Ikanbi
The huntress took a long breath. A long, deep, inhale through her mouth straight into her lungs, dragging on the glass and holding it for a while, examining her associates from across the room. She eyed the three of them and thought long, and hard, for a moment. "Fine." She said. It made sense. She was the one with the charisma over the other two. She was perfect for the job, truly, it would be here that would be the proper Queen after all. Ikanbi stirred herself, crossing her legs and pushing her hair out of her eyes, behind her ears. "What then of it?" She asked finally. "I'm not the one." She had said, but, truly, she might be. She had seen the world through Khalfani's eyes. And Konyo's too, she had met their gaze and begone to spread.

Like a toxic plague, Ikanbi's watchful, mimicing eye was out, about, and present everywhere all at once. She examined her nails, then the chess board on the table again and finally moved her Knight North then East, Deciding to use him to defend rather than attack. "Maybe Kuva, too, would be better off if her... dark personality was tweaked and tutored a little by someone a little less sinister in the first place, to be quite fair." She said after a moment to Sia and the others quietly. She stroked the moth on the table and it quite visibly nuzzled up into her hand. "Hmm." She said after a moment. "I have been summoned south and I do not know when I will return. Follow me when you can, we have much work and research to do." She said finally to Sia and Kuva when the rest of them had finally left them to themselves.

A few days later, Ikanbi did set out, on a boat, from the Astera Docks. Silently, she had a rather peaceful journey wit the ocean and crew, and ate a splendid fish, eggs, rice, and cabbage dish that reeked of star anise and harsh fennel. Eventually, she arrived South, coming into Hargeon, and knowing she had quite the more travel up ahead, but for now, that this would do. She would stop and see some sights here in Hargeon for just the two weeks, and begin properly hunting down information for the Hunting Party while she was here before she continued her journey with Konyo and Khalfani any further.
