and forth in an endless dance. The sky was clear not a single cloud insight as the blue scheme of the world was an endless calm. The sun shone high its rays illuminating the land in warmth giving rise to the creatures that falled the land below home. Beasts of the land roamed freely amongst the rocky terrain the mountain cap peak undisturbed. Prey and predator living amongst each other taking from the land what was needed in an endless cycle of life. The circle of life was endless the prey consumed the land and vegetation, the predator consumed the prey and returned to the land as they died becoming vegetation for the prey to consume.

Ants scurried across the the earth finding and gathering food to feed the endless horde from the remains and a fallen frog. The flesh of the frog became nourishment for the ants nest feeding the newborns and the Queen producing more soldiers and workers for the horde. And when it came to feast those who preyed upon the ants broke about the nest and devoured them. So was the cycle of life.

A pair of crimson red hues watched and learned as the creatures around them went through the motions of life with only but the desire to survive and continue their species. Such was the life of these creatures who followed but their animal instincts. Much could be gleamed by simple watching how they acted day by day. Crimson hues studied with a strange curiosity watching as the ants scurried about rebuilding their broken nest. New soldiers coming to life spilling out to guard the mound as workers built. Each doing what was necessary to ensure the survival of the Queen and young. With but a thought the ants could easily be squashed by the owner of these radiant gem like hues that shined like precious rubies.

The crimson hues that were as precious of gems closed shut as their owner reflected on the mysterious and movements of life itself. The owner of such precious eyes was a young woman no older than perhaps fifteen or sixteen, flawless alabaster white skin like the colour of snow, small light lucious red lips, a dainty button nose and heart shaped face. The young girl dressed in but a decorative crimson and purple robe with high collar sat upon a smooth stone legs crossed over one another hands resting atop her knees. Just by looking at her innocent and unashuming appearances one would perhaps think her a free and gentle adolscent coming into adulthood.

But what lay beneath the innocent exterior was far from the truth. The young girl was a member of the daemon race and had lived close to one hundred years. A cold blooded killer who slaughtered all in her wake without remorse or fear. She had no mercy nor care for the lives she claimed leaving nothing but a trail of destruction and bodies everywhere they went. Many children had been left orphaned without parents by her slaughter, parents without children, entire families wiped out without an heir to continue the line. Many towns, villages and cities pillaged wherever the young woman went. A truly horrifying creature known to leave a trail of carnage wherever they went.

The number of corpses trailing behind her were endless and unknown. Too many lives to count had been claimed under the young girls malicious gave, as howling cackles followed them into the afterlife and a glistening sweet smile of death. Yumi Hateshiginai, a terrifying creature known to the world as the Witch of Carnage, a cultist of the highest order and worshipper of a dark evil God who had granted her powers. Raised from birth to be a force of terror and destruction for this Dark God, the young woman took it in strides with pride slaughtering across Earthland, staining the earth red.

But the for the last two years Earthland had been free of her bloodlust and endless pursuit of death. She had retreated gone into seclusion leaving behind the world for two long years, never stepping out from her silence. Meditating day in and day out, training her body and practicing a new form of discipline the Daemon had reawakened to new found powers. Studying the world around and taking in the laws of magic Yumi underwent the first stage of a new enlightenment. While the sadistic bloodthirsty nature remained it had opened new ideals to the ageless beast of death.

Eyes slowly opened once more as magic radiated from within giving life to Yumi's surroundings. A long breath exhaled outwards as the air grew foggy with mist as magic was expelled alongside this single breath. Inhaling deeply the young woman held that breath and focused inwards allowing the magic essence from the outside world to flow into her. Magic flowed along the veins of her nervous system electrifying and stimulating the muscles filling her entirelly. Exhaling once more the impure magical essence was released back out as she continued their routine for one hundred rounds calmly circulating magical essence throughout her core being.

With the final breath the young woman began to rise from her spot upon the meditation stone she had carved. A delicate hand reached down beside her as she stepped upon the cold ground. Fingers curled around the thick polearm of a weapon that can only described at death itself, a tool to slaughter all in its users wake. The vicious looking bardiche was lifted upwards, weighing more than Yumi herself as it rested upon her right shoulder. Delicate snow coloured fingers painted the colour of blood tapped against the metal pole of the murderous weapon as glistened red hues turned and surveyed the surrounding mountain top.

The mountain top was silent, not a sound to be heard but the whistling of wind. Long black hair the colour of onyx stone blew within the wind as Yumi gently brushed a stray strand behind her shapely ears. Eyes bore down looking over the town of Oak and a sweet yet twisted smile spread upon those soft red lips. It had been to long side the daemon had returned to Oak town, so many memories, so much death and destruction. A gentle chuckle the sound of sweet music to the ears echoed across the mountain top as the young girl licked her lips.

However Yumi's mood soured as the loud snapping of a twig drew her ire. Turning towards the sound crimson red hues stared with burning ferocity as a giant ape like creature standing ten metres tall stepped out from the surrounding foliage. The beast towered over the daemon with four giant arms the size of tree trunks as it stood on two hinde legs. Its fur was black as ash with streaks of white, two large tusk like fangs growing out from its bottom jaw and devilish topaz eyes bore down upon Yumi. Those hungry topaz eyes looked down upon yumi as if she was prey, this beast had only one goal and that was to devour the young woman before it and enjoy her tender flesh.

Yumi smiled up at the beast, her smile that of a predators and a hungry gaze flashed within those crimson hues. The beast saw her as prey without realising that to her it was the prey. Predator had now become the prey as the hunted became the hunter. With a fairy like chuckle Yumi's body moved, her waist twisting as the giant axe, adaptly name the tyrant's axe, lashed out gripped by only her right hand. A loud resonating bang sounded as the flat edge of the weapon smashed into the side of the giant ape like beast knocking it backwards a good five feet. Yumi couldn't help but admire the sturdiness of the beast as the strike didn't even leave a dent on its hardened flesh.

The ape slammed its fists into its chest roarily loudly and charged towards the young woman intent of devouring her. Yumi could not help but snort in amusement and at the beasts foolish behaviour it cleared lacked the intelligence to know what it was facing. An ever present smile remained as Yumi danced across the beast stepping around its raging strikes. With each strike of the creatures giant fists the ground exploded into debris flattening the terrain with its powerful blows. Laughter the sound of sweet child rang out throughout the mountain top, delicate and soft on the ears like fairy music.

Yumi twirled the axe in her right hand as an idea came to mind. The beast before her with its durable frame was the perfect test subject for her. Many new ideas came to mind of magical battle techniques. Ever since her seclusion the once powerful bond Yumi held with her god had changed and so did her magic as it became more tyrannical and dominate in nature. Tyrant's magic was born during her time away from the world, a magic purely and uniquely designed by her that seemed to fit the daemon perfectly. Magical energy began to surround the ravenette youth as her eyes glowed with a dark aura. Dark magical energy surrounded the daemon as a vicious gleam reflected in those deep red hues.

The giant ape charged towards Yumi with a head on assault intending to slam into her with the force of its stone like body. Snorting in amusement the daemon stomped a foot into the gorund. Magical energy circulated around Yumi flowing through every vein of her body causing blood to circulate faster. Strength was funnelled downwards as the earth broke under the impact of Yumi's foot and with explosive force she was shot forward towards the ape at full speed. The tyrants axe cut through the air as the shining blade of death swung into the path of the ape with the intention to split the creature in twine. The blade glistened as it slammed into the hardened flesh of the massive beast.

The four armed black and white furred ape roared out as the axe cut into its flesh drawing blood. However the strength of the beast's body was incredibly tough as the axe blade barely sunk in and inch. The explosive force behind the axe strike dislodged the axe and sent the ape skidding to the right only three feet. With a click of her tongue showing disappointment that the axe hadn't cleaved the beast Yumi spun the giant bardiche between her delicate fingers and readied herself to strike again. The explosive movement of the earth shattering step had afforded her the mobility to close in one on the beast in that singular instance before it could make its way to her.

As the name stated the earth beneath yumi had shattered upon the use of the spell cracking and destroying it. The explosive force derived from the spell had allowed Yumi to accelerate in that instant moment to close upon the beast and draw first blood from it. The crimson liquid of life dripped down the menacing axe and onto the ground staining it red. The beast roared out in anger topax yellow eyes gaining crimson sheen as the beast like ape began its rampage, entering into a berserk like state.

The beast lunged forward breaking the earth with each of its mighty steps. With ever step the ape began to grow insize its fur changing in colour as the white turned a deep shade of red. The berserking ape roared as it leapt up into the air and descended down upon the puny form of the hairless ape that had angered it. Four mighty fists slammed down intending to pummel the tiny creature into paste. This tiny hairless being had drew the four armed apes anger, never in its life had it been mocked like this. The ape was the king of the mountain ruling over its territory and killing as it pleased. But today it had come across the tiny creature before it and unlike all others that feared it, this tiny being had stood up and even wounded the ape, on its mountain. Infuriated the ape went into a rampage with only one desire, to kill the tiny hairless being.

Yumi smirked and flicked the wrist that held her tyrant's axe, gripped tightly in her right hand. Magical energy erupted with incredible force breaking the ground surrounding the tiny daemon as she evoked her magical spell. Magical aura surrounded the daemon as the visage of a giant mountain that touched the sky appeared behind Yumi's petite frame. Muscles tensed and became empowered with great physical strength as the daemon's physical might exploded. Gripping the giant axe in one hand Yumi launched forward stomping the ground effortlessly as she did so.

Atop the mountain a tyrannical demon beast like creature manifest as it roared to the sky. The ground shattered inwards as Yumi's body soared with new found speed. Yumi's agility soared as she dashed forward towards the raging beast, her speed and strength having been greatly enhanced through the usage of two high ranking buffing based spells. The Mountain Supression Phyisque increased Yumi's strength exponentially to the point it had the power to surpress or destroy an entire mountain. The Soaring Tyrant's Body was the opposite as it focused on tyrannical speed enhancing Yumi's agility and movement to the next level. By combining these two with the earth shattering step Yumi could evoke explosive strength to shatter her opponents.

Crossing the distance to the giant ape Yumi appeared before it swinging the massive axe, the tyrants axe cleaved through the air and smashed into the ape's chest. Blood sprayed through the air as the beast cried out in pain as the blade of the axe cleaved into its hardened flesh knocking it backwards ten feet. Yumi could only laugh at the beast as it rocketed backwards from the impact of the blow. The giant ape was still standing despite the deep gash in its chest. The creature was incredibly resilent and could no doubt take more of Yumi's tyrannical strikes. Twirling the giant axe Yumi lunged forward again shattering the earht with her earth shattering step and charged the beast head on once more. The axe cut through the air slammed again into the beast.

Roaring in anger the axe smashed out with its fists intending to meet the axe head on. The four giant fists cut through the air tearing it apart with the intent to smash the tiny hairless Ape like creature before it into pieces. The ape was truly enraged and only cared about tearing Yumi apart and leaving nothing left of her. The beast no longer cared about eat the tiny hairless creature and only desire to completely destroy her with all its might. The fists broke through the air and smashed into the axe meeting Yumi and her tyrannical weapon head on. The two sides collided with explosive force and a loud bang breaking the surrounding earth from the ground shattering blow.

Loud explosive roars echoed over the mountain as two giants clashed with one another. The four armed black and red berserker ape roared loudly shaking the earth sending the nearby animals fleeing in terror as its anger reached the heavens. Opposite the lord of the mountain top opposing the beast was the tiny four foot eight inch tall daemon Yumi, the Witch of Carnage. The witch swung her tyrannical axe with all her might tearing apart the land with every swing as debris went flying and crashed into the surroundings destroying nearby trees. The ape roared in response swinging its mighty fists leaving craters with ever blow. The two forces collided again and again as they fought one another for dominance.

With every step as Yumi charged the ground would break inwards and she would explode forward with great force. Towering behind the daemon was the visage of a mighty mountain peak and atop it stood a pitch black demon that roared loudly to the heavens as if challenging them. The giant black and purple axe in her right hand was swung with ease despite its size and weight. The murderous blade cleaved through the air leaving behind a trail of bloodlust as it smashed into the fists of the ten metre tall ape. Blood sprayed through the air as the ape's fists were sliced open repeatedly by the axe. Blood splattered across the grey stones of the mountain dying them red as the two did battle.

With every collision Yumi honed her skills and usage of the three spells at her command, the Earth Shattering Step, Soaring Tyrants Body and Mountain Supression Physique. These three spells combined together for lethality as Yumi's tiny body competed with the might of the giant ape before her. With every blow the axe sunk in deeper and deeper. But as Yumi's skills were honed and mastered so were the apes. Every collision made the ape stronger as its flesh began to recover, healing from each impact as the beast's anger continued to soar with every clash between the two titans.

Roaring furiously the giant ape charged in and smashed down with both sets of arms. Yumi stomped backwards and moved shattering the ground beneath her with such a step and flew backwards to avoid the incoming strike as the four fists smashed into the earth with great might. The earth shook violently as the stone impacted in on itself from the deadly blow. The strength of the ape was clear, just a single blow from one of its thick tree trunk like frontal limbs could easily smash any weaker foe into paste from the sheer might alone. The beast was one who relied on its physical might and the defense of its body to overwhelm all its foes in battle.

Lifting her free hand, the left hand, Yumi snapped her fingers evoking the magic of her body once more. Magical essence rushed forth encompassing the daemons body as a fourth spell was evoked and manifested. Atop the mountain peak beside the roaring demon appeared a second, this demon had three faces and six arms as it appeared. The demon towered over the other and roared as it rampaged atop the mountain peak. As the visage of the tyrannical demon appeared Yumi's body hardened as her defensive abilities soared. The strength of Yumi's body grew by leaps and bounds as she charged forward. Using the might of her own tiny form Yumi intended to slam head on into the rampaging four armed ape.

The tiny daemon smashed head on into the ape with the strength of her Physique, the spell power of the Tyrannical Demon Body combined with the Soaring Tyrant Body and Mountain Supression Physique showed its might. Crashing into the rampaging ape Yumi knocked the beast backwards. Feet dug into stone as the ape was sent skidding backwards fifteen feet and crashing into a tall oak tree knocking it down. Three powerful spells designed to buff Yumi's body overlapped with one another enhancing speed, strength and constitution combined with the bursting speed of the earth shattering step became a deadly combination for anyone.

Twirling the bardiche Yumi came the ape no room to recover and charged it head on. Lunging forward breaking the ground with her stride Yumi approached the ten metre tall beast and swung through the air. The malicious axe had one goal in mind as it came down upon an arm. Blood sprayed through the air as the top of a limb followed. An anguishing roar filled the air as the beast flailed as its lower left arm was sliced off at the elbow. Blood splattered the ground as the offending limb rolled across the mountain top. Yumi laughed at the sight and delivered a crippling kick to the creatures stomach knocking it back through the tree and across stone where it crashed into a large rock with a loud thud cracking the boulder on impact.

Twirling the bardiche Yumi eyed the creature as it began to stand angrily. Roaring loudlt the beast pumelled its chest and the daemon watched and the limb began to regrow at a rapid pace. Bone shot out followed by muscle and flesh as the limb was reforged. Snarling angrily it pounced and bounded towards Yumi with great ferocity intending to finish her off. Roaring echoed across the mountain top as the beast leapt upwards and pounced towards Yumi. However the daemon appeared calm in the situation and merely smiled.

Taking a stance Yumi raised her left hand and faced the beast as it closed in. Taking a deep breath Yumi circulated magical energy throughout her tiny frame and into the palm of her hand. As the ape closed in yumi slapped out with the palm of her hand forming a fist as magical energy manifested around it. The ground broke as the tiny delicate fist smashed into the ape's chest. A magical circle manifested over the fist as it met flesh and caved in bone. The creaturs ribcage collapsed under the might of Yumi's fist and her spell, the Mountain Collapsing Palm. The blow rocketed through the apes body shattering its bones and sent it flying backwards crashing into the ground forming a crater on impact.

Stepping up Yumi eyed the fallen beast as it struggled to stand, bones rapidly healing, but Yumi intended to finish the creature off. Raising the tyrant's axe Yumi struck down with all her mighty. The combined force of her tryanical body and magic erupted as the axe slammed into the creatures head cleaving it down in two spilling its brains onto the stone. Yumi ended the beast's pathetic life with but one final blow of her tyrannical weapon.

Ah the mountains of Oak. They were a majestic landmark that towered over the entire town. It was one of the more famous sites in the area that drew people in because of its beauty. However, that was only for the lower levels of the mountain they were allowed to access. The upper levels were sealed off because of the dangerous paths that lead to dead ends and even deadly falls. There were also very dangerous animals that could kill a human in one swipe of its claws or one bite of their jaws. It was a perfect place for Caius to hide anything he needed. For example, dead bodies

Caius currently was shoveling at the top of the mountain to make a grave for a man that refused to pay his debts to him. The dead body laid motionless next to him as Caius had already disposed of him on the way up. Humming along as he shoveled, he suddenly heard a loud screech of one of the animals in the mountains. It didn't sound like anything threating but more of a cry in pain. Caius just shrugged his shoulders like it was nothing and continued to dig. As long as they were attacking him he didn't care. Once he reached the desired depth, he kicked in the body and started to cover it. Again, a loud animal screech of pain would echo throughout the mountain. Caius knew something was up now. He threw some shovels of dirt and unleashed his demon wings. He then jumped up and flapped his wings to fly up the mountain towards the sound.

Once he reached the top, he couldn't believe what he saw. There were some dead animals with a tiny girl standing on top of it victories. She also wielded a giant axe that was twice her size. There was only one person who he knew that fit that description. Caius flew towards her and landed right in front of her. He threw his arms up in delight as he introduced himself if she didn't recognize him. After all it had been years. "Yumi you crazy loli is that you? What the fuck have you been up to. It's me Caius."

Yumi eyed the beast that lay at her feet, it's head split in twine as blood and brains spilled out onto the ground creating a large puddle of gore. Whistling sweetly the tiny daemon crouched down and examined the remains of the beast as the colour of its fur changed losing the red sheen mixed in with the black and became white as it returned to its previous form. With the death of the beast its rage had long since subsided, without the raging anger to keep up its manifestion it returned to its normal state. Examing it, yumi prodded the beast's flesh, even after death it was still hard like stone. This four armed saber tooth ape was once the king of the mountain but had now fallen and became Yumi's prize.

The little daemon pondered on how the beast was taste, would its meat be tough or soft and stringy? Pondering this Yumi raised her right hand looking at the giant tyrant's axe, such a blade was not fit for carving off the flesh of a beast, Yumi wished to preserve the flesh not butcher it. Thinking to herself the daemon thought about the idea of creating a blade of magical energy in which to use to carve away the hide and expose the hide beneath. Thinking to herself and pondering the idea Yumi raised her left hand bringing fingers together in the shape of a blade. Magical energy began to flow through Yumi's body and erupted violently from the pores of the daemon. The three visages behind her of a mountain, four armed demon and a winged demon became more brilliant as the phantoms shined brightly under the daylight sun.

Black magical energy surged out violently from Yumi's finger tips as a magical circle formed on the back of her hand. The magical energy mixed with the air turning grey as it elongated down from the finger tips and out into the air. Manipulating the magical essence Yumi imagined a sharp blade and created the shape as the essence became more refined. The magical essence sharpened into the shape of a two metre long sword blade that buzzed violently in the air. Examing the blade Yumi swung it through the air once testing it as the humming blade cut through the air.

Turning her crimson gaze to the ape below Yumi swung the blade and began carving into its fur cutting off the first layer. Yumi carefully dissected the beast, cutting of the hide like fur making sure not to damage it. As she was cutting away Yumi hummed to herself. Lost in her work Yumi was half way down removing the fur when the sound of beating wings drew her attention. Looking up a human shaped figure descended to the top of the mountain.

Dainty brows began to raise as the unknown figure landed right in front of her arms raised as a delighted expression was shown. The person called out to her by name addressing her as a crazy loli. Yumi's curiousity grew, this person knew who she was? Examing the tall towering figure and his black heard with well shaven features the daemon tried to picture who it was. The Lolita had met many individual in her close to hundred years of living and was trying to fit the face. Curse words wrung out as the person addressed asking what she had been up to before revealing his name.

Tiny red lips parted in surprise, "hooooo." A tiny sweet but vicious smile began to appear on that innocent heart shaped features. The innocent and fairy like expression of the loli became twisted and cruel revealing her trueself before an old friend. "If it isn't Caius. How unexpected to meet an old friend after my two years of seclusion. It certainly has been some time. Looks like that little snot nosed brat from Grimoire Heart has grown. How long has it been since we last met?"

The mountain visage began to shrink as the two demons roared and soared into Yumi's body vanishing. The mountain phantom dispersed as the raging magical energy coming from Yumi dissipated. The magical blade remained as the tip was pointed at the deceased ten metre ape. "I was just thinking of roasting this beast to experience it's taste. Would you care to join?" Questioned the loli as her crimson hues focused back on the beast before going back to removed its fur exposing the tender meat beneath. Crimson hues glistened revealing the hunger within them.

It was Yumi alright. Not many would refer to him as a snot nosed brat. It was an insult that was mostly used by old ladies like her. Still, Caius couldn't help but laugh at it just for nostalgias sake of hearing it once more from her. "That's right. This snot nose brat is a big boy now. X rank mage thank you very much. I see you're still enjoying your youth to the fullest. I'd say it's probably been 2-3 years." The once shriveled old lady had the body which was the equivalent of a young teenager an didn't seem like it aged a day even after the time gap. From what he remembered, it was from her god she worshipped that blessed her with it. He couldn't argue with the results.

Caius observed his surroundings to see Yumi had some type of new magic. Extended from her hand was an energy blade that didn't look to be of any specific element. Also, two demon like monsters were behind her before being sucked back into her body. No doubt they helped her slay this giant beast in front of her. Last he checked she had napalm magic but things do change people over the years. Caius himself had switched recently to become a fire mage. In this world, changing magic and mastering it was a great way to get to the top. He would have to ask her later about it but for now he would answer her question.

Yumi offered to share the kill with him and eat her spoils of battle. Caius knelt down over by the slain beast to inspect it. He checked the patterns and body structure of it but he had never seen anything like it. He had to try it. "I don't know what the hell this creature is but screw it let's have a taste." Caius raised his arm and flipped his hand up. In his palm, darkness and flames would swirl together before forming a black flame. "It must be fate I showed up when I did. I'm like a walking grill. Let's get this fire going."

Caius would lift his hand up and drop the ball of flame on the ground. Once it struck the soil, the black flames erupted to about the size of a campfire and kept burning at a steady pace. As long as he used his magic, those flames would never go out. Since Yumi had the blade, he was better off leaving the cutting to her. "Well it's your kill so I'll let you have first pick of the meat you want." Caius gestured over to the beast.

Yumi smirked at her old comrade, it had been some time since she had last been apart of Grimoire Heart before its disbanding. As a key member of the guild Yumi had joined it many years ago back during her prime as a human, long before transforming into a daemon. As a member of Grimoire heart for over three decades she had seen many of the guild members come into the guild and grow up within it. Many of them she had often called snot nosed brats and even helped raise strangely enough. Sadly it wasn't to last as the guild like many others eventually fell apart, but that was expected to happen. Strangely enough the only organisations to never cease to exist were Blue Pegasus, Fairy Tail and the Rune Knights. One day however perhaps they to would fall to the ages of time.

No one could resist the age of time. The passing of time was an existing of law of the world. Many laws existed within the realm and time was one of them. Time spared no one and all fell before it even the mightiest of creatures would eventually age into dust. Yumi had experienced the ages of time herself having once been a dying old woman who was at the end of her candle. It was only through the grace of powers above, that of the Demonic Deity, Yumi had reverted in age returning to a more youthful time. Even so, as a daemon Yumi was not immortal and her lifespan would eventually come to an end, but not for many years to come as her lifespan was longer than any humans. The average lifespan of a daemon such as her was close to two hundred years. Yumi had originally lived eighty years as a human before transitioning into a daemon. By the time her lifespan came to an end the lolita would be able to celebrate her two hundred and eightieth birthday.

Yumi's old acquiantance knelt down examining the slain beast, but it seem he too was unaware of what this creature was. But it appeared like she, he too desired to taste its flesh. Black flames that seemed to be a combination of darkness and fire ignited within his hand. Just from this position Yumi could feel the strength behind them as the two elements mingled with one another. Having once been a practioner of fire magic herself, the deadly napalm magic that incinerated all, Yumi had some experience when it came to the fire element. The black flames held an unyielding strength to them. It seemed like she he to had changed his magic over the years.

With a smirk Yumi turned her focus back to the giant four armed ape as the campfire came into existance. "I'm not sure myself what this beasty is. It is a mutation of the local four armed ape's and has gained the power of a berserker." Magical energy erupted from the aged daemon's body as a giant mountain manifested behind her once more. The mountain erupted with a powerful force that oppressed the surroundings. Yumi's foot slid under the giant carcass of the beast and she kicked it up into the air with ease. The giant tyrant axe's flashed alongside the tyrannical blade spell as the two sharp streaks sliced into the beast cutting the meat from it's bones. Each swing was precise and each cut fine.

Bone's were sharpened as Yumi's tyrannical blade slaced into the ribe pieces turning them into sharp spieks. The massive axe moved as Yumi sliced the meat into cubes. The axe was then thrown up into the air as Yumi's right hand lashed out delivering a serious of blows to the falling meat cubes. The winged demon appeared once more atop the mountain and roared. As the demon appeared the speed of Yumi's fists doubled turning into blurs. The meat cubes remained in the air as if they were floating as Yumi's fist tenderized them. Crimson eyes glowed as Yumi's tiny right hand reached out latching onto the tyrannical axe. The tiny daemon's actions were sharp and incredibly domineering, she had fully embraced the tyrannical aspect of her new found magic.

Yumi's left foot lashed out launching the sharpened ribe bones up into the air. The ribe bones pierced into the meat cubes creating twenty-six sets of meat skewers. Yumi had been selective with the meat cubes only cutting the finest parts of the ape, taking the most succulent sections of meat to taste. With a twist the tyrant's axe lodged itself into the ground and Yumi snatched the twenty-six meat skewers out of the air.

Approaching the campfire but keeping a distance not to burn herself she planted the end of the bone skewers into the ground and angled them so the meat cubes howevered over the flame. "A pity I didn't bring any spices with me, but the meat is fresh and has been tenderised with my fists." Crimson hues watched the skewers inspecting them making sure they didn't burn. "It seems I'm not the only one to obtain a type of elightenment. It seems you too have obtained a new form of magic since we last met. The flames are a combination of darkness and fire type magic if I'm not wrong, making them incredibly domineering."

Caius watched Yumi used her new magic again. An aura of a mountain shaped behind her and filled her with might. Though it didn't look like it did anything initially, it significantly buffed her power. He could tell because the small girl kicked the beast like he was a soccer ball into the air despite being 10 times her size. Spinning her axe, the ape was torn apart like a blender into blood and sinew. With her precision she was able to cut off perfect cuts of meat as well while getting rid of the parts that weren't needed. The cherry on top was they all landed on the beasts ribs like a shish kebab. It was like a prefect hunter not letting any piece go to waste.

After the theatrics, Caius just clapped at his old guild mates attack. "Well I'll be damned. Now that was impressive. You should go into the chef business. People would pay top dollar for that display." The skill she had with the axe was scary. Over the years, she seemed to improve her power even more with it. But she wasn't the only one who got stronger. The loli noticed he had a new magic as well. Caius raised his hand and formed another black flame to show it off again.

"It's similar what I had in Grimoire Heart. This magic is God Slaying magic. Back then I used wind but I am finding fire more appealing. Nothing beats hearing the screams of your victims as their skin melts from their bones." Yumi being a sadist could appreciate magic like that. He knew what she did to her victims and it wasn't pretty. That's what he liked about her. Maybe if they worked together later he would be able to demonstrate it for her first hand.

Caius grabbed a few skewers from the fire and took a bite. It was a bit bland without the spices but the meat was very tender. Caius was just as curious about her magic. It was one he had never seen before. "So I showed you mine. How about you show me your new magic? After this meal, we should have a sparring match like old times. I'm sure I'll put up more of a fight this dead monkey will" Caius knew Yumi was most likely going to jump at the chance.

Despite the theatrics of the tiny lolita, she was crareful while preparing to taste the ape. Her skills were complimented by her old acquantances who even brought up the idea of turning it into a profession. The tiny lolita raised a curious eyebrow at the idea. All Yumi had ever known was killing, fighting and more killing. The daemon was simply born for it and revelled in the aspect of death and murder. Spilling blood was an art form and Yumi was an artist when it came to the act of death. Humming the tiny lolita pressed the axe blade to the ground appearing to be in thought, contemplating the idea of it. A chef, it would be different and perhaps it was time to start a second path. For so long Yumi had only been about death, slaughtering freely without a need for anything else. But the daemon had begun to feel that perhaps something was missing in her life.

"Hooo, a chef, now that could be an interesting idea. My life has been nothing but killing, fighting and more killing. Nothing but blood and death." The Daemon planted the axe blade in the ground and examined her tiny hands. These tiny doll like hands were stained with the blood of countless individuals, thousands upon hundreds of thousands had all perished by the ravenette. Yumi had long since lost track of the number of lives she had taken over these years. "Perhaps that is an idea to ponder. I have always cooked for myself, my skills are average but if you say people would enjoy the display." Yumi rubbed her pointed chin appearing deep in thought as those crimson hues closed shut to contemplate.

Crimson hues fluttered open after a minute or two, watching as a black flame lit up in Caius's hand. it seemed his magic hadn't changed to much just one of the elements, going from wind to fire. The daemon lolita laughed heartily, it seemed Caius had a fondness for melting people and listening to their screams, "I couldn't agree more. I so enjoyed torturing my victims back then incinerating them bit by bit. But i've gone back to my more traditional routes." A tender hand swiped one of the large bone skewers and tore a piece of meat with a vicious bite. Yumi chewed, it was a little bland, but it was tender and tasty on its own. The ape meat had its own unique taste, and the black flames added a smokey taste to it.

"My magic? It's of my own creation. I developed it after my two years of seclusion once my enlightenment arrived. It fits me well, tyrannical, domineering and violent, that is my Tyrant's Magic." Explained the porcelian doll with a vicious smirk showing a tyrannical gleam in her eyes. Magical energy fluctuated around her as a violent aura burst forth, it had a tyrannical feel to it as Yumi stood tall as if she was a powerful ruler that would take on the world. "If you're up for it, I'm always happy to spar a little." Yumi downed the last of the meat on the first skewer and grabbed a second. Each skewer was bigger than Yumi was, but despite this she quickly down over half of the kebab's with ease. Despite her tiny size, Yumi could certainly eat and pack away food with ease. It all went to fuel the violent loli's bloodlust and thirst for battle.

Taking a few steps back away from Caius, Yumi grabbed the Tyrant's Axe and tore it out of the ground, wielding it with one hand. Twirling the giant axe, Yumi craned her neck and began to stretch. "A spar's just perfect for an after snack workout." Beckoned the ravenette as she rolled her shoulders, preparing to burn off her snack. To the daemon that meal was just an appitzer and couldn't be called the main course. Taking a deep breath mana began to circle and erupted violently once more from the tiny daemon's petite frame. Mana exploded out like a violent tide as if a dam had broke. A dark grey magical aura surrounded the lolita as the mountain image became ever more present. A bellowing roar sounded out as the image of the winged demon manifested and took flight around the mountain. A second roar followed as an even larger phantamsam of a four armed demon manifested itself upon the mountain. A magical circle resided above her, on her back and below the daemon at her feet.

"I think it's the perfect time to try out a few new spells." The petite mage shrugged her shoulders as a second magical circle formed on her back. A third roared joined alongside the two other roaring demon images. A third demon smaller then the first but still larger than the second manifested itself on the giant mountain phantasm. This demon like the first had four arms but instead head two heads. The two headed demon drummed its chest and gave a battle cry. The four spells overlapped with one another as Yumi's physique erupted growing tenfold in strength. "Much better. But before we spar I hope you don't mind if i quickly test something. I've yet to take full advantage of this five spell combination."

The daemon turned her focus from caius over to a large boulder. A right foot smashed into the ground, a magical circle formed and the earth shattered inwards as Yumi exploded forward with rapid speed. Dashing towards the boulder Yumi closed the distance and slammed into the giant stone with her right shoulder, using just her body to attack. The moment Yumi struck a loud bang rang out as the boulder blew apart debris flying out in every direction. Sweet yet vicious laughter rang out as Yumi stepped out from the debris brushing the dust from her cloths. "As expected. the explosive power is just as I had imagined."

Crimson hues glistened with glee, a sadistic shine twinkling within them as she couldn't wait to try it out on an actual Yumi being. "I do imagine if I did the same to an ordinary person, that's explode into blood and gore. Hahaha!" Yumi erupted into a malicious laugh her tiny shoulders shaking as eyes shimmered with killer intent. Taking a deep breath the killer intent and bloodlust vanished as Yumi gained hold of herself. "Now then shall we old friend?" Yumi turned to face Caius with a wide smirk.

A dainty hand twirled the giant axe and Yumi struck the ground with her left foot. The earth erupted collapsing inwards as Yumi shot forward on another magical circle. The daemon launched herself towards Caius covering the ground and swung the giant tyrant's axe from the right. Even though Yumi struck out with the intent to kill, she knew full well that her old ally would be able to avoid it with ease.

"Tryant Magic huh? Sounds interesting." It was a magic he had never heard of before but according to Yumi it was one of her own creation. No doubt it would have wicked and horrible magic power just like she did before. Much like he did earlier, she decided to show it off to him before they had their little spar. The little girls evil aura expanded the mountaintop as Caius watched with anticipation. Creatures formed in the aura letting out battle cries as Yumi's physique grew stronger and stronger. In a flash, she rushed towards a giant boulder and shattered it like it was made of glass. It was impressive and scary at the same time. Someone so small and so powerful would be hard to deal with. However, that's what the spar was for to improve their battle techniques.

Now that the warm up was over, it was time to get down to business. Yumi mentioned that attack would have popped a normal human like a balloon. Caius would nod in agreement with her. "I'll have to bring an umbrella next time we go on a mission then. I don't want to ruin my good suit." Not wanting to become a cloud of red mist, Caius would snap his fingers. This cause the black flames to cover his entire body and give him protection from the attacks that Yumi threw at him. They both stood across from each other and the battle would begin.

Just like before with the boulder, Yumi charged at him with her giant axe. Seeing as it was a spar, Caius wanted to test out his abilities as well. This defensive spell he created was new and he poured a lot of his magic power into it. He was curious to see just how much it would be able to tank. If it was too much, he always had his cape as a backup plan. Rather than moving, he would stand still and take the hit. Yumi was not holding back. He would tell by her power that would have cleaved him in two. Caius braced for impact as the blade crashed into his left side. The black flames around his body surged with magic power as they flickered against axe. The blow sent Caius about 5 meters to the side as he dug his feet in the ground. The black flames that once covered his body quickly burnt out from the power of the clash. He was not damaged but his defensive spell was broken.

In response, Caius opened up his mouth and aimed it Yumi's body. A red and purple magic circle would form as a jet black stream of flames fired straight towards her. She had proven that she was able to strike a powerful blow but would she be able to handle one in return. It was time to test out her agility and defensive capabilities.

Flames the colour of onyx erupted surrounding Caius creating an aura of fire. The flames that seemed to be from hell itself consumed the taller suit wearing mage creating a form of defensive shield. Yumi's crimson hues narrowed inspecting the black flames as they surrounded her sparring partner for the day atop the mountain top. The blade of the Tyrant's axe gleamed as a deep bloostlust leaked out from the blade as if the weapon had come to life and was craving blood. The weapon cleaved through the air as it was swung with one arm, Yumi wielded the heavy weapon as if it was light as a feather, she didn't seem affected by the weight of the deadly weapon. A glistening sharp blade met black flames, instead of the tangible like nature of the flames, Yumi felt as if she had hit a solid object. The flames condensed to absorb the impact behind the terrifying axe. The force of the blow was absorbed and consumed by the defensive spell as it broke down under the impact. Caius was sent skidding to the side a good five metres as the force of the swing carried on knocking him back.

As a response to Yumi's first attack, her old friend took in a deep breath as a red and purple magic formed. A jet black stream of hellish flames poured forth bursting to life with an angry roar. The hellish flames soared towards her heading in a direct line. The daemon could feel a raging force behind the flames that threatened to overwhelm and incinerate her. A devious smirk began to form on Yumi's soft red lips. The feeling of death exhilerated her, as the flames threatened the witch's own life. Releasing a deadly laugh Yumi flicked her bardiche in her right hand and raised the left hand in meet the incoming flames.

Yumi took a step forward towards the flames and lashed out with her left palm. The palm turned into a fist as magical energy soared. Impure grey magical energy burst forth from Yumi's body encasing her entire fist as it punched out. Magical energy churned and twisted, taking the shape of a giant fist of pure mana. A magical circle formed on the back of Yumi's fist as the giant magical blow erupted. The four metre diameter insize fist of magic roared forth and slammed into the incoming attack meeting it head on. Fire met the fist as the two blows collided with a loud bang. The two forces battled against one another, neither able to grab ground before detonating into a large plume of smoke.

The lolita waited patiently as the smoke began to clear her smile never leaving that heartshaped face of hers. "Impressive to match the strength of my Mountain Collapsing Palm. Let's see how you deal with my Kun Peng Six Variants." While the spell series was called the Six Variant's, Yumi had only managed to visual the first five variants and was still meditating to attain enlightenment to the Six Variant: Galaxy Transformation of her Kun Peng Six Variant Spells.

Magical energy circulated around the daemon as she stomped the ground with her foot, as she evoked the Earth Transformation of the Six Variants. Magical essence took shape transforming with a loud whale like cry as a strange beast was formed around the loli. The beast took the shape of a giant whale before it transformed into a soaring eagle. With a flap of its wings the beast changed attack turning into a half fish half bird like creature that was almost twice Yumi's own height. The creature opened its wide maw swallowing Yumi whole as she could be seen in the middle of the creature. The Kun Peng, a mythical beast of legends, flapped its wings and swung its tail as it moved with grace as if swimming through the air. The Kun Peng charged towards Caius bringing Yumi with it as she crossed the distance between them.  The Dark Space Transformation of the Six Variants was a movement spell.

Raising her left hand while inside the fast moving creature, she clicked her fingers in Caius's direction. A large magical circle over four metres in diameter would form beneath the man to active a long range damaging spell. Magical energy burst forth from the seal forming above Caius into the shape of the Kun Peng, as a second one was formed. The second Kun Peng swam through the air and divided down from above at Caius intending to pulverise him with its sheer size. The giant Kun Peng had a four metre diameter and created a huge shadow over the Fire God Slayer. As for Yumi herself, she intended to slam into her old friend using the sheer force of her physical body like she had the boulder.

The god's roar surged towards Yumi as Caius watched his attack close in on her. Rather than dodging, she decided to take it head on. He expected nothing less from that crazy little girl. Gathering power, she was able to punch the flames as the two clashed together in a large blast. After it cleared, both of the spells were gone. They were dead even in their destructive power. It looked like Caius was going to have to step up his game.

Yumi didn't follow up after the blast but rather just stood there with a smile. Caius returned the favor and complimented her attack. "That was a nice punch. " It was like they were artists admiring each other's work. Except rather than paintings, it was pure unleashed destructive magic. The quiet didn't last long as Yumi prepared her next attack. More magical creatures formed around her as her magic power shot up. At this point he lost track of how many times it had changed. He would just have to endure it for now.

After the theatrics, Yumi followed up by dashing towards him again. This time however, it was a combo attack. A magic circle above him with her attacking from the front. This would be a perfect time to try out the new item he got from the merchant. As the spell above him fired, his body started to glow a faint purple as his body started to become translucent. The fish bird dove straight through him and crashed on the ground below. Though the attack was dodged, Caius felt the strain on his body. The item let him phase through attacks but it also caused health effects. Still, Caius fought through the pain and waited for Yumi. Holding his ground, Yumi would slam into him which caught him off guard. However, it didn't seem like he took the full brunt of her attack. Part of his body was still phased when it struck. It did seem like the cape had a damage limit though which caused the strike to hit.

Coughing up blood both from the attack and strain of his cape, Caius was sent flying backwards to the ground. His body rolled and rag dolled a few meters away before he finally stopped. He took a big hit but he was still able to move. There was still some gas in the tank. Holding his chest as he stood up, he probably fractured a rib or two from the feel of it. "Haha you almost killed me you old bag. " Caius said struggling to laugh.

Darkness energy would start to form around his body and he would start to transform. His eyes turned red with orange irises and his hair went from jet black to pure white and extended down to his waist. Black horns and wings sprouted from his body as his skin started to turn dark. Caius had fully transformed into a demon. The thick, evil aura filled the mountains that would cause overwhelming pressure to Yumi if she wasn't prepared. He knew she was a demon too but he was higher class since they last fought. "Now that I got my face on, allow me to retort."

Flying fifteen meters in the air, Caius prepared his attack. He lifted his arm up and formed and gathered black flames to form a sphere. Once it had completed, it fired at Yumi down below him. A few meters before it hit her, Caius would snap his fingers and cause a massive explosion of fire that would cover the entire mountaintop. It was one of his most powerful moves in his arsenal so he wanted to see how Yumi would handle it. She earned it.

Flesh met flesh as Yumi collided with her old ally the force of the tiny body erupted on impact. The man was sent flying backwards rag dolling a few metres away as he coughed up blood from the impact. Despite the explosive power of the strike, Caius appeared still able to move as he stood up holding his chest. The blow had most likely fractured one or two of his ribs from the impact of her shoulder barge. Despite Yumi's tiny frame the sheer explosive force she would erupt was deadly if not taken seriously. "I knew you would be able to survive it. If not I wouldn't have trusted in you to cover my back on quests back then during out time as Guildmates." Remarked the ravenette with a smirk as she released a gentle laugh afterwards. She was complementing her old allies abilities and was confident he would survive the impact when she struck.

Dark energy erupted from Caius's body and started to take form, it seemed he was undergoing the daemon transformation and releasing his true form. Eyes turned red with orange irises, jet black haired turned white as snow and grew down to his waist. A pair of black horns grew and wings sprouted from his backa as skin turned dark. The oppressive force slammed down onto Yumi and she felt the affects and couldn't help but smirk. It seemed she had stagnated abit as the ravenette could feel goosebumps crawling up her arms. Caius had gone up in class it seemed and could even oppress her, "Impressive, I can feel the goosebumps." Yumi laughed again as a vicious smirk appeared, eyes gleaming with joy. Unlike others who would be quivering in fear, Yumi revelled in it.

In the excitement a vile evil aura burst forth from Yumi's own body. A thick black aura manifested as her killer intent burst forth like a wild fire. The black aura erupted on the mountain top as the screams of the dead erupted from it, the souls of everyone Yumi had killed. Faceless spirits howled within as thick horns grew from Yumi's forehead and curled backwards. The darkness wrapped around her limbs creating a layer of shadow as a pair of large bat like wings sprouted out from her back. A long heart-shaped tail grew from her tailbone and lashed out at the ground cracking it on impact. The wings flapped and Yumi took flight as she hovered five metres off the ground, ten metres below Caius. The ravenette was interested in just what he would do.

An arm was raised and pointed towards Yumi as black flames gathered into the shape of a sphere. The sphere upon completion was fired towards the ravenette intending to consume her in its burning rage. The flames just a few metres from impact erupted with an angry roar as Caius snapped his fingers. An explosive wave of flames erupted as the sphere exploded consuming the entire mountaintop. It seemed Caius had gone all out with this blow as Yumi felt the threatening force behind it. Yumi could only smirk as the explosive wave came upon her. The axe gleamed as Yumi's magic erupted voilently.

Under the transformation of her true form Yumi's abilities spiked despite receiving a negative affect forced upon her by Caius's transformation. Yumi's strength continued to soar, the ravenette was facing down that black flames of hell without showing a hint of fear. A roar erupted from yumi's lips as the mountain behind her became brighter, the two demons phantasmal forms gained a darker appearance as if they were about to become real.  Yumi struck out with her left fist in an open palm as she palmed out to meet the flames head on with but her own physical body. The flames touched her palm and were split around her as two equal forces collided with one another. The flesh of Yumi's palm burned away as the she was left relatively unharmed. The blistering heat has burned away parts of her flesh causing it to flake away but left her unhurt otherwise.

Sweat dripped down from Yumi's forhead as her magical energy declined, she was growing exhausted after the consecutive usage of her high ranking spells and now her daemon transformation. The heat of the flames caused Yumi's skin to turn red, hair was burnt as parts was still on fire but was quickly put out as the Yumi grasped the flames with her bare hands ignoring the pain that came. Yumi's left arm however was in bad shape as it had taken the brunt force of the black flames. Flesh had been burned pitch black as smoked rose from it and the limb fell to her side unmoving. The flesh was slowly beginning to heal but even with the recovery speed of her daemon form it would take some time.

Blood trickled down from Yumi's lips as she parted them with a smirk. Coughing the daemon spat out a glob of blood, the impact had damaged her internal organs a little. "Well now, that was quite something." Laughed the daemon painfully as her insides burned, but despite this the was still capable of fighting if need be. "If I wasn't fully enhanced, that would have been rather dangerous. Hahahaha!" Despite her injuries the daemon seemed to be enjoying the pain, it had been sometime since she had been hurt like this.

Having forced his hand, Yumi answered in kind. Like him, she was also of demon blood so she also had access to this transformation. As the fire orb headed towards her, the darkness of the obscura would cover up her entire body. It exploded outwards and Yumi was now fully transformed into a demon like him. The screams of the souls she took were like music too his ears. Her dark aura would surround him but his body didn't feel any different from before. It seemed that Yumi had still maintained S class after all these years. Otherwise, he would have felt the pressure from the aura weigh him down. The question was now would it be enough to stop his attack?

As the black flames exploded, Caius watched while hovering above the battlefield. Rather than a spell, Yumi struck it with her palm. It was like she did to his roar attack early but this time she had issues with it. With the spell being one rank higher, the blast was even more destructive. Still, Yumi wouldn't go down that easy. The black flames were parted like the red sea as she avoided the attack again. However, it seemed like the attack had hit its mark as the flames still lingered on the arm that blocked the attack even causing it to fall limp. Caius considered that a success.

The battle had been quick but deadly. Their arsenal could take down a small army let alone each other. Yumi seemed exhausted and Caius was in bad shape after taking two attacks from the demon loli. The spar between the two would most likely be coming to an end soon. Caius wanted to go out with a bang. He snapped his fingers to cover his entire body with black flames like he did previously to protect himself before he spoke. "I must say I like you in your demon form better. It matches that crazy physical strength you've accumulated in the past few years. I say we put an end to this and put it to the test"

Caius would fly full speed at Yumi from above. He wanted the spar to end in a blaze of glory for the two of them. The mountain they were on would be forever changed after this battle. He would try to get as close as possible and attack before she would swing her physical attack again. Once there, he would snap his fingers and do a similar attack from before. With his body as the center, black flames expanded outwards in a sphere shape that would burn all in their path. This was probably the last attack he had in his arsenal.

Yumi's eyes glowed a deep shade of amethyst purple and ruby red as the two colours mixed and blended together. The entire insides of Yumi's eye was dyed purple no iris just a purple void could be seen within the two hues. Magical essence swirled violently around the daemon even as her left arm hung limp beside her, the arm smoking from taking the brunt of the flames she had been struck by. The daemon grit her teeth slightly reveling in the pain as her body shook with glee. The charred hand was raised as blackened skin fell to the ground exposing the red layer beneath. The arm was slowly beginning to regenerate but would take a few days to be back to one hundred percent efficiency. Right now the arm was being forced to move through magic control as mana was channeled through the limb and forcibly moving the nerves to make the arm work.

A wave of heat erupted from Caius across from her as he seemed intended to put an end to their little spar and go out with a bang. Yumi couldn't agree more, she had already begun squeezing out the last bit of magical energy coursing through her veins. The mountain appeared growing ever more brilliant in its appearance as its phantasmal form became more real. The three rampaging demons atop the mountain went berserk and began to fight with one another tearing and ripping each other apart as they began dying the mountain their blood. The beasts roared loudly as they become one with the mountain. The chains pulled dragging the mountain into Yumi's body allowing it to be compressed and absorbed within for one last push. Yumi's body tensed and erupted with strength once again as her wings expanded brilliantly. A small gust of wind was created as the daemons tail lashed out at the ground carving a trench in it.

Yumi's right hand gripped the Tyrant's Axe and gripped it tightly in one hand as her muscles convulsed and constricted as strength was poured into them. "One last hurrah I suppose they call it." A twisted smile began to reappear on Yumi's innocent looks, as those luscious red lips curled upwards as black lines formed up from her lips to her ears, creating the visage of a wide malicious grin that stretched from ear to ear. Bright red nails turned pitch black, as black as night as nails grew and extended in length like razor sharp claws that gripped the giant bardiche tightly.

A thick bloodlust erupted forth from both Yumi and the Axe as murderous intent broke forth. The wind and dust picked up as those horrorifying screams of the dead returned. The black aura of death surrounded Yumi creating a picture of death itself as the reaper appeared. The axe was raised as that ghostly aura wrapped around it as the weapon bathed in the screams of the dead spirits housed within Yumi. A desire for blood began to spill out from the axe itself rivalling Yumi's own as wielder and weapon became one.

Black flames erupted outwards from Caius' body darting towards Yumi tearing up the ground between them. Purple eyes shimmered as the axe was raised high into the air facing the incoming flames. One hand held the axe tightly and waited patiently as the flames enclosed. The heat struck first as Yumi felt her skin blistering and beginning to burn as the flames approached. As they came into range Yumi swung her tyrant's axe downwards meeting the flames head on intending to cut the black flames in twine. The axe erupted with the essence of voilence itself as it crashed down upon the flames. Black fire split and wrapped around Yumi slamming into her as the Axe absorbed the brunt force of the spell. Skin turned red and burned away as the flames surrounded Yumi.

The Tyrnat's Axe swung around Yumi as she blew the flames away, the ends of her hair a flame, skin charred and flaking as she stood amongst the ashes of her surroundings. The silk of Yumi's clothing was charred as only strands remained exposing the white silk robe beneath. The right hand holding the axe fell to Yumi's side as the giant weapon fell to the barren stone with a loud clang. The weapon was heavily damaged as parts of the blade had melted away. The axe would require a few repairments over the next few days before it would be back to working order. As for Yumi's right arm the sleeve of her robes were completely gone exposing the blackened flesh beneath as smoke wafted off the limb.

"Well now, this is going to be a fun recovery." Yumi said sarcastically but her crazed smile never left nor the insane twinkle in her eyes. Despite her words, it seemed Yumi was gitty from the pain and enjoying it. "While this has been fun, I supose its best we finished here." Yumi could still forcibly move her arms but was not in much of a state to continue their little spar.

It was finally time. The grand finale. On one side, fire god slaying demon and the other was a crazy demon loli with the strength of one hundred men. The battle would be legendary. Yumi's aura started to fill with even more malicious intent as the animal auras would start to power up her body even further. The new mix of power and her demon obscura was sure to pack a punch. Caius would welcome it. He had to test his new magic to the limits as well. Caius owed the guild so he would have to make sure he was in top form next time they were attacked. He wasn't going to hold back.

The black flames surged towards Yumi as he watched from above. Meeting them was her signature axe as it crashed into the god slayer's offensive. Time seemed to stand still at that moment as the two attacks clashed together. The flames hungered for flesh as they lashed out at Yumi's arms while she holding the attack off. However, Yumi fought through the pain and brought her axe down through the black flames and split them apart. The flames would crash harmlessly around but it looked like the damage was done. While the axe was strong, Caius could tell it had taking some damage from his attacks. For a weapon to survive his god slayer flames, it must have been crafted by one of the finest smiths around.

Wincing in pain, Caius started to slowly descend downwards to the ground. The truth was his mana was running low from the transformation and attacks. Not to mention his bleeding wound from taking a strike earlier from Yumi's godlike strength. His demon form would slowly subside as he transformed back into his human appearance. Yumi still had some black flame embers on her clothes and hair so Caius would snap his fingers. The black god slaying flames would fizzle out into smoke afterwards to stop the damage. Yumi agreed to call it there and Caius shook his head in agreement.

"I'm spent too. I got to say you haven't lost a step." He was glad he did this. It had been a while since he fought and it brought up good memories from the Grimoire Heart days. Though he wasn't much of a fighter anymore, it was still good to stay in shape in case the time came. Caius approached Yumi to check on her wounds. Her arms seemed to take the brunt of the damage from holding her axe. "Don't worry about the recovery. I have an elf in my inventory that can heal wounds. I'll just threaten her with a few lashes and poof you will be good as new." Being a slaver, Caius sometimes had useful ones on hand that they could use. A healer like her would be able to fix them both right up. "Well then shall we head back?"

A vicious smirked appeared on Yumi's doll-like features as she kept her ground and didn't fall despite the pain coursing through her body. A harmonious yet vile laugh escaped the daemon as the murderous intent she had erupted with dispersed and returned into her tiny frame to be unleashed another day. "If I had lost my step I wouldn't deserve to call myself the Witch of Carnage now would I?" responded the Daemon with a smirk as she stretched her wounded limbs magical energy slowly coursing into the burn marks and beginning to rejuvenate new flesh as the burnt flesh flaked away. Yumi was simply boosting her bodies natural regenerative abilities to help her as mana was used to manipulate her limbs like a puppet.

"A few days in secluded retrat should allow me to recover my injuries quickly." Cranning her neck Yumi's arms folded over slipping into the sleeves of her robe hiding the already healing burns from view. "While I appreciate the offer the pain will assist me in strenghtening my mental state and help me achieve the enlightment I crave." Pain could be a good teacher and help to strenghthen ones own will.

"I hope to see you again then. Perhaps we can continue our carnage like in the past when Grimoire Heart was around." Yumi nodded her head to Caius, an ally friend, it had been fun sparring with the male daemon and had allowed Yumi the chance to gain new experiences and forge new spells. Taking a step back Yumi began to walk on the air itself and soon disappeared from the moment top, heading deeper into the surroundings to find a cave to meditate in and recover from her wounds.
